Excellent location: the beach, shops, and cafes are all nearby. The window view was towards the sea, overlooking an abandoned building. Some reviews mentioned loud music making it impossible to sleep, but we didn't experience any such issues. The rooms are clean, no complaints about housekeeping, and the staff is polite. We received ice cream vouchers upon check-in. The breakfasts are wonderful, with food always available no matter what time you arrive, and no queues in the dining area. On the downside, there are no balconies. We also couldn't manage to book the subsidized sun loungers for 100k, which include a free drink; they get snapped up like hotcakes, apparently people arrive very early in the morning to reserve them. We were checked in a bit earlier than scheduled, and no deposit was required. During our stay and at check-out, there were no hidden catches; we weren't charged extra for anything, and nothing was stolen. Would I return to this hotel again? Definitely yes.

Had a wonderful stay at Havana Nha Trang Hotel. The location is excellent, close to the beach, food options, and many attractions around Nha Trang. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast selection was good and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and relaxing. The only small issue was the air conditioning, as it seemed fixed at 23 degrees and could not be lowered, so the room was not as cool as expected. Other than that, everything else was great and I still enjoyed my stay very much. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang.

I recently spent 4 days and 3 nights at V Hotel Nha Trang, and it was a wonderful experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff greeted me warmly and provided a refreshing welcome drink while I checked in. The Highlights: • Surprise Upgrade: I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded my room to one with a private balcony! It added a lovely touch to my stay. • Perfect Location: The location is hard to beat. It is just a short walk to Nha Trang Beach and the vibrant Night Market. I found it incredibly easy to reach most major attractions on foot. • Foodie Paradise: There are plenty of delicious local food options right around the corner. You definitely won’t go hungry staying here! Room for Improvement: The only minor issue I encountered was a small leakage under the bathroom sink, which kept the floor in that area wet. It didn't ruin my stay, but it is something that could use a quick fix from maintenance. Final Verdict: Despite the minor plumbing issue, the excellent service, generous room upgrade, and prime location made this a stay to remember. I would definitely recommend V Hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang!

The hotel is luxurious and the rooms are spacious. It has everything you need. The only thing I didn't understand was why there was a bag with a price tag and the words ”take me home if you want” that was dirty inside, with stains and leftover food… The breakfast buffet had a huge selection. The grounds are clean and well-maintained. The pool is clean and the water is warm. There's a kids' area that's not deep at all, and you can play volleyball right in the pool with a net nearby. There are sun loungers around the pool, and towels are provided there. The sea is clean, the entry is shallow, and there are pillows on the shore where you can leave your belongings. Sun loungers are a bit further from the shore, but they are also available, and there's a bar. Inside the hotel building, there's a kids' playroom where you can leave your child. For an additional fee, you can sign them up for a master class. Buggy rides are available to VinWonders. Regarding cleanliness, maybe it's a characteristic of the country… but there's dust everywhere – on the floors, shelves, nightstands, and wardrobes… We liked it and would come back again, but for a slightly longer stay this time ♥️

The location, directly connected to the shopping mall, was incredibly convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, the hotel facilities and basic environment were satisfactory. However, the service left something to be desired. The front desk staff's attitude was a bit brusque, and after room cleaning, basic amenities like bottled water or bathrobes were frequently missing, requiring us to call and request them every time. This happened so often that it felt more than just a simple mistake, making our stay inconvenient and frustrating. If housekeeping and service management were improved, this hotel would be much better.

