The Bund Center in Shanghai

The Bund Center office project is a 280-meter high Grade A office building with a total construction area of about 191,000 square meters. It is a landmark building in the Bund. The Bund Center is located in the core area of the Bund International Business District, adjacent to the Oriental Sports Center Station of Metro Lines 6, 8, and 11. It is the largest integrated project in the Bund area. It is designed by the internationally renowned KPF and 5Jie Design Firm. The project covers an area of about 80,000 square meters, with a planned capacity of 487,000 square meters. It has a Grade A office building, a low-density pedestrian commercial plaza, and a five-star hotel. In the future, it will be developed into a large international business district integrating office, commercial, hotel and other multifunctional formats.
