It's a place that Chinese people often visit, but I think it would have been better if there was no such thing as Corona.

An outstanding and ineffable place to visit! The mountain has a nice contrast with the sea. I also love the greenery and the black sand. If I ever come back to Jeju, I would love to hike up the mountain!

The view and atmosphere are wonderful. You will have to walk to the top, it is not too high so go slowly and enjoy the view from above. The sea and mountains give you a feeling of peace.I heard that in winter, when there is snow, it will be very beautiful.

A UNESCO heritage site. It's worth climbing to the top of the mountain, also known as Pico do Nascer do Sol, the view is wonderful throughout the entire journey. It's worth the effort of the climb.

Seongsan Ilchulbong is one of the attraction that you must visit in Jeju Island, South Korea. It is known as "Sunrise Peak" and is a UNESCO world heritage site. This place is known for its magnificent sunrise view. Seonsan Ilchulbong rose from under the sea in a volcanic eruption over 100,000 years ago. If you are in Jeju and wants to catch the Sunrise, do check the sunrise timing and plan your itinerary in advance and your set off time. To hike to the peak, it will take roughly about 20 to 30mins. Although you are setting off in the early morning, there is no need to worry about the hiking route. The hike up is mainly steps and there is well-managed walking path. We travelled during the winter season and it was manageable. However do bring along your jacket as the hike up could be rather chilly. However, we are rather unlucky due to the cloudy day but it was still a good workout. After you are done with peak, the way down there was also many scenic view for photo taking. Overall, it is a must-visit place at Jeju!

It looks like a huge city Guo, so called "Chengshan", which is listed as a World Natural Heritage Site, is one of the symbols of Jeju. The Sunrise Peak of Chengshan is surrounded by a prairie. It has an idyllic beautiful scenery.