The hotel is beautiful and spacious, which probably justifies its 5-star rating. However, I wouldn't say the food was varied. The dining and variety at our hotel on the mainland in Cam Ranh were much better. Yes, the presentation wasn't as luxurious there, but when you're staying for an extended period, the food is more important. I come to relax, not to admire pretty hotel walls! When booking, it stated that one mini-bar refill was complimentary on the day of check-in. In the end, for three people (two adults and one child), we only found two bottles of water. When I inquired at the reception, they said the mini-bar wasn't included for a one-night stay, but they did bring more water when requested. Similarly, in the restaurant, waiters pour your water. For comparison, at the other hotel we stayed at for our entire vacation, any size water (0.5 to 1.5 liters) was readily available, whether from the fridge or not, and at the beach, reception, restaurant, and in our room, there were always six bottles of water for the three of us, plus a fridge stocked with Pepsi, 7-Up, Mirinda, and children's milkshakes. Also, upon check-in, for three people, there were only two large towels. They brought more when we asked. When we entered the room, there were menus on the table. I decided to look through them, and under one of the menus, there was half a pill of something. Luckily, I noticed it and threw it in the bin. What if my child had seen it first and, God forbid, eaten it? I don't even know what kind of medication it was. In the beach bag, there were someone else's old cotton pads, and the beach flip-flops had sand traces from what appeared to be previous guests. There's no drying rack on the balcony, only in the bathroom. It's questionable whether clothes would dry quickly enough there. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower cabin. The shower head in the cabin had weak and intermittent pressure, and in the bathtub, you could only rinse off as there was no holder to hang the showerhead. To some, it might seem like I'm nitpicking, but I have something to compare it to. Initially, we weren't thrilled with our main hotel, but after staying at Vinpearl, we realized we wanted to go back to our old hotel because both the food and service were better there. Perhaps this experience was also due to only booking the room for one night. We stayed at the hotel to visit the park for two days. I think the hotel is good for a couple of nights, but considering all the downsides mentioned, we wouldn't stay for a long period. On the plus side: there are great beach activities like parasailing with a boat and quad biking. The prices aren't cheap (800,000 - 1,000,000), and there are various water sports equipment rentals available.

The location was great, and the breakfast was exceptional. Unfortunately, other aspects of my stay were disappointing and not what I expected from a hotel. When I arrived, the room was not properly cleaned, and there were lots of hairs around the room. The hair dryer and fridge were also not working. When I first asked for help, I was told that the fridge simply wasn’t supposed to cool, which didn’t make sense. Thankfully, I asked another staff member, and he helped replace it with a working one. The hotel also did not provide basic complimentary toiletries such as shower gel. I ran out of the one I had brought with me, so I asked the hotel for some, but it took more than an hour for it to arrive. Overall, the location and breakfast were definitely the highlights of my stay, but the cleanliness, room amenities, and slow service need significant improvement.

The location is fantastic, no doubt about it. It's about a five-minute walk to the beach, which means it's close enough to be convenient but not so close that you're bothered by noisy parties or bars at night. Many of the shops and attractions recommended on Xiaohongshu (a popular Chinese social media platform) are within walking distance, so whether you're looking for food, shopping, or photo ops, everything is close by. Some of the hotel rooms offer a sea view, but even if you're on a higher floor facing inland, the city view is still quite beautiful. There are no taller buildings behind it, so you can see the distant mountains clearly. The rooftop infinity pool is also a must-try hotel amenity. The breakfast is pretty mediocre, though. You can totally skip it and head to a nearby place that supposedly sells the best French bread in Nha Trang. The air conditioning in the room, even when set to 18 degrees Celsius, sometimes felt warm. Especially considering Nha Trang's naturally high temperatures, there were times when I'd return to the room in the afternoon and have to strip down and stand directly in front of the AC vent just to feel cool. The TV in the room makes this five-star hotel feel a bit outdated. It doesn't have internet connectivity, meaning you can't watch Netflix or iQiyi. While you might think you don't have time for TV on vacation, there's actually plenty of downtime when you're in the hotel that you could spend watching something. Overall, it's a very good hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great value, beautiful views and excellent service We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Nha Trang. From the beginning, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite with a beautiful beach and ocean view. For the price we paid, the overall experience was definitely worth it. The swimming pool was great, but one of the highlights for us was the premium lounge. The panoramic view from there was amazing – you can see across Nha Trang, with both the beach and the city in front of you. It's a great place to just sit, relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast buffet was awesome with a huge variety of food to choose from. We also ordered room service during our stay and the meals were delicious and well prepared. The airport transfer was another nice touch. We were picked up in a BMW, and the roughly one-hour journey was very comfortable. Cold water and refreshing towels were provided, and our driver was very friendly. Communication was especially easy if you can speak some Vietnamese. I was also impressed with the laundry service. Even when we needed our laundry done quickly towards the end of our stay, they arranged express service while still charging us the normal rate, which we really appreciated. Overall, the combination of the Junior Suite, beautiful sea views, premium lounge, excellent breakfast, comfortable airport transfer and accommodating staff made this stay very enjoyable. Great value for what we paid, and I would happily stay here again when visiting Nha Trang.

