The stay was amazing. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with planning our activities and purchasing tickets. The hotel provided a car with a professional driver who chauffeured us to various locations, such as restaurants, parks, and shows, without any additional cost. The room we stayed in was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a luxurious bathrobe and dream-like shower. Even after opening the window at night, all we could hear was the soothing sound of birds chirping in the morning, creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. This hotel is truly a dream come true!

The room was great, very spacious for three adults. The service was exceptionally warm; someone greeted us as soon as we got out of the car to help with luggage. Since it was quite cold, we were immediately offered a cup of ginger tea each upon entering the lobby. Breakfast wasn't lavish, but it had both Chinese and Western options, enough to fill us up. The hotel is less than a ten-minute walk from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. The restaurant recommended by the lady at the front desk next door was excellent, the best meal we had on this trip.

This time when I went back to my hometown, I didn't want to stay at home, so I just looked at the luxury list online. Our Panlong Villa Hotel was only more than 200 yuan, so I booked it. As expected, I was not disappointed. The rice noodles I took home were very comfortable and tasted very authentic. The food tasted good too. The room was better than I expected. Although Panlong has been around for a long time, the items in the room are well maintained, and you can see the star quality. The environment outside is also very good. I asked the waiter, and the catering is being upgraded, and the guest rooms will also be upgraded. As a Xiangtan native, I am really happy to see that my hometown is getting better. I will come again next time and bring my family with me. When I come again, my children will probably be very excited to see the musical fountain.

This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. The room is spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view. It is so relaxing to overlook the city night view at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. What I remember most is the service. When I needed a sewing kit during the stay, the staff delivered it to the room in less than 5 minutes. When I checked out, Phoebe took the initiative to ask for help calling a taxi, which was very considerate! The whole experience was comfortable and worry-free, and I have recommended it to my friends.

The hotel's facilities are also excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time. I absolutely loved the pool; it seems like other hotels don't even have one!

They proactively reached out a day before my arrival to confirm my check-in time and provided the precise location, which was very thoughtful. The room is well-equipped, and the location is incredibly convenient. Right downstairs, you have direct access to Jiefang West Road, Pozi Street, Taiping Old Street, IFS, and the pedestrian street. The customer service attendant was also wonderfully attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel's design is exquisite and elegant, offering a beautiful visual experience from its exterior to its interior. The butler service is attentive and warm, and the breakfast is refined and plentiful, with a different spread each day. The goodnight porridge is also delicious! I absolutely love this hotel!

Stayed in the Yanxia Yunran Private Soup River View Suite for two nights and waking up to the beautiful river and ancient rooftops felt like stepping into a dream (photo with our view is attached). The suite was spotless, cozy, and had a charming traditional aesthetic with modern comforts (that huge stone bathtub with a view was perfection). The owner didn’t just host us, he gave us the trip of a lifetime. We arrived late in the evening and took advantage of the amazing location to explore some of the town before heading back to our room. Which then, the owner welcomed us with tea and sesame seed dumplings. He went above and beyond on our second day. He helped us bargain for new luggage, acted as our complimentary translator/guide, booked us tickets to an unforgettable local show, and even found the best spot for Miao ethnic clothing photoshoots. We ended the night with him treating us to local BBQ and drinks, sharing stories, and teaching each other about our cultures. This isn’t just a B&B, it’s a cultural immersion with a host who treats you like old friends. If you’re going to Fenghuang, book here. No question. We’re already planning our return!

Just checked out yesterday and had to leave a review! The overall service and design of this hotel are truly exceptional 👍🏻. My parents even said it was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Zhangjiajie. First, the location is right opposite the Forest Park entrance, which is super convenient for getting around. No need to rush in the mornings, and there are plenty of dining options at night. Since it's halfway up the mountain, it's really quiet at night, so we slept incredibly well ✌🏻. The hotel lobby's design immediately caught my eye, and the public areas were full of surprises. Who would have thought there'd be a real cave inside the hotel! Walking through the infinity pool leads you to a cave bar 🥂—it felt like an adventure. It's a fantastic spot for photos 📸! I think it would be perfect for a date; I'll definitely come back with my boyfriend next time. The breakfast was also very rich, a mix of Chinese and Western options. There were many foreign guests at the hotel. Plus, there's free parking 🅿️. This is definitely a hotel you can book without hesitation!

For food delivery, a smart robot can bring your orders right to your room. The 12th floor features a self-service gym and laundry room, which is a great perk for business travelers like us. Plus, the breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a wide variety of items including pastries, noodles, and fresh fruit, catering to both northern and southern tastes.
