I specifically booked the room because of the large floor to ceiling window. I was initially put in a room with super small windows, quite dark and I had to ask for the room I actually booked. Unfortunately there is a massive building and construction site right in of window! So, despite the room being really nice and comfortable, in that specific topic, the pictures are quite misleading overall. There was not so much noise from the construction, but the ”mountain view is sideways. The location is super convenient. The bus line 17 stops few meters from the hotel and connects to the high speed station. The cable to the mountain is just a couple of minutes walking distance. 1 person of the staff is incredibly nice and helpful and does everything to give you information and help. The other one doesn't speak a word of English, struggles to use translator app but also puts no effort. It was really hard to communicate. The restaurants below the hotel are good.

The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful. My husband had a sudden flare-up of sciatica from a herniated disc upon arriving in Zhangjiajie, rendering his right leg immobile and making it impossible for him to sleep on the spring mattress. The staff promptly brought three quilts to make a bed on the floor for him. Later, a friend discovered he was missing a pair of trousers only after arriving in Shanghai. After contacting customer service, they quickly located the trousers and shipped them out the very same day. The location is absolutely perfect, right near the pedestrian street and directly above Wuyi Square subway station. Every staff member at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting foreign guests with finding information. The room was spacious and very clean, and the free laundry service was a thoughtful touch. I think it deserves full marks and I highly recommend it to foreign friends. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Changsha.

The location of this place is absolutely unbeatable, truly excellent. However, the room size isn't very spacious, and because it's near the river, there are quite a lot of mosquitoes, which somewhat impacts the living experience. Despite the mosquitoes and small room being minor drawbacks, standing by the window offers an incredible panoramic view of the river. The sparkling river surface shines under the sunlight, and at night, you can see the brilliant lights on the opposite bank. If they could improve their mosquito control and make the rooms a bit more refined, this would undoubtedly be an unforgettable place to stay.

The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient with check-in and check-out. They patiently answered my questions and provided thoughtful, attentive service. The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent soundproofing, so my rest was completely undisturbed. The cleanliness was top-notch, and it was clear that great care is taken with maintenance, showing very high standards. It offers excellent value for money; the environment, facilities, and service all justify the price. My entire stay was pleasant and seamless, without any inconveniences. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel next time I'm in the area, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to stay.

Our friend recommended us to visit Furong waterfall city. I found this hotel just searching an interesting spot by internent. Room photos were awesome I decided to book. Photo vs Reality is almost same. Unbelievable view! Outstanding performance of waterfall and old city. Sounds of waterfall is amazing, you can enjoy your life at the present moment. Staff was friendly, helpful and kind. It’s makes our stay in this hotel comfortable and safe. They picked up us from the station and dropped off to the station. Also help us to get a tickets to scenic area in advance. We’re trying local food at the rrestorante in first floor of our hotel. My sister and me found that very deliciously 🤤 highly recommended to book it and enjoy a staying at this hotel and explore local cuisine and culture.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location for access to the nature park and a delicious breakfast every morning (the homemade noodle dish was our favourite). The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Would definitely recommend to others.

Experience beyond expectations! The equipment is new, the network speed is stable, the peripherals are clean and disinfected, the decoration e-sports atmosphere is full, and I will watch a movie at night. It is comfortable. I will continue to book this hotel next time.

This hotel is right next to Huangxing Square, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. It's just a short walk to the pedestrian street and the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, offering a quiet escape despite being in a lively area. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. It's excellent value for money. Staying here for a trip to Changsha is truly hassle-free, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

I booked here for a night to explore Furong ancient town. The hotel is located right into the old city and just close to main attractions. On top of everything, the hotel is located with a magnificent view of Waterfall. The view from the room is very picturesque. The hotel also offered complimentary free pick up and drop-off. The staff and owner are very friendly and generous and they helped you as much as you can. The locations are closed to local restaurants, snack and coffee shops. Highly recommended.