Overall, it was great! I absolutely loved the daily evening drinks at the Executive Lounge, and they even delivered snacks and drinks – a huge plus! The executive breakfast was also quite luxurious, but honestly, the portions were a bit too big. They could really cut down a bit; I couldn't finish it all, which felt like a waste of food. The hotel provides free beach umbrellas, which they didn't advertise. I only found out by asking, and it was a wonderful surprise! Right next door were the Intercontinental and Sheraton's umbrellas, which was also great. I later found out that you can ask for more water once you've finished it. I had bought bottled water many times myself, which was a hassle to carry back to the hotel. The hotel spa also seemed nice and not expensive. I didn't have time to try it this time, but I'll definitely go next time! Highly recommend!

Com I’m sure it showed a shower not a bath which is what I got which was no good for my knee s. They said they had no more rooms . Also on arrival the door wouldn’t lock so that needed major surgery also when I went to see the balcony I got caught up in the curtains which were torn to shreds top to bottom . In my view the staff were very unhelpful . They definitely didn’t cater for western travelers bar eggs so over all I was disappointed and I’m wondering who how do these hotels get their rating .i think it’s time I looked at another holiday company because lately my trips don’t stand up to there rating

This was the cheapest hotel of our trip, so I didn't have high expectations. We booked a family room for three people and were pleasantly surprised to get two connecting rooms. The rooms were standard, but the service was unexpectedly good. We had trouble buying bus tickets to Da Lat on the app, so we asked the front desk attendant for help. She bought the tickets for us directly, even asking what time we wanted to leave and if we preferred upper or lower bunks. She spoke a little Chinese and would give an apologetic smile when she didn't understand something. She also arranged a complimentary shuttle for us. On the day we checked out, she was on duty again and even helped us Google directions to our next hotel in Da Lat, which was incredibly thoughtful! Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day we extended our stay. It's also very close to the beach and has plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, it was excellent!

The hotel is superb! Despite the exterior looking a bit dated from the street, inside it feels like you're in Italy, with high-quality furniture and appliances. The entire staff is very friendly and caring. When we checked out, they escorted us to our taxi and helped with our luggage (there was a very kind gentleman). They even tracked down our lost driver, so we didn't have to search for him with our bags! The breakfasts were great, with stations replenished regularly. You can also order coffee at the bar. I especially loved having breakfast in the garden! 😍 Our room was on the 9th floor with a sea view. I just wanted to sit on the balcony all the time and admire the view! The only downside is that it's impossible to take a shower peacefully in the bathroom. The water leaks significantly and floods the floor, which is unsafe. You have to be very careful with the showerhead.

A family trip with a 2nd-grade daughter, a 4th-grade son, and us parents! Our first trip to Nha Trang, and we were incredibly satisfied with our chosen accommodation, Champa Island Resort!! It was close to the city center, supermarkets, Nha Trang beach, Dam Market, and Po Nagar Cham Towers. It was peaceful and quiet, and we were all happy with the room condition, breakfast, and swimming pools. The kids enjoyed free activities (making shapes with clay, and even trying conical hat making). Since archery is a family hobby, we also tried the paid archery. We experienced both the hotel pool and the Kubera Wing pool, and the surfing board and billiards at the pool were also great. It was a bit of a shame that the hotel pool closed at 6 PM, but it was nice that the Kubera Wing pool closed at 9 PM. I particularly remember the Himalayan salt massage at Champa Spa. My daughter also said the kids' massage was wonderful. On our last day, we couldn't stay for breakfast as we had a late-night flight, but they provided us with a meal box, which we enjoyed at the airport. All the staff were friendly, and above all, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay for 6 nights in a spacious and clean environment without any inconveniences. Our kids were also very happy and said they'd like to come back here if we visit Nha Trang again. Thank you. We had a great time!

The hotel is clean, located near the beach and next to Vincom, but the surrounding area is mainly for Russian tourists. To find Vietnamese food, you need to walk up one or two streets. Also, it's a one-way street, which makes driving and parking a bit difficult and you can easily get fined. Check-in time is a bit late at 3 PM, and check-out is at 12 PM. However, check-in was quick, and it wasn't overly crowded. The chairs in the lobby lounge can get uncomfortable after a while. On the first floor, there's a seating area with cushioned benches for more comfortable resting. The restrooms on each floor are few, small, and lack hooks, so they can get overloaded during peak hours. The 21st-floor swimming pool is quite small, more suitable for decoration than actual swimming. There's an option for a 3-bed room for three people. The room is adequately sized, not cramped but not spacious either, and includes a bathtub. There are plenty of power outlets. However, the room has no balcony, and there's only yellow lighting in the room and at the vanity area. If you need to do makeup, you have to maximize the natural light from the window and use a personal mirror. Each room only has one room card, which is quite inconvenient if you're staying with a large group. The Wi-Fi can be a bit weak at times. The breakfast buffet offers a diverse selection of Vietnamese and European dishes, open from 6-9 AM. Each dish shows careful attention to detail, from flavor to presentation, not just a quick preparation. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly, going above and beyond to assist guests! They know how to skillfully create a harmonious atmosphere! The coffee shop in front of the lobby is also very thoughtful, meticulous, and attentive.

