My room faced the side with the nightclub, as mentioned in other reviews. However, being on a higher floor, I didn't hear any noise from the club at night. The soundproofing wasn't great though, as the Korean guests in the next room were very noisy early in the morning. I checked in late at night, and perhaps because of the hour, the lobby air conditioning was off, making it a bit warm. When booking a Grab, make sure to select 'Prime Havana' for the location. I initially used the English hotel name from Trip.com, but the driver arrived at the wrong place, and I had to cancel. You need to include 'Prime' before the hotel name.

🌊My stay at Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa was absolutely fantastic! We had a direct view of the beautiful sea 🌅, and could see the ocean right when we opened the window. The hotel facilities are very well-maintained, and the room was clean and spacious 🛁. The staff were warm, polite, and provided excellent service. In my free time, I enjoyed the hotel's spa for some relaxation. It's very close to the beach downstairs, making it convenient for getting around, and the breakfast selection was rich and delicious 😋. It's my top choice for a vacation, highly recommended!

I recently spent 4 days and 3 nights at V Hotel Nha Trang, and it was a wonderful experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. We booked a villa with breakfast and full park access. Absolutely fantastic! The ambiance, service, and food are a 10 out of 5! The staff are all adorable, smiling faces, always ready to help with anything. In the morning, apart from the birds and the gentle sound of the waves, there isn't a single disturbing noise (well, unless you count 'Mom, wake up, time for breakfast!'). We checked in in the evening, worried that we wouldn't be able to get a proper meal for ourselves and the kids. Pffft... Room service menu prices are more than reasonable, and the food is delicious. The next day, we went down and discovered a large food court area (we stayed at Vinpearl in 2013 and didn't see it, maybe it wasn't there yet). You can find something for even the pickiest eaters, and the prices are very affordable. We had lunch at the hotel's main restaurant. Nothing has changed over the years. Simply indescribable. Extremely, extremely delicious. A great perk for guests staying at the island hotels is the ability to enter the park early and avoid the huge lines for rides later on. So valuable when you're on vacation. We will definitely return and recommend it to our friends. Wishing everyone a wonderful holiday!

I stayed for 3 nights during the September Silver Week. It might be at the edge of Nha Trang's city center. The room has a balcony overlooking the beach. The location is excellent, right in front of the beach. Waking up to a sea view is truly uplifting. It has a king bed and a balcony. The room is spacious. There's a sink and an induction hob for a kitchen, but it said to contact them if you want to use the induction hob. For a large hotel, the check-in process was quite disorganized. The elevators are separated into low-floor and high-floor. It's written by the elevators on the 1st floor, but I didn't pay attention and only realized it the next day. Many people seem confused about this. Perhaps the low-floor/high-floor separation was an afterthought, as both elevators are available on my floor, and it's not indicated which is which, making it hard to tell. It is written on the 1st floor though. I thought they could have mentioned it during check-in. The window's heat insulation seems weak, so the air conditioning isn't very effective on sunny days. For some reason, the refrigerator's cooling power is also weak. The room was cleaned properly, and two bottles of water were replenished daily. The power outlets are universal, but Japanese plugs were difficult to insert. There's a party happening on the beach every day. It usually ends between 1 and 2 AM, but until then, the heavy bass can be felt even with the windows closed. During check-out, I was told to wait 10 minutes for a room check, but after about 20 minutes, I had to go ask, and only then was I told everything was fine. There's a pool and a gym on the 6th floor. There was also a dedicated area for the hotel on the beach directly in front. I didn't use the breakfast, but it cost 280k₫. A commercial complex called VINCOM is annexed to the hotel. There's a supermarket on the 2nd floor, so shopping is convenient. There are also many restaurants. Money exchange is also available on the 1st floor there. Despite several issues, the location is wonderful, which alone makes it worth staying.

