Great
KkhosodaI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by every aspect of the experience. The cleanliness was exceptional—everything from the room to the common areas was spotless and very well maintained. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing more than enough space to relax after a long day.
The location is another major highlight. It is very convenient and well-situated, making it easy to access nearby attractions, transportation, and restaurants. This made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.
The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm and professional attitude. Their hospitality truly made a difference.
The food was also delicious, with a great variety of options and excellent quality. Every meal I had was satisfying and enjoyable.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Great
VViewtheWorldThe hotel has a fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk from the Keisei Skyliner (Narita airport transfer), a 1-minute walk to the metro, and right opposite Ameyoko market.
The room is small but fine for two people; you can fit one 24-inch luggage and a carry-on, but can't open two large suitcases at the same time.
They provide 2 bottles of water daily, slippers, and basic bath amenities. What I didn't like was the smelly curtains (though my husband didn't mind, and I've noticed this in other Japanese hotels too) and the room felt a bit dusty, making me cough.
On the bright side, the lobby offers a coin laundry, vending machines, free tea/coffee, cookies, and self-serve amenities (combs, bath powder, razors).
The staff are lovely, and they offer free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.

Great
GGuest UserEverything was great, but the main thing is that at this price, the amenities and service are simply incredible value for money. I decisively booked this hotel again when I returned. The breakfast was quite rich; I've never stayed anywhere else for just over 200 yuan with such a breakfast offering.

GGuest UserAmazing stay! Super near to the train station, and extremely clean. They have a washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, and pots and cutlery provided in the room. The mini fridge is the height of my waist! I also love the vacuum sealing machine in the lobby. Service was amazing: they did an extensive check for me when I asked if I could watch TVer on their tv. I was sad to leav

AAnonymous UserThe location is not far from Keikyu Kamata Station, about a few minutes' walk. It's surrounded by residential buildings, so it's quiet and not noisy. There's a convenience store at the corner, which is handy for daily necessities. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, and it seems to have a good number of guests. The downside is that there are very few dining options nearby, so you have to walk a bit further to find food.

ZZenchenkoOverall, the hotel left a pleasant impression. The location is excellent: there are several metro stations nearby, making it very convenient to get to any part of Tokyo.
The breakfasts were tasty and varied – that's one of the hotel's main advantages.
The room turned out to be quite small, which is expected for Tokyo, but there wasn't much free space. Also, the duvet cover was a bit surprising – it had a very unusual design and wasn't very convenient to use.
A particular downside was the air conditioning. Over four nights, I couldn't manage to set a comfortable temperature: either the room was too cold, or the air conditioner barely blew at all. I couldn't find a happy medium.
Otherwise, the hotel is good, especially if a convenient location and a good breakfast are important to you.

JJOHNLENNONRight outside the hotel, you'll find a bustling street, and the subway station is a convenient 5-minute walk away. Dormy Inn's biggest selling point is its large public bath, and this particular one even has an outdoor pool! It's impressive how they've managed to fit so much into a compact Tokyo space.

GGuest UserExcept for the poor soundproofing and small room, which I consider typical for a guesthouse, everything else was top-notch. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit of a walk from the train station.
However, the service and cleanliness were both excellent. The location is also great; it's surrounded by tourist attractions, and a short walk will take you to famous sights, supermarkets, restaurants, and more. I think it's definitely a top-tier guesthouse in terms of value for money.

GGuest UserGood price for a capsule within walking distance of a JR station that reaches ikebukuro and Shinjuku pretty fast. Even has an onsen and sauna! Has a chill area to read manga and buy beer also. Staff also friendly and speaks English which is good to not get lost
Only downside is the baggage area is quite messy and feels a bit dirty

GGuest UserIt's a 5-10 minute walk from the metro, depending on which station you come from. There are no large shopping centers nearby. However, there's a Harry Potter station, a Harry Potter cafe, and a store. The hotel itself offers luggage storage. The capsules, lockers, and showers are all on different floors. It's a bit inconvenient having to constantly move between floors in the elevator. Inside the capsule, there are only two small shelves on the sides, though it does have a power outlet and a USB-A port. I really wish there was a bigger shelf, a hook, and a mini-safe.