This was our first time vacationing on the island, and choosing a villa with a sea view and private pool was definitely the right decision! The view is stunning! The villa has everything you need and more, such as beautiful glasses for wine, champagne, and juice. There's a full-sized refrigerator (not a mini-bar) that keeps things perfectly cold and even freezes items. The cleaning service is excellent, and the king-size bed is huge. Breakfasts are a solid 5 out of 5. And by Vietnam standards, it’s a 5+! No queues for omelets. Fruits like mango, melon, watermelon, passion fruit, dragon fruit, and others are always available. The Pho Bo is consistently delicious. We traveled to the hotel by boat. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. As soon as you enter the river port terminal, someone immediately approaches you, registers you, and escorts you to the waiting area, offering cold tea. Everything is comfortable and clean, and the restrooms in the terminal are spotless (important for us as we’re traveling with children). There were no delays anywhere. Everything was smooth. Electric carts run regularly from the hotel to the restaurant area (Harbor) and VinWorld amusement park. We bought park tickets at the hotel, and there was virtually no price difference compared to Trip.com. The beach is perfect! The sand is like flour, almost white, and the sea is crystal clear! The pool is also clean. The only minor drawback was that the kids found it a bit boring. There wasn't any seaweed in the sea to catch, like in Amiana, Nha Trang.)) The hotel staff are polite and attentive. In the evenings, you can watch the evening show from the pier on the beach. There’s a fireworks display every day at 9:30 PM. Overall, we recommend the hotel and will definitely be back!

The location is great for tours or exploring the city. It was convenient to get everywhere quickly with Grab. The pool was also nice, and the beach is close by. However, music could be heard from outside until midnight every night, and it would start up again at 4 or 5 AM. Some nights were particularly loud, but it was noisy every single day. Even though I'm not particularly sensitive to noise, it was still loud. Those who are sensitive to noise should definitely not stay here. I had to wear noise-canceling earphones to sleep every night, and even my parents found it difficult. The staff were friendly, but there were days when trash on the floor in the room wasn't cleaned. I've stayed at Citadines hotels in other countries before, but this is the first time I've had to contact the front desk or make requests so frequently. I think it's a good place for a quiet stay on the beach. However, it's quite far from the city center, so you have to take a taxi or similar to go out for meals. There was a shuttle bus to Nha Trang center. The grounds are vast, and it's a long walk from the reception to the beach, rooms, and breakfast area. There were several electric carts, but they weren't operational. It was a shame we couldn't use them, especially since we had children and a lot of luggage. The cleaning seemed to be thorough. Using the shower and bathtub was also fine. The quality and quantity of breakfast were good. Having breakfast while watching the sunrise was wonderful. The pool and beach were almost deserted, which was excellent. The room was spacious, had a bathtub, and the price was low. The drawbacks are the lack of amenities nearby and the unusable electric carts. If you can overlook these, I think it's a hotel with excellent value for money. While it's advertised as a 5-star hotel, perhaps it was when it first opened. But now there are many higher-quality hotels in Nha Trang and Cam Ranh. Compared to those, I really hope this hotel strives to improve even more.