I highly recommend this hotel! It's not primarily a family resort, but to my surprise, my child had an absolute blast during our stay. The hotel boasts several swimming pools, with separate saltwater and freshwater options, each divided into shallow and deep areas. They provide life jackets for both adults and children by the pools, which are meticulously maintained. Lifeguards are on duty at all times, making water play very reassuring. The hotel's private cove isn't huge, but the snorkeling exceeded expectations. You can spot a variety of colorful small fish as soon as you enter the water. The cove has a unique topography: very shallow near the shore, but with an underwater cliff further out. This means both beginners and experienced swimmers can find something to enjoy. You could easily spend an entire day just on this beach, and there are also lifeguards patrolling the area. We also tried the hotel's mud bath experience. The hotel thoughtfully provided special clothing, so we didn't need to bring our own. Dinner buffet is served by the sea, allowing you to dine with a gentle sea breeze. The food selection is rich, and there's live band music, creating an amazing atmosphere. Our stay also included a complimentary afternoon tea, where kids could enjoy unlimited ice cream. Each guest also received a complimentary drink and dessert, both of which were delicious. Dining with a sea view was absolutely stunning. Overall, the experience was fantastic and well worth a visit!

Intercontinental Nha Trang was definitely the most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our trip to Vietnam. Its location is excellent – just across the road from the beach, so you can go for a swim anytime. Within a kilometer, there are various massage parlors, restaurants, and shops, making the area very lively. The hotel has about ten beach chairs, which can be a bit limited, so you have to check if any are available. The kids absolutely loved the hotel's pool, which has deep, shallow, and massage areas. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich; it was the most bountiful breakfast we had in Vietnam this trip. Upon check-in, we found a cute elephant in our room. Room service was very prompt, and there was even a turndown service in the evening. Since it was my birthday, the hotel lounge bar surprised me with a birthday cake! The doorman service was top-notch; every time we waited for a Grab, they would proactively ask for the license plate number, and even offer to contact the driver and tell them where to pick us up (the hotel lobby is on the 2nd floor, but there's also a pick-up/drop-off entrance on the 1st floor). If I go to Nha Trang again, I'll definitely choose Intercontinental.

We stayed in mid-August. The hotel wasn't overcrowded, and the elevators were surprisingly fast! I'll address some concerns I read about before booking, just so you're prepared: 1. **Noise Level:** Many reviews mentioned it being noisy due to the central location (streets, traffic, concerts). The city is indeed lively and bustling! Its pulse starts racing at 5 AM and only calms down late in the evening. However, from my experience, with the balcony door closed (it's impossible to sleep with it open in summer due to the heat, stuffiness, and humidity), it was perfectly fine for sleeping. We'd crash within 10 minutes after a busy day (the pillows and mattress, by the way, were very comfortable – which is a huge plus!). We didn't hear our neighbors at all, even though they were there; maybe we just got lucky. 2. **Dirty Towels:** Some reviews mentioned dirty towels. Ours were always clean. 3. **Limited Beach Chairs/Umbrellas:** This was unfortunately true for the free hotel-provided ones. We went to the beach at 6:30 AM to try and secure a spot (the staff hadn't even started setting up the umbrellas and loungers yet). We got lucky once, but the second time, we weren't even close to being first, second, or fourth. We decided our sleep and peace of mind were more important and opted for the paid ones. I understand this is a common issue with many hotels. On the bright side, our section of the beach wasn't as crowded as others, and there were always free loungers and umbrellas available if you were willing to pay. Ladies, there was no hair conditioner in the room. So, if that's important to you, bring your own or buy some locally – luckily, cosmetics are readily available in Vietnam. On the other hand, the local water makes your hair incredibly soft! Overall, I liked the hotel. The location, of course, is fantastic! You can even watch public concerts/festivals from your balcony if you wish. Our room had a sea view facing the sunrise – it was incredibly beautiful! It's impossible not to wake up to greet the new day. Check out the collection of sunrise photos I took at different times between 5:30-6 AM (at this time, many local Vietnamese are swimming, exercising, or just relaxing. We even saw kids playing badminton at 6:30 AM). The staff was attentive, and our room was cleaned daily. The bed linens were changed, but I didn't pay attention to how frequently. **Food:** If you're not expecting 15 types of sausage and 20 kinds of cheese, you'll be happy. We only had breakfast, as food in local cafes is relatively inexpensive (compared to Moscow prices), and we enjoyed exploring Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, and Italian cuisines at various establishments.

