Ruishi Building, known as the "first floor of Kaiping", was built in the 12 years of the Republic of China (1923 AD), lasted 3 years, built by Huang Yuxiu, who ran Qianzhuang and medicinal materials business in Hong Kong, as a typical residential building. Each floor of the building has screens made of Burmese or teak boards purchased from Hong Kong, carved with a combination of various fonts of scorpion, affiliation, scorpion, line and grass, and a strong traditional cultural atmosphere. The top of the building has three floors of pavilions, its dome is Roman and Byzantine style, the name of the building was written by the famous calligrapher in Guangdong Province at the time, and the master of iron zen at Liuxi Temple in Guangzhou.