1. What I didn't like: 1) I made a reservation for August 2nd to August 4th, 2026, back in March 2026. When I arrived at 4 PM, timing it with my boat ride, they said they couldn't find my reservation and I couldn't check in. └ I kept insisting they reconfirm and questioning why my reservation wasn't there. Eventually, they said they had a spare room and let me in. (Trip.com showed no rooms available for that date... what's going on?) → Trip.com: The Vinpearl reception told me to contact where I booked, so I did. Trip.com said my reservation was confirmed and they had verified it with the resort. (What the heck?!) → Vinpearl: I received a KakaoTalk message asking if everything was okay. When I told them what happened, they confirmed my reservation was valid. In conclusion, we just looked like the strange ones... ㅡ,.ㅡ (They say a good start is half the battle, but this...) 2) Accommodation: It was old, and there was a lot of dust on the interior walls. Cleanliness is fundamental for accommodation... it seems they don't clean properly... (I had to wipe it myself to hang my wet clothes...) The window sills were so wide that bugs could easily get in. (There was a dead cockroach in the room). They should really add something to keep bugs out... there were also traces of hatched bugs on the wall... 3) There were stains on the bathroom wall (snot marks, mold...). It was hard to ignore. It seemed like the towels were washed carelessly... there were several brown stains. └ I think it would be good for them to visit other resorts and learn about their cleaning standards (perhaps even using a separate cleaning company and having the resort manager check every room after checkout). 2. What I liked: 1) Being on an island, there weren't too many people, and it was great for using the beach and pool. 2) All the front desk staff were friendly, making it easy to call the buggy car. Although they said it would take 15 minutes, they always arrived within 5 minutes. 3) The breakfast was delicious. The staff at Seabreeze were also very friendly. 4) After the mud bath, there were surprisingly many places to go on the way back to the accommodation (3 swimming pools (including the one for the accommodation), a children's water park, old houses, and restaurants scattered around). Conclusion: If you can overlook the flaws, it's very satisfying. 90% willingness to revisit (the condition of the accommodation deducted 10%).

Considering the incredibly budget-friendly price of any room in this hotel, all its drawbacks are simply trivial! ))) If you're looking for a hotel just to drop your backpack, take a shower, sleep overnight, and grab breakfast in the morning before heading off to new adventures, this is a perfectly decent choice. Regarding the breakfast offered by the hotel, I applaud them enthusiastically: I didn't expect such an impeccable and meticulous approach to feeding their guests from an establishment of this level! Bravo! Undoubtedly, there are downsides to windowless rooms, but I don't suffer from claustrophobia; it's much more uncomfortable in ship cabins below the waterline. )))) Of course, having moved today from the 'Libra' to a nicer hotel, I'm like a child, delighted by the four-meter high ceilings, a huge balcony, and the presence of windows! ))) But, I repeat: 'Libra' charms with its 'price-quality' ratio, and despite a bunch of questions that arose during my couple of weeks staying at this hotel, I absolutely recommend it! And I don't rule out that I might even return there myself.)))

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We were in room 812. The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed. We had read reviews with many complaints about the room's amenities, but we found everything to be sufficient – we had hooks in the bathroom, a shelf for soap and shampoo in the shower, and more than enough power outlets. The kitchen was fully stocked. We did some minimal cooking occasionally but never used the oven or multicooker. The only thing missing was proper mugs for tea; my husband couldn't get enough from the small coffee cups. He ended up buying his own mug. There was a washing machine, an ironing board, and an iron available. We also had a huge balcony with a designated area for drying wet clothes. Our view wasn't the most spectacular, but it wasn't a big deal. The room was cleaned daily, and the bed linen and towels were changed regularly. Everything was sparkling white and clean. The day before our flight to Nha Trang, we received an email from the hotel informing us that some rooms would undergo renovations during our stay, strictly at set times. This news wasn't ideal, but we never heard any construction noise during our two-week vacation. We did have some issues with the air conditioning. We arrived late at night and couldn't get it to turn on, so we slept with the balcony door open, but it was still stuffy. It was repaired the next morning. A few other times when the AC wouldn't start, a simple restart helped. On one occasion, that didn't work, and we had to call a technician again. Close to the hotel, there's a bus stop for route 23, which runs north to south and back along the entire promenade. There are small shops nearby where you can buy essentials. And not far away, in a large residential complex, the Gold Coast Mall occupies the first 8 floors, featuring numerous brand stores, two floors of Lotte Mart supermarket (3rd and 4th floors), cafes and restaurants, and entertainment like arcade games and bowling. Overall, we enjoyed everything. If we get the chance to return, we'll definitely book these apartments again.

We had to switch from a suite to a two-room apartment due to the hotel being fully booked, so we experienced different room categories. Overall, the hotel gets a 5+. The only minor downside is the small pool, but surprisingly, the pool area isn't overly crowded. Everything else is great. The views from this hotel are simply magnificent! 😻

A bit gross, though generally not bad... It's beautiful and the view is great, but the hotel is very tired 🥲 I'd really love to see total cleanliness. The towels need updating, the chairs on the balcony are broken... I wish professional cleaners would thoroughly clean everywhere in the hotel. There's grime on the windows :( and the dining room windows are dirty because of construction outside... The bathroom mirror is cracked but they just glued it instead of replacing it. Some tiles are falling off by the pool. The gym is like a coffin, with no air, and the machines are falling apart.. As for the village itself, the roads are good, you can walk around comfortably. There are two shops and a cafe, but the sea also has trash and everyone is swimming in it :( The housekeepers are lovely, and so are the ladies in the dining room. The staff are all friendly. And in the mornings, boats go by at 5-6 AM and they are VERY LOUD. We're just early risers so it was fine for us.

