Loved the professional service from the front desk, very clean rooms, amazing breakfast and after 2 days of having breakfast in the hotel, the very attentive staff at the breakfast area even rem my surname! That was a pleasant surprise! Enjoyed every moment here and was sad to leave. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay!!!

Aah_smallerThe hotel is conveniently located near the stepped terraces, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Room comfort is average; although there is a kitchen, guests are discouraged from using it. The room lighting is dim, and the facilities are somewhat worn. Staff service is decent; they answer questions readily, but they don't proactively help with luggage or greet guests. To save time, they provide a Q&A sheet for guests to refer to. There's an ATM in the lobby downstairs for convenient withdrawals.

SSveDModern hotel, with good cuisine (buffet) and stunning views of Yerevan. The metro is 20 minutes from the hotel, but it is quite quiet. By taxi Yandex go for 1000 drams (250 rubles), you can get to the train station. The staff is very polite and always ready to help 🤗, there is a spa center - a swimming pool and 2 saunas, you can enjoy by appointment. The room has bath accessories, a bathrobe slippers, a kettle, coffee and tea. The water pressure is good even on the 5th floor. Another nice bonus, when checking in you are treated to a glass of Armenian wine, just right after the road 🍀

From terrace where breakfast is you can see Ararat mountain . Rooms are nice , floors are nicely decorated , I liked floor 3. Rooms are quiet , there is construction next door boy it doesn’t bother

ЕЕкатерина2404Overall, the hotel did not live up to expectations. The hotel is located in the very center. Very nice hall, everything is clean and very stylish. The territory is looked after very well, in the evening they clean the pool area, vacuum, etc. Breakfasts are a solid 5! The room itself is already quite tired. The window in our room overlooked the wall of another building, which you can almost reach with your hand. But the bed linen is good. The pillows and mattress are comfortable. As for the recreation area with the pool. We were very surprised that they did not let us in with berries! We had raspberries and blackberries with us. They said that you can't bring your own food, only order something in their restaurant. But they don't have berries! Of course, we didn't understand this, but they took the berries from us. Also, there are a lot of people in the pool, because you can come ”from the street” and buy a ticket to the pool. In general, for this price you can find a better option. We will definitely not go there a second time.

AAndrii KovalchukExcellent new hotel in the city center. You can walk everywhere. Small rooms, but comfortable. Comfortable bed, pillows. Excellent spa, sauna, equipped gym. Pleasant service. I had a birthday, the hotel congratulated me with a delicious dessert. Nice. They responded to all requests very quickly. We will definitely come back here again.
