About Budapest

GGuest UserThe Estilo Fashion Hotel has great service, a comfortable room and a good location. We arrived in Budapest much later than expected and were very thankful to the staff and their speedy check in process that allowed us to get to our river cruise reservation on time. The staff were friendly and helpful each time we interacted with them.
The location was perfect for us. We were steps away from the Fővám tér station which had metro and tram service to many of Budapest's major sites like the parliament, chain bridge, Buda Castle, Fisherman's Bastion and many more. We were also steps away from the large Central Market Hall and we were on the popular Vaci Street so there were plenty of souvenirs, restaurants, bars, cafes and other conveniences close by. We took the metro from the station by the hotel that gave us easy access to the Kelenfold Station (to get to/from Vienna or Bratislava),
The room was compact but there was enough space for all of our things. It was a bit narrow with the placement of the desk and chair at the foot of the bed but we shuffled around to get by. There was a large storage cabinet as well as hangers for our things to help get stuff out of the way. The room has a mini fridge and we got a kettle and tea from the front desk during our stay. The room was quiet and the bed was comfy. The room ran a bit hot but the large window helped bring in some cool and fresh air.
The bathroom was good with good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. They have an all in one body wash in the shower and some body lotion by the sink too. We did bring some of our products but the hotel's was decent too. They had a towel rack which made our towels nice and warm and helped dry off our swimming stuff after a nice visit to the Széchenyi Thermal Baths.
The breakfast was nice and plentiful. They had very good scrambled eggs, breads and a tray of cured meats and cheeses each day. They also had a good variety of spreads and healthy items to choose from. We liked having yoghurt with a variety of seeds in it. The juice and coffee selection was nice too to help start our day. Getting there early wasn't a big issue for us but we found as it got busier not everything was consistently available.

GGuest UserThese are really great apartments, with everything you need and very clean. We stayed in building D, and had a partial view of the basilica and a wonderful balcony. The location is convenient; we walked everywhere. There are many restaurants, currency exchange offices, and places to buy a SIM card nearby. We didn't immediately find the reception desk (from the street, it looks like the entrance to an open-air shopping center, then you go straight a bit, and the reception will be on the right). Everything was convenient. The staff were excellent; they even helped us rent a car even though it was the weekend. They took a deposit at check-in (we only had cash), and checked the room at check-out before returning everything. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Our standard room was on the 5th floor, a typical hotel room setup with good natural light and plenty of sunshine. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. In contrast, the bathroom had a much more distinctive design. A highlight was the small spa pool on the basement level, which had a unique vibe, wasn't crowded, and was very relaxing. It's complimentary for guests. While the hotel breakfast didn't have a huge selection, everything was relatively tasty, especially the Hungarian baked eggs, which were exactly to my liking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended! PS: There was a wedding party on the day we checked in, and the music was quite loud at night, but fortunately, we couldn't hear it much from the 5th floor.

I arrived at around 02:00, and despite the late hour, check-in was completely seamless. The staff were clearly expecting me; this made the whole process quick and effortless; exactly what you want after a long journey.
The room itself was immaculately clean and very well presented. I appreciated the small touches; like the fridge stocked with a bottle of water, which can be replenished simply by taking it down to reception. The bed was very comfortable, with soft, high-quality linen that made for a great night’s sleep. There was also a good tea and coffee setup in the room; a welcome addition.
Even though my room faced the street, I slept with the window open and wasn’t disturbed by noise at all; something that really stood out. The bathroom was spacious enough, with plenty of clean towels and some lovely complimentary toiletries.
At one point I needed an iron and ironing board; reception provided both immediately without any fuss; which summed up the efficiency of the service throughout my stay.
Breakfast was a real highlight. I had seen some mixed reviews beforehand, but I genuinely don’t understand why. The selection was extensive; covering both continental and hot options. Everything was beautifully presented, tasted great, and was constantly replenished and well maintained. It was easily one of the best parts of my stay.
What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single person I encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming; always with a smile. That level of hospitality made a big difference.
Overall, this is a solid and reliable option for anyone visiting Budapest; I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I had a pleasant stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Budapest. The staff were very nice and professional, and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I also appreciated that the wake-up call came on time, which was important for my schedule.
The room had good basic facilities, including tea, coffee, water and air conditioning, all of which worked well. Reception was also very responsive: when I reported noise from a nearby room late in the evening, after midnight, they reacted quickly and handled the situation, which helped me feel looked after.
The only downside was that some small amenities were not provided, such as a toothbrush, cotton pads and slippers, so it is worth bringing your own. Overall, it was a good and reliable stay, especially because of the clean room, helpful staff and quick service from reception.

MMilajakoWe stayed for 3 nights. We asked for an early check-in, and they did their best to help us. The apartment is clean, modern, nice. We were impressed by the choice of pillows! We had a good sleep. The view from the balcony was astonishing! The location is great, 15-40 minutes on foot to main places of interest, the tram stop, bus stops, the Spar supermarkets are nearby. But at night it might sometimes be noisy because of the neighbours. We didn’t want to leave - our staying was perfect!

If you stay in the bottom bunk, there's no problem. In my case, I stayed in the top bunk, and the only thing I didn't like was that at night, when someone turned on the light, there was no way to ignore it because there wasn't a curtain to help block it out completely.