Overall, even before arriving at the hotel, you can see its exceptional and authentic design standing out from the rest. Check-in was quite hectic, as the hotel is in high demand, and yes, we had to wait a bit. When we entered the room, the view of the neighboring building's wall was a bit disappointing, but there was no room category selection on the website during booking. After speaking with the manager, there was hope for an upgrade. And yes, after some time, it happened, and we moved into a higher category room, paying a little extra. From that moment on, our stay became super comfortable. The diverse breakfasts (which was especially important for me as a vegan), daily cleaning, and the absence of insects in the bathroom all contributed to a pleasant vacation mood. I particularly want to note the attentiveness and involvement of the staff – Ruslan, the manager who was interested and helped throughout our stay, thank you for your involvement and support!

As soon as I saw Alibu for the first time, I immediately thought it was such a beautiful and charming resort. It is about a 15-minute drive from the city center, but I actually liked the location even more because it was quiet and peaceful. We used Grab whenever we wanted to go into the city, and it cost around 70,000 VND one way. During our stay, we used several of the resort’s facilities, and the Alibu Spa was definitely one of our favorites. It was clean, quiet, and relaxing, and the prices were very reasonable for a resort spa. The pool bar was relatively expensive compared to local prices, and I felt that the selection was a little limited for the price. I hope this can be improved in the future. The soundproofing in the room was not very good, so we could hear some noise from outside. There are two swimming pools, which was great because they never felt too crowded. However, there were far too few sun loungers for the number of guests. We also really enjoyed snorkeling at the private beach. Kayaks are available as well if you request them. All of the staff were friendly, warm, and welcoming throughout our stay. I noticed that many guests mentioned in their reviews that they had visited Alibu several times. After staying here, I can definitely understand why. I would love to choose Alibu again on my next trip to Nha Trang!

Excellent hotel with a very convenient location. The breakfast is standard, but you can always find something to your liking. I'd especially like to commend the staff – they are very welcoming, friendly, and attentive to guests. All our requests and questions were resolved quickly and without unnecessary waiting, which created a feeling of care and comfort throughout our stay. We even wanted to extend our stay, but there were no available rooms due to the hotel being fully booked. In my opinion, this speaks to its popularity among tourists. Thank you to the entire team at Green Beach Hotel for their hospitality and a pleasant stay!

I can say this hotel has a great location in Nha Trang, close to the bank and the cathedral, and only about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The hotel has a nice vibe and the room itself is comfortable. However, there were a few issues during my stay. I booked a queen bed but received two single beds. The staff tried to solve it by combining the beds, but the middle area was still uncomfortable to sleep on. There were also some concerns with room access. A cleaning staff member entered my room while I was inside. I assume the “Clean Room” button may not have worked and I didn’t activate the “Do Not Disturb” button, so that may have been the reason. However, on the second day, while I was leaving my room, a staff member tried to tap a card to enter my room in front of me and saying that I was supposed to check out. I showed my booking confirmation and she apologized. I also reported it to reception, but they also mentioned that Im gonna going to check out. 🤔 I believe better communication and awareness among staff would help prevent these situations. As a solo traveler, this made me quite concerned about the safety of my room. I still hope this case couldn’t happen again due to I honestly still prefer this hotel.

Good day everyone. I want to give a detailed review of my stay at the Gonsala hotel. Let's start with check-in: We were greeted very well, with the car doors opened for us, luggage taken to the reception, and a complimentary welcome drink. They take a $50 deposit upon check-in. We got a fantastic room (1907) on the 19th floor with a balcony. We checked the cleanliness before moving in, and everything was perfectly spotless, even behind the toilet and in the shower. The room was cleaned every day, and the linen was changed every 5 days. We stayed for 11 days, and on the 10th day, the day before check-out, the linen was changed. The breakfasts are not bad; considering we don't overeat in the morning at home, you can find something to eat here. There's a cool pool on the 20th floor, where we sometimes relaxed in the evenings. The beach is literally a leisurely 5-minute walk away. There are many cafes around to suit every taste. We also had an unpleasant incident: we forgot a phone (iPhone) in a taxi. When we approached the hotel manager for help, he identified the taxi number through the cameras and was ready to rush off on his scooter to find the taxi using geolocation. Fortunately, we managed to call the phone, and the new Russian passengers answered and brought it back to the hotel. We were lucky. I want to particularly commend the guest relations department and personally Ninh-Vanh Nguyen Nam Hien for their assistance in finding the phone and for their moral support. If we come to Nha Trang again, we will stay at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

