"Reviewed again in 2026 – updated since my visit last yearI stayed here again recently and was pleased to see a number of improvements compared to my visit a year ago.Positives:The location remains a major highlight. The lobby, coffee shop, and common areas are well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including eggs cooked to order. Rooms are equipped with a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee.Balconies are large and offer excellent views, particularly at sunset. The rooftop bar has great views as well, along with drink promotions worth checking out, and another bar is due to open on the 21st floor. The hotel has a good on-site gym and two attractive outdoor pools. The beach is clean and safe for swimming, with cordoned-off areas. Sidewalks along the beach road have been upgraded, and the main road is once again two-way. There are plenty of small shops, bars, restaurants, and massage places nearby, and night markets are a 5–10 minute walk in either direction. The hotel is also on a baht bus route (10 baht per trip). Many rooms have now been upgraded (though a few may still be pending). On this visit I stayed in a lower-level, inland-facing room, which was excellent value for the price. The room had a large, comfortable bed, TV, strong Wi-Fi, a balcony, and good overall facilities. The gym has been relocated and now spans two levels near the ground-floor pool, and Wi-Fi coverage throughout the hotel has noticeably improved since my last stay.Negatives:There are still no power sockets by the beds. Some renovation work may still be ongoing in parts of the hotel. The breakfast area feels a bit like a school canteen and can be very busy at peak times—it can be hard to find a table, so it helps to leave a cap or bag while getting food. Not all elevators go beyond the 5th floor. The 5th-floor pool area is often very noisy, with lots of unsupervised children, which detracts from the experience. Ideally, this pool should be designated as an adults or quiet pool, with families directed to the ground-floor pool, which is already better suited for children. This could easily be achieved by relocating the kids’ club from the 5th floor to the currently unused room on the ground floor that previously housed the gym.Overall:I was more impressed this time than on my visit a year ago. There have definitely been improvements, and with a few remaining issues addressed, this could be an excellent choice for the area."

"This is an apartment in the heart of Pattaya. Downstairs, there are many bars and food stalls, making it very convenient to go anywhere, and it's especially lively at night. The overall cleanliness inside the apartment is excellent, and it comes with towels and disposable toiletries. The view from outside overlooks the entire Walking Street and the beach, which is particularly beautiful. Even though it's very lively downstairs at night, the soundproofing is quite good. If you're looking to truly experience Pattaya's nightlife, I highly, highly recommend staying here to try it out! Highly recommended!!!"

"First time here., everything was perfect, the service, staff, facility, location. You can walk to Terminal 21. Close to 7-elven. Can take Songthaew (a shared pickup truck used as public transport in Thailand) to Central Pattaya. The breakfast and Dinner buffet is my favorite as a person who likes to eat this is one of the best food that the hotel can serve you. The kindness and the service of the staff is nice especially the one who does check in for me.I can't remember her name but she is so lovely and attentive with her job. The room is nice and clear but i have to tell you if you stay with your friend the toilet might scared you a bit (clear wall) 😁 As a solo traveler i recommend this hotel (for a couple is a chef kiss) further of all i love this hotel, definitely will going back for my next stay."

"Good value for money. It's a decent place, within walking distance of the terminal. The pool area is good, featuring kids' slides and plenty of sun loungers. There's a swim-up bar for snacks and drinks. The rooms are spacious, and the balconies are nice, equipped with drying racks. There's plenty of shelving and storage space for your belongings. There's a decent cafe right across the street. Breakfasts are average; while you can fill up, they're nothing special. The staff, particularly the woman who checked us in, was awful. We checked in during the evening, and she was immediately unhappy. I had originally requested a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, but she claimed no such rooms were available, adding, 'If you don't like it, come back tomorrow,' despite our night being pre-paid. Ultimately, we took a room on the first floor and didn't bother to move later, as it actually turned out to be much more convenient. The stairs are steep and high, so elderly guests might find them difficult to climb. We only saw one or two mosquitoes, and on the balcony, there were just red ants, one of which bit me once. Overall, it's a decent hotel for the price. Would I come back? I'd have to think about it twice."