Overall, it was great! I absolutely loved the daily evening drinks at the Executive Lounge, and they even delivered snacks and drinks – a huge plus! The hotel provides free beach umbrellas, which they didn't advertise. I only found out by asking, and it was a wonderful surprise! I visited this hotel because many people use it for '0.5-night stays.' I was actually debating between this hotel and Virgo Hotel, but I chose this one after hearing about its good location. I booked it for about 65,000 won per night. However, I personally felt that it didn't live up to that price point. First of all, the pool was smaller than Virgo Hotel's, and the overall facilities and atmosphere were also disappointing compared to Virgo Hotel. Then, when I asked for an extra key card, I was quite surprised to be told I needed to pay a 150,000 VND deposit to get one. I was also told to leave my passport at the hotel during check-in, which I also found hard to understand. I couldn't help but worry about who would be responsible if the hotel lost my passport. In the end, instead of leaving my passport, I paid a 500,000 VND deposit. Personally, I think it would have been much better if they had just asked for a 500,000 VND deposit from the beginning, rather than telling me to leave my passport. The instruction to leave my passport was quite unsettling. The room size was adequate, but the pool was smaller than I expected. While the location was definitely excellent, considering the overall experience, I'm not sure if I would visit again.

Initially, I was quite torn because there are so many good hotels in Nha Trang city center. After about 2-3 hours of careful deliberation, I made the reservation and was extremely satisfied. First, the hotel's location is near the main street in Nha Trang city center, which was very convenient for getting around. Second, the service was great for the price (breakfast, swimming pool, etc.). I booked a room with breakfast included and enjoyed it for both days. The swimming pool on the 6th floor was also excellent. Third, they offered luggage storage even after check-out, so I was able to enjoy my morning activities before picking up my bags and heading out. I stayed for a total of two days and had a great and relaxing time!

The positive aspect of this hotel I would say is definitely the location, it was close to everything and we could walk everywhere. So I would give it 5 stars in terms of location. Additionally I would say the service was great as well, they were very friendly and accommodating. However, the negative aspects I noticed was that the internet was very weak and turned off and on. It was not reliable and most often very frustrating to deal with. Finally, I would say the the breakfast buffet was not worth getting up for, it lacked variety and simply it was not satisfying. But overall, the stay was pleasant and I would say average.

This was the cheapest hotel of our trip, so I didn't have high expectations. We booked a family room for three people and were pleasantly surprised to get two connecting rooms. The rooms were standard, but the service was unexpectedly good. We had trouble buying bus tickets to Da Lat on the app, so we asked the front desk attendant for help. She bought the tickets for us directly, even asking what time we wanted to leave and if we preferred upper or lower bunks. She spoke a little Chinese and would give an apologetic smile when she didn't understand something. She also arranged a complimentary shuttle for us. On the day we checked out, she was on duty again and even helped us Google directions to our next hotel in Da Lat, which was incredibly thoughtful! Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day we extended our stay. It's also very close to the beach and has plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, it was excellent!

The hotel is superb! Despite the exterior looking a bit dated from the street, inside it feels like you're in Italy, with high-quality furniture and appliances. The entire staff is very friendly and caring. When we checked out, they escorted us to our taxi and helped with our luggage (there was a very kind gentleman). They even tracked down our lost driver, so we didn't have to search for him with our bags! The breakfasts were great, with stations replenished regularly. You can also order coffee at the bar. I especially loved having breakfast in the garden! 😍 Our room was on the 9th floor with a sea view. I just wanted to sit on the balcony all the time and admire the view! The only downside is that it's impossible to take a shower peacefully in the bathroom. The water leaks significantly and floods the floor, which is unsafe. You have to be very careful with the showerhead.

