Our stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement.
Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip.
The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather!
The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort.
Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day.
The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience.
Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

Guest UserAmazing hotel with fantastic service. The lobby to the hotel is vast, grand and extremely clean and well maintained. All reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was superbly clean and very well presented and large. The bed was so comfortable. Dressing gowns and slippers provided). The Gym was free to use anytime and the Spa was very nice and for the price (£5 per hour per person) was a fantastic price. The breakfast choice was vast with hot food, cold meats and cheeses, salads, breads, pancakes and other cakes, coffee, teas and various cold juices. The hotel is very well located right next to the Old Town Square which has plenty of restaurants and bars for a good night out. A perfect stay and I would 100% stay there again. 5 out 5 for me and would advise anyone looking to stay in Wroclaw to stay here. You certainly wouldn't be disappointed.

The hotel room, bed, space, and bathroom were all very spacious. The facilities were quite new, and the room design was beautiful. The only downside is that the hotel is right next to the train station, and the tram stop outside can be a bit noisy. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Great hostel. The beds were comfortable and stable, with good-sized lockers and rooms. The location is amazing, and you can explore Warclow on foot with no problem.
If you are here for the Christmas market, it is right in front of the hostel; it can't get better than this. Noise during the week is not a problem, since the market closes at 22hrs, but this is a neighborhood with several restaurants, bars, clubs, and casinos, so on weekends it does get loud later in the night, that is the downside of being in a central zone.
My only issue with the hostel was with the showers. There is no place or support for you to leave your clothes and to dry ourself. For the 3 showers, there was only one stool that could be used for some support, but if you are there after someone, it won't be available. So, you will have to do some gymnastics to keep everything hanging from the curtain's bar. Not only that, but one of the curtains had a big hole right in the middle, making that shower unusable.
Besides that, my stay here is really good.

Mixed feelings and let me explain why. Everything is brand new and very well designed, studios look great, just like in photos, lighting is nice, materials used are good. From visual pov it's all perfect, but there are some things that are crucial for good hotel experience that are lacking here. First of all beds are soft, too soft for me, same I can say about pillows - they lack that premium feeling. Next issue? Water pressure under the shower is low and as it's all brand new, I guess that's on purpose and I don't like it. And one last thing that caught me off guard - even if you have breakfast included, there are ”extra options”, that are freshly made that you need to extra pay for on the spot. Tbh it's a first time I met with such solutions and I don't get it - if breakfast is included in my room rate, why I have to pay extra cash for some poached eggs?
Car park has a pretty narrow entrance but spacious spots so plus for that.

Everything was great, and clean, but there was no hairdryer and I would have liked more tea options.
The service was supposedly okay, but I didn't get clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. When I called reception, there was a lot of static, which I mentioned, but the receptionist just sighed instead of offering help. When I arrived at reception, I didn't even get a 'good morning,' and he looked like he was being punished to be there.

The hotel service is quite good. The front desk greeted them warmly and politely. The room service was OK, but the room facilities were a bit loose. The breakfast was OK.

rhee0606It's about a 10-minute walk from Wrocław Central Station. There's a convenience store nearby, and tram and bus routes run through the area, making transportation convenient. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

Nice hostel, centrally located. I would recommend visiting it. The only thing that could be improved is the customer service. The ladies at the reception should smile a bit more.