"The room felt great overall, with spacious interiors and a smart layout that made for a very comfortable stay. The bedding was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Housekeeping was quite thorough; both the room and bathroom were spotless, with no unpleasant odors, which was reassuring. The hotel's location is also a big plus, being very close to the airport, making travel and catching early or late flights incredibly convenient and saving a lot of time and effort. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience with good value for money. I would consider staying here again for future trips."

"Check-in is from 2pm, but if you arrive early the hotel offers secure luggage storage, which can also be used after check-out. This is a smart, modern hotel on the edge of a busy area in Jomtien Beach. There’s a nice covered arrivals area, although a ramp for suitcases would be helpful as there are currently only steps up to reception. The Bell Captain/Concierge team are very helpful, and reception efficiently takes your details and stores your bags if you arrive early – essentially a pre check-in. There are lifts to all floors. The lobby is a pleasant space, with a complimentary water or juice dispenser for arriving guests. Breakfast is served here in the main restaurant and is a reasonably varied buffet, with eggs cooked to order. At busy times it can feel a little cramped, as the layout creates pinch points and some items become hard to reach if one person is standing there. If you’re not in a rush, it’s perfectly fine. On the 4th floor you’ll find a very nice pool area with a separate kids’ pool, plus a gym, yoga room, kids’ club, and changing rooms with separate male and female sauna and steam rooms. Pool towels and lockers are provided, there are plenty of sunbeds and seating areas, and there’s also a bar with food service. Overall, this is a really enjoyable space to relax. The rooms are modern and well appointed, with large comfortable beds, fridge, safe, tea and coffee facilities, complimentary water, and a modern smart TV. A thoughtful touch is the beach bag provided for guest use. The bathroom features a large shower with both rainfall and standard settings. Housekeeping is excellent and carried out daily. The location is very convenient – everything is walkable, or you can hop on a baht bus for 10 baht per trip. You can sign out a beach towel from the Bell Captain to take to the beach, which is just a 2-minute walk away. Sunbeds on the beach are usually 100 baht per day, and you can sit right on the shoreline. Bars, restaurants, and massage shops are everywhere within a minute’s walk. Try Roadhouse Bar opposite the hotel, a foot massage at the beach corner, or the RomPho bar area if you’re a night owl – it’s only about 3 minutes away across the main road. The only slight downside is that it can be noisy late into the night, sometimes until around 3am. Overall, this is a nice, modern hotel with excellent staff, who were great from start to finish. 👍🏼"

Pattaya Hotel Booking Tips

  1. Timing & Seasonal Savings Book 2–3 months ahead for high season (Nov–Feb) to secure rates before prices surge by 50–100%. Off-peak (Jun–Oct) offers 30–50% discounts, though September–October may bring heavy rains. Avoid April’s scorching heat unless attending Songkran festivities.
  2. Transportation & Access Stay within 500m of Baht Bus routes (40 THB flat fare) for easy city access. Use Grab for airport transfers (U-Tapao: ~1,200 THB; Suvarnabhumi: ~2,500 THB). Avoid hotels in flood-prone areas like Naklua until 2025 drainage projects complete.
  3. Deposit & Payment Budget hotels require 1,000–2,000 THB cash deposits; luxury resorts may ask for 5,000–10,000 THB. Confirm if deposits are refundable and paid in cash or via credit card hold. Long-term stays (monthly) often demand 10,000 THB upfront plus utilities.
  4. Unique Considerations Pattaya’s vertical terrain means street-level entrances may lead to upper floors. Use GPS to confirm exact locations. For extended stays, explore Bangsaray or Sattahip for authentic Thai neighborhoods away from tourist crowds.
  5. Use Trip.com coupon to unlock up to 8% off hotel. Check latest Trip.com promo codes page for more deals and campaigns.

