"I stayed here with my husband for seb marathon event. Praise must be given to the staff because they were very helpful when I needed help. Overall, satisfy with memory i got here. Next year will come again😊 But there are a few things that I hope can be improved in the future: 1.During registration a bit long time because the room still not available and there a lot people que to get room too. I que 2.20pm and get room around 3.15pm. 2.The room is nice and comfortable (only tv malfunction but we dont have time to watch it anyway). 3.There no towel station at swimming pool, need to bring ur own. Btw, swimming pool have nice view."

"Note: Make sure to read carefully when booking. This building houses both a hotel and apartments. I booked an apartment-style stay, similar to an Airbnb. Someone will meet you for check-in, and all communication will be via WhatsApp with the 'housekeeper,' which is convenient and easy to understand. Check-in was quite smooth and easy to find. The environment and cleanliness were both good. There were no slippers in the room, and the hot water wasn't very hot. I booked for two days, and there were only two bottles of mineral water. Perhaps you can ask the housekeeper for more mineral water, or something else, I'm not entirely sure. These are minor issues; I bought two large bottles myself. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The housekeeper I dealt with was quite helpful, polite, and nice. Communication was smooth. However, check-in is strictly at 3:00 PM, and there's no luggage storage available. My flight arrived very early in the morning, and I had to wait until 3:00 PM to check in. I can understand this, as most hotels have similar check-in times. What I don't understand is the lack of luggage storage. I was already super tired, sleepy, and hungry. With such a long wait until check-in, trying to go eat or explore while lugging around my baggage was extremely inconvenient!"

"I love this hotel. Stayed here three times and would do so again when planning to visit Kuching. Walking distance to Padungan Road where you have access to eateries and shops. What I like most is the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. Sparking clean! I commend the housekeeping team! Good job. Just a bit noisy for light sleepers if your room is facing the traffic light."

"I booked two rooms, one mangrove view and one garden view. The front desk upgraded both to mangrove view for free, and the service was excellent with smiles all around. The breakfast food was more suited for a foreign palate! Overall, it was really great, the environment was lovely and very relaxing. 👍"
