"I'll definitely be back at Noel Business Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The AC in my room wasn't working and the staff moved me to another room to better accommodate me. The hotel is a short walk from Haeundae Beach and close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Breakfast was basic, but just enough. Thank you, Noel Business Hotel!"

"What we like about the hotel: - modern design with the private spa - perfect for kids to play and enjoy with the terrific ocean view - good service from reception in general (helped us to make hotel reservations, responding to our WhatsApp’s etc) - two bathrooms - perfect for families - excellent location - at the core of Haeundae - convenient to go to all locations in the area! Room for improvement: - poor housekeeping - given that we stayed for 6 nights, we needed to remind the hotel to clean specific areas (like hair), adding tea leaves/ cleaning teapots, providing clean towels etc). The cleaning lady even rang the bell multiple times at 10:45am, before our checkout time at 11am:"

"Checked out of our first hotel and headed to our second hotel, Best Western Haeundae, for the next 3 nights. We thought we’d just leave our luggage first… but surprise! Our room was already ready for check-in around 10:40am. Yay! We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also had a sea view from our balcony, which was perfect! The location is superb — there’s a Subway and 7-Eleven right downstairs, and it’s also very close to Haeundae Beach Station Exit 6, which has a lift. Super convenient, especially when you have luggage! The only small thing for me personally is that I wish the bed was a little softer and the pillows a bit firmer. Haha, but that’s just my personal preference. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. Would definitely consider staying here again!"

"We were two adults and one child, three ladies in total, and stayed in a family room with one double bed and one single bed. The room matched the pictures and felt more spacious than expected. We stayed for two nights, and after coming back from our outing on the second day, the room was spotlessly clean. Downstairs, on the ground floor, there's a 24-hour E-Mart convenience store, so you don't even need to go outside. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The room was newly renovated, and the facilities and furniture were quite good. Toiletries like toothbrushes, shower caps, and slippers were provided. The shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap were all from L'Occitane. The only minor flaw was the limited number of power outlets, and they were a bit loose. Overall, we were very satisfied 👍."

"The suite is spacious with a corner view of the sea. There are two bathrooms; the outer one had an odor. The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary chips and water. The front desk didn't offer Chinese-speaking staff, but someone always opened car doors for us, and luggage storage was available. Check-in was at 3:30 PM. It's very close to the beach, which my kids loved. There's a supermarket and Starbucks reachable by escalator from the hotel, and a bakery on the ground floor with cakes and bread – though I wouldn't recommend the cakes. You can skip the hotel breakfast. The hotel's location is great, but because I was in a corner suite, it was a bit noisy. The motorcycle sounds were particularly jarring, so light sleepers should be aware. Everything else was good."

"We were upgraded to a side-ocean view family room, and the view was even better than expected. It's super convenient to get to Haeundae Beach by just crossing the street downstairs. There's also a small aquarium nearby, perfect for walks or taking the kids out. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants, so you never have to worry about what to eat. We went to ”Ilpum Hanwoo” right outside the hotel to the right. It's open until 10 PM, the service was very attentive, and the Wagyu truly made me want another plate. We also checked out the nearby Working Holiday Brunch Cafe. As expected for a popular spot, it was crowded, and we had to wait a bit, but the overall experience was worth it. The lobby is on the 3rd floor. You can self-store your luggage before and after check-in, which is super practical. Self-check-in is also available. The 5th floor has a gym and a laundry area. Both the washing machine and dryer cost 5,000 Korean Won per use, and laundry detergent is 1,000 Korean Won. The Blue Line Park Capsule Train (Mipo Station) is about 1.4 km away. It was too hot in the summer, so we just took a taxi, which was the base fare and saved us a lot of effort. Overall, the stay was comfortable, dining was convenient, and getting around was relatively hassle-free. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Haeundae."

"【Park Hyatt Busan】Stayed in the 'sailboat' of Haeundae, where the floor-to-ceiling windows framed Gwangandaegyo Bridge and the entire ocean. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea breeze and the city lights, experiencing both relaxation and luxury. Environment: The hotel's location is relatively quiet with fantastic views. There's a supermarket downstairs, and a noodle shop and two great cafes very close by, which was quite convenient for a tourist. Facilities: Very new, especially the stunning view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night! Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Excellent."

"Don't let the unassuming exterior fool you – the rooms here are a treasure trove! They're packed with smart amenities like a washing machine, microwave, large fridge, and a well-stocked minibar. You'll also find a smart toilet, fire door, and emergency lights – truly advanced facilities with great attention to detail. Our room even faced the sea, offering a lovely view of the beach. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Metro Line 2 and a pedestrian street. A short walk further brings you to the beach and the ocean. It's perfectly situated, offering a quiet retreat despite being in a lively area. Thumbs up!"

"The view was great and the jacuzzi was fantastic. The bed was comfortable and there are many good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Salt Bbeong-jip (salt fried rice cake) in the building next door, DBA."

"The room was spotless and spacious, and the location is absolutely fantastic. It's in the same building as Club D Oasis and X the Sky, with direct access to the beach right downstairs. Haeundae Blueline Park is just a 5-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. There are tons of great food options both within the hotel building and within walking distance. You'll find everything from abalone porridge, pork soup with rice, seafood, and sashimi to Korean BBQ, fried chicken, bakeries and coffee shops, and Western restaurants – so many different choices! The Family Lounge offers snacks and drinks all day, and alcoholic beverages in the evening. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and there's also a small kids' play area. The hotel staff were all incredibly attentive and friendly. It was a much better experience than I expected!"