Great
GGuest UserThe cleanliness was OK, I feel like it’s one of the cleaner hotels, but I have a feeling that it could be cleaner. We stayed there for three nights and four days. The maid cleaning routine is inconsistent leading to inconsistent room arrangement and what is clean and what is not during the day. Sometimes they would clean the bathroom really well, but kind of neglected the bed a little bit, sometimes they did the bed really well but neglect the bathroom. The location is nowhere near a beach. I feel like that would be the most ideal for booking a hotel to Pattaya. It is not too far form many things, but the location is not the best either. The hotel staff manners are nice, but I would say the service is rather lacking in some sense. I get the vibe that this hotel is trying to provide more than they are capable of. Having more rooms than their service can handle, long golf cart waiting time, long queue in breakfast area during breakfast. Interesting part is when you booked a hotel you get a 30 minute free, electric scooter ride or an hour bike ride. We went there on the last day before checking out and trying do something. It took quite a bit of waiting time to get the electric scooter, and a staff didn’t seem to care about its condition before letting other people use it. When we got ours the condition of the scooter looks horrible, I question the safety of the scooter at first, the bad part is that both our scooter died halfway into our 30 minutes one I had to leave behind in front of the lobby, which is pretty far from the place we got the scooter from and have to return to, luckily the hotel staff offered us to return it for us, which is good. The other one died just right at the moment I was about to return it a few steps away from the place. So all this hotel for the price is decent, but there is always room for improvement. Overall, the good part is that, the hotel is pretty clean and is pretty cheap for what it offers. The hotel has decent to good breakfast, depending on the day. The dinner was horrible though, unfortunately. The staff was pretty nice, amenities is lacking to decent. I would say, this hotel is pretty nice and I might come back again.

AAlikahepalinaketajiayiThe room was decent. I stayed in the old building and wasn't offered a new one, but the facilities were well-maintained. There's a small kids' pool and a slightly larger adult pool downstairs. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety. I noticed most guests were Russians and older Europeans/Americans, along with some Thai locals; not many Chinese guests. The location is a bit far out, near Jomtien Beach. You'll need to take a *songthaew* from Terminal 21 to get there. For tourists, I'd recommend staying closer to Pattaya Beach instead; it's noisier but much livelier and more convenient for getting around. Oh, and the 7-Eleven right outside the entrance has moved, so you'll need to walk a few hundred meters further to find another one.

AAnonymous UserI thought I would give this hotel a try, I am a regular visitor to Jomtien. I checked in and was given my room number and told to take the lift around the corner. I went to the lift unaccompanied by staff, the receptionist then came around the corner and told me I was waiting at the wrong lift, nhe kindly showed me to the correct lift. Now I had been in town all afternoon and was a little tired ,so when I got in the lift I realized he hadn't told me the floor number so I tried pressing floor one. Lift didn't move. Then door opened at ground floor. Door closed and we went tfloor 7 , door opened,no one there , I pressed 1 again and was taken to ground floor again, Door closed lift went to 7th floor, A person got in this time and told me that floor one is actually the ground floor, I got out at G floor and went to reception to be told the second digit on my key card is actually my floor number, silly me ,I should know that,!! Back to the lift to 4th floor, opened the room door and went in . The room stunk of a mixture of body odour and cigarette smoke. I thought to myself , How am I going to stay in this room? As I opened the window to let in some desperately needed fresh air, I said to myself , what am I doing , there is no way I can stay here, I headed back to reception to tell the guy on the desk I wanted to change rooms as that particular room had an obnoxious smell. A supervisor came out and asked what the problem was, after explaining she accompaniment back to the room armed with an air freshener. She walked into the room and agreed it did smell and said,” No problem sir I will turn on the air con and spray some air freshener !! I told her she could spray what she liked , there was no way I was staying in that room. She then offered me an upgrade to a better room , which I initially accepted, until she then said that I would have to pay another 500 bhat a night for the privilege!! I told her she could keep her room and her hotel and that I was leaving!! She then said would I like to see the room next door, same price bracket, Now the room next door was not as aesthetically pleasing to the eye as the smelly room but it was at least clean and pleasant,. I took the room and stayed the 2 nights I had booked. The following morning I asked if they had an iron and ironing board. No they do not but I was told they did laundry 🧺. Ah I said great could you press some shirts? No came the reply we only wash and dry! Now for a little more about the room, I had to go hunting for light switches.and the wifi code. It's on the router silly me, the two main light switches were hidden behind the bedside table ,which I had to pull out 12 inches to access. O the safe did not work, I had to get a key from reception to use it. Now the good bits. The room I occupied was lovely and clean and it was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The staff were lovely and pleasant, but poorly trained in customer service, don't blame the staff but the management perhaps? The hotel offers a late checkout at a slight cost of 100 bhat an hour. On the evening of the first night I lay on the bed and giggled to myself at the earlier events. I thought you couldn't write this but then they did. Remember John Cheese in Faulty Towers? Would I stay there again, YES definitely, . This is not a bad review or a negative review. It is an honest review, but as I have said staff were lovely and the room Clean and well serviced. But perhaps the manager should make the whole hotel smoke free and offer upgrades when rooms are sitting empty to attract repeat custom.

