Anonymous UserA lil bit annoying from the toilet. Making sound like someone knocking, from the pipeline. My kids feel a lil bit terrified from that sound. Is that a common sound there? But overall, its a very satisfying accomodation. my kids enjoy with the pool. Charlie, I came across one or two Charlie ants in the toilet and sauna room.

Everything about the stay was lovely, from the beautiful colonial-inspired surroundings and charming architecture to the peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful service. The whole place feels like a little escape from the busy world, with such a timeless and whimsical charm.
It was exactly the kind of place I had imagined it would be, and getting to slow down and enjoy a day here felt really special. Definitely a stay I’ll remember and a place I’d love to return to someday. ✨

Guest UserEnvironment: The hotel's restaurants are all on the west side, so the rooms on the west side are terrible. There's a strong smell of cooking oil in the rooms and a heavy odor in the hallway. It smells like steaming in the morning and stir-frying/grilling at other times, which is really bad.
Noise: The hotel rooms are all next to the環山(Huanshan) highway, so it's very noisy.
Surroundings: It's next to Cat Beach, which is lovely, and it's very convenient to get to the Butterfly Garden and Spice Garden. However, the shuttle bus to the city and Dingyi Beach only has 15 spots per day.

Amy_zhouI stayed at this hotel for two nights and was very satisfied with everything. The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the environment was pleasant, truly giving a 'facing the sea, with spring blossoms' vibe. The only thing I was unhappy with was the salesperson at the gift shop next to the lobby on the first floor. I bought a bunch of fridge magnets, and after paying, I asked if they had a gift bag, even offering to pay for it. The Malaysian saleswoman wearing a headscarf suddenly yelled at me, meaning they don't provide gift bags and told me to get out quickly. She really yelled, which was a bit baffling and not a polite tone at all. She clearly wasn't friendly to Chinese people. One star for this attendant. Since the shop is inside the hotel, I consider it bad service. It instantly ruined my mood.

Overall, everything was pretty good. While the rooms and hotel facilities are a bit dated, it is an established hotel, and the overall maintenance is quite good, reflecting the quality of a traditional hotel. The resort atmosphere is excellent, with a relaxed and comfortable environment, perfect for slowing down and getting some good rest.
The service was generally quite attentive, with friendly staff and smooth communication throughout my stay. The dining was decent overall; the selection was reasonably rich, and both the taste and quality were good, satisfying my needs during the vacation. Although the hardware facilities aren't the newest, the overall experience was still quite comfortable, and the ambiance of an established resort hotel was definitely present.

玉米排骨湯The environment is good and the service attitude is great. The breakfast has a wide variety of options and the food is all quite good. You can walk straight out from the pool area to the beach. However, I personally felt that the soundproofing in the rooms wasn't very good.

Excellent service, friendly staff and the room are clean and comfortable with the sea view. I could sense their enthusiasm and dedication in serving guests. I could really feel their enthusiasm and dedication to serving guests, get a piece of welcome biscuits. It was my birthday on the day of check-in; my husband had specifically informed the hotel staff before check in and they kindly decorated the room a little for the occasion and a slice of cake by room service . In next day morning we going for breakfast ,the staff wished me happy birthday .

You can step out of the hotel, take the elevator, and everything is super convenient, no matter which way you go. You should definitely try the durian next door, it's amazing! When you go to the beach, remember to search for the Starbucks at Tingyi branch.

nrlwahidahOverall, we had a great stay! The hotel was very comfortable, and the foreign staff were really friendly and welcoming. The dining area was big and comfortable, and the food was delicious. No issues at all with the food or dining area.
The only downside was that the toilet in our room had a bit of a bad smell, and there was some leaking around the toilet. The receptionist could also be a little friendlier.
But overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!