The location is fantastic: second-line, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The hotel is a little further from the city center, but this was actually a plus because the beach here was far less crowded than in the center, and it was cleaner too. Towels were provided at the beach, and we always had enough. Breakfast offered a good variety; both my child and I always found something we liked. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The reception staff even advised us on buying excursion tickets and getting around the city. The room was small but cozy. We had a sea view, but since the hotel is on the second line, the Queen Ann hotel in front partially obstructed the view. Housekeeping cleaned daily and replaced the bottled drinking water. On the first day, we only had cold water for our shower. Later, our neighbors on the same floor told us that for the shower, you first need to turn on only the hot water, let it run for a few minutes, and then gradually add cold water. It would have been nice to have an iron in the room. Also, a drying rack or some kind of fixture on the balcony for hanging swimwear and other items would have been very useful.

Everything at Hyatt was absolutely perfect. From beginning to end, it was spotless. Thank you so much for the champagne and strawberries for our wedding anniversary—it was such a thoughtful touch—and for the complimentary room upgrade to the ocean view. The view was mind-blowingly stunning! Also, we dined at the Executive Lounge on the 31st floor, where Emma (Uyen) was incredibly nice and friendly to us, especially to our 4-year-old daughter. Whenever we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile, offered us coffee, and was extremely attentive. A huge shoutout to her! Thank you!

Staying in room 5026, the three elevators in the main building felt a bit slow. From the room, facing an unfinished building, you could still catch a partial sea view. Odd-numbered rooms face the pool and sea, offering a great environment. The room decor was a little dated with faux wood-grain floor tiles, and the bath towels were a bit rough, but still usable. There was a front desk staff member who spoke Mandarin. The all-inclusive dining was a great value. Over two days, we ate at both restaurants and tried all the bars. With free-flowing drinks, I eventually just wanted water! There were many Russians and Koreans, a few locals, and very few English speakers. The absence of American tourists meant much less noise, particularly the loud videos during meals and people rushing for food. However, some of the local guests were quite noisy. I even encountered local children who didn't want to return my swimming float. Despite the crowd, the restaurant was well-organized. We happened to be there for the Wednesday pool party, which was lively, and there was a mini disco at night, perfect for kids. The beach environment was also excellent. This place is highly recommended for families, and I'd definitely consider coming back with friends and family.

Ana Mandara Cam Ranh – Overall a pleasant stay, but some areas need improvement What I liked: * 🌿 Green and peaceful: Lots of greenery and small trees. The overall atmosphere feels more like a peaceful Vietnamese village than a typical hotel/resort. * 🏖️ Easy beach access: The connection to the beach is convenient and not a lengthy walk. * 🌊 Sea-facing villas: The villas facing the sea are pretty nice and would be my preferred choice. * 🛏️ Spacious rooms: Rooms are generously sized and comfortable. * 🍜 Great Vietnamese breakfast: Breakfast has strong and authentic Vietnamese flavours with many local choices. * 😊 Generally helpful staff: Staff are helpful when you actually need assistance. What could be improved: * 🍳 Limited Western breakfast: Not many Western food options compared with the Vietnamese selection. * 🚽 Poor toilet privacy: The toilet is separated only by a very thin linen curtain, which does almost nothing to block toilet sounds. A proper door would be much better. * 🏊 Pool cleanliness: The main swimming pool was a little dusty, with quite a lot of sand at the bottom. * 🥵 Hot check-in area: The check-in/reception area does not have air conditioning, so it can feel quite hot in Cam Ranh weather. * 👋 Staff greetings: Staff rarely say “Hello,” “Good morning,” or “Thank you.” They are generally helpful, but the resort lacks some of the basic greeting and hospitality standards commonly found at international hotels. * 🏞️ Lagoon area: The lagoon section is quite far away and, personally, I didn’t find it particularly attractive. * 🏡 Village rather than resort vibe: This can be either positive or negative depending on your preference. If you expect a polished, luxurious international resort atmosphere, this place feels much more like staying in a landscaped Vietnamese village. Overall: A pleasant and relaxing property with good Vietnamese food, spacious rooms, lots of greenery and convenient beach access. I would recommend choosing a sea-facing villa. There are definitely some details that need improvement, particularly bathroom privacy, pool maintenance, reception comfort and staff greeting standards.