MMIC. JI chose this hotel with room size as my top priority because I dislike small, cramped spaces. Many hotels post exaggerated photos that look disappointing in person, but this one looked exactly like the pictures. The room had a balcony, which made it enjoyable to step outside and admire the view occasionally. I especially liked how the air conditioner frame was built into the structure—it made the balcony look very clean and organized. However, the outdoor unit was quite noisy, which was a bit uncomfortable. Modern system air conditioners are much quieter these days, so I hope you’ll consider replacing it during your next renovation. The wooden interior gave the room a calm and cozy feeling, and the shower was completely separate, so no water splashed out. My socks stayed dry for once, which was great. However, the toilet paper holder was placed awkwardly behind me, which made it a bit inconvenient—this could be improved. The hotel created a small garden area next to the lobby café, and the trees there were truly beautiful. They’re about three stories tall—not many of them, but with enough variety in species to really make you feel like you’re in the tropics. It’s clear they take excellent care of the plants, and I loved that. I also really liked the hotel lobby itself. It’s spacious and open, with a grand feeling comparable to many 5-star hotels. The only downside is that it was too dark. The café, too, was such a nice space, but because of the dim lighting, I didn’t even realize it was open at first and just walked by. If the lobby were a bit brighter and the café more lively, it could bring in a lot of additional revenue from those facilities. The male front desk staff with long hair spoke excellent English, and the female staff were all very kind. The doormen were also genuinely courteous—it felt natural, not forced. That said, sometimes having the door opened every single time can feel a bit unnecessary, so perhaps that could be adjusted. It might depend on the individual housekeeper, but after cleaning, the bed sheets weren’t tightly stretched, and the floor didn’t seem to have been properly cleaned. There was something slippery on the floor, and it stayed that way for several days, which made it quite uncomfortable. It would be much better if the housekeeping staff could first vacuum thoroughly to remove all the dust and then clean the floor with a damp mop to make it fresh and safe. Finally, one last suggestion: unlike hotels in many other countries, the TV wasn’t a large smart TV, so Netflix and YouTube weren’t available. It would be great if that could be improved. I wish the hotel continued success and prosperity.

GGuest UserVogue Hotel Pattaya is near many pubs and restaurants and shopping, and a out 12 to 15 minutes walk to the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok but limited selection and never seemed to be an abundance of food. They put small portions out at a time. They did have varied soups daily that were quite delicious. The swimming pools were always clean. There's only a few lounge chairs per pool and they seemed a bit tattered. There were renovations going on and I think once completed, it will be even better.

GGuest UserOn the second day, I slept in until noon. Too lazy to switch hotels, I just extended my stay. However, the room wasn't cleaned that night. Heads up: if you extend your stay, make sure to get your room cleaned before 5 PM! The air conditioner broke down several times, and I had to drag a chair over to restart it myself. Cleanliness was acceptable. As for the environment, please refer to my previous review; the room and balcony show signs of age, but at least the bed, wardrobe, and table are new. They provide a bar of soap, which is handy for a quick wash of light summer clothes you've worn all day, then hanging them to dry on the balcony! Front desk service was mediocre. I lost 1000 Thai Baht. When I took money out of my pocket to pay the deposit, I must have fumbled putting it back and it probably fell on the ground! Most hotels in Bangkok don't even require a deposit, and this extra step just creates more opportunities for problems. I also lost a pair of slippers. I only realized it when I got to my next hotel. I was too lazy to come back and ask on the second day, but when I did on the third day, they said they couldn't find them. I didn't even notice the swimming pool initially. It's located outdoors in the backyard. I only found out about it and went to take pictures when I came back to ask about the slippers. The young man near the side door by the front desk was very helpful. Otherwise... I wouldn't even want to give this rating!