We stayed here as our second accommodation for our three-generation family trip. The three-bedroom unit was generally clean, although we did have to request pest control for ants in one of the rooms. Communication was easy via KakaoTalk, and the buggy cars arrived promptly when called, which was convenient. The private pool is quite small, so it's best not to have high expectations; it's probably more suitable for young children. The main pool was enjoyable for all ages, and the private beach was truly picturesque. It was so beautiful that it made us exclaim ”Wow! It's so pretty here, I want to come back!” If you're looking for a good value-for-money resort in Cam Ranh, I highly recommend this place.

An unforgettable 8 days at Radisson Blu Cam Ranh We spent eight wonderful days at Radisson Blu Cam Ranh, and this holiday left us with incredibly warm memories. Everything was excellent. The breakfast selection was so diverse that even after eight days we never got tired of it. We really enjoyed the dinners, the beach club by the sea, the pool bar, cocktails, fresh coconuts, the beautiful beach and the overall atmosphere of the resort. It is difficult to put into words how relaxed and comfortable we felt here. A special thank you to Manager Lich for his attention and hospitality. He helped us upgrade our already beautiful room and also arranged a special accommodation discount for five days. His personal attention made our stay even more memorable. We would also like to sincerely thank the entire Radisson Blu team: the restaurant staff, housekeeping, spa team, reception staff and the lifeguards who looked after everyone’s safety by the sea and pools. Everyone was friendly, attentive and professional. The resort itself is beautiful, spacious and very well maintained. We especially loved the beach, the views, the peaceful mornings, cycling along the coast and the evenings by the sea. We are leaving Vietnam with extremely positive emotions and many wonderful memories. Thank you to the entire Radisson Blu Cam Ranh team for making these eight days so special. We would absolutely love to come back. 10/10. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Hotel Lugano left us with the warmest and most pleasant memories! We arrived as a large family of six and booked two rooms. We were accommodated in the second building. Initially, this was a bit surprising and raised some questions, as we had expected to stay in the main building. However, after a few days, we realized it was actually a big plus. The second building is much calmer, quieter, and cozier, which is especially important when vacationing with family and children. We chose the 'Ultra All-Inclusive' package, and it turned out to be a very convenient decision. The wide selection of delicious food and drinks, good service, and the ability to not worry about a thing made our vacation as comfortable as possible. I'd particularly like to mention the sea — it was simply magnificent! The clear, transparent water, beautiful beach, and stunning views created a true holiday feeling. The children thoroughly enjoyed their time on the beach and in the water. We also really enjoyed the hotel's evening program. Almost every evening, there were various concerts, musical evenings, artist performances, and entertainment shows. It was very pleasant to gather as a family after a busy day, enjoy live music, and soak in the festive atmosphere. As for minor suggestions, we'd like to point out that the second building currently lacks a kids' club. However, we noticed that it's already under construction, which is great news — future stays with children will be even more convenient. Also, in our opinion, it would be convenient to have at least a small restaurant or dining area for guests in the second building. Overall, our vacation exceeded our expectations. Clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful grounds, a wonderful sea, diverse dining, interesting entertainment, and friendly staff made our holiday unforgettable. We were very satisfied and would gladly return to this hotel again. Many thanks to the entire hotel team for the wonderful hospitality and a fantastic vacation!

The hotel is new and beautiful. The view from the window overlooks the sea and the airport. The breakfasts are good with a wide variety of dishes, so it's hard to leave hungry. In the evening, we ordered dinner from the restaurant and had it delivered to our room. The pool is fantastic, and the water was surprisingly warm. There's also a lazy river, but it operates on a schedule. The kids' club is in a neighboring building, spacious, with a trampoline and a ball pit. We went to the beach for a swim in the sea. The beach has 'singing sand,' and the sea is crystal clear. HOWEVER, sometimes there's trash floating around (plastic bags, tubes, packaging). Otherwise, we have no complaints. There's a plaza with cafes nearby. Our impressions of the hotel are very positive! It's perfect for a beach vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city center and crowds. We would gladly come back again.