I really liked this hotel – it’s a great option for Nha Trang. However, if you’re on a motorbike like us, it’s convenient. If you're on foot, it's not ideal as it’s in a rather remote area, especially if you need easy access to the central beach and shops. This trip (early May 2026), we deliberately stayed further away from the Lotus area because it was unbearably packed with Russian tourists, always looking disgruntled and being loud. Getting around on a motorbike was very convenient, and parking on the ground floor is free. The hotel is clean, and the infinity pool is nice, but it’s usually crowded, so you often have to wait for a sun lounger or go early in the morning. Breakfast was a hit, but it wasn't consistently good every day – some days had fresh pate and butterfish, while others had rather sparse options. Fruits were available daily: watermelon, melon, and apples. Pastries included croissants and Chinese buns with custard. There were also several types of fried noodles, rice, vegetables, cheese, cold cuts, and a few salad options. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel. There’s a shuttle to the beach that runs on a schedule. The staff are very polite and speak English. There was also a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, though she seemed to be there only at certain hours, as she wasn't always present. If the location doesn't bother you, I definitely recommend it.

I arrived and checked in around 1 AM on September 13, 2026. The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the city center, so I took a Grab back and forth for lunch and dinner. The Grab fare was roughly 5,000 to 6,000 Korean Won round trip. I stayed in the Hotel Wing. There are two pools: one behind the Hotel Wing and one directly in front of the Kubera Wing. The Hotel Wing pool is slightly smaller than the Kubera Wing pool but about five times larger than typical city hotel pools. The Hotel Wing pool is about 160-180 cm deep and generally quiet. The Kubera Wing pool is around 150-170 cm deep and a bit noisy due to families. The Hotel Wing pool closes at 6 PM, while the Kubera pool closes at 9 PM. They have something like paddle boats available for rent at 5,000 Korean Won. Breakfast was just okay, so I only ate it once and then went out for meals afterward. If you order delivery from the Kubera Wing, you have to take a buggy to pick it up at the Hotel Wing. The Hotel Wing allows direct pickup for food deliveries. Lotte Mart in Nha Trang doesn't deliver, so you'll need to order from the Lotte Mart next to Champa. Upon check-in, a staff member added me on KakaoTalk. They understood and replied in Korean to all my inquiries and requests, even when I typed in Korean. It seems times have changed for the better. My only complaint during my stay was the constant smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway on the 4th floor of the Hotel Wing, caused by some inconsiderate person. Even after telling the staff, nothing changed. I guess they were too intimidated by the 'big, scary brothers' to say anything. Rest assured, even when large groups of Chinese tourists come, they don't use the pool. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Nha Trang. The staff are incredibly friendly. Since this was my first trip to Nha Trang with no prior information, I wanted to share this to help other Koreans a little. For 40,000 Won, this quality is practically free.

Our room was on the twentieth floor, a two-room suite with panoramic windows, offering a very beautiful view of the city and a partial sea view. The hotel is clean, located near the beach and next to Vincom, but the surrounding area is mainly for Russian tourists. To find Vietnamese food, you need to walk up one or two streets. Also, it's a one-way street, which makes driving and parking a bit difficult and you can easily get fined. Check-in time is a bit late at 3 PM, and check-out is at 12 PM. However, check-in was quick, and it wasn't overly crowded. The chairs in the lobby lounge can get uncomfortable after a while. On the first floor, there's a seating area with cushioned benches for more comfortable resting. The restrooms on each floor are few, small, and lack hooks, so they can get overloaded during peak hours. The 21st-floor swimming pool is quite small, more suitable for decoration than actual swimming. There's an option for a 3-bed room for three people. The room is adequately sized, not cramped but not spacious either, and includes a bathtub. There are plenty of power outlets. However, the room has no balcony, and there's only yellow lighting in the room and at the vanity area. If you need to do makeup, you have to maximize the natural light from the window and use a personal mirror. Each room only has one room card, which is quite inconvenient if you're staying with a large group. The Wi-Fi can be a bit weak at times. The breakfast buffet offers a diverse selection of Vietnamese and European dishes, open from 6-9 AM. Each dish shows careful attention to detail, from flavor to presentation, not just a quick preparation. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly, going above and beyond to assist guests! They know how to skillfully create a harmonious atmosphere! The coffee shop in front of the lobby is also very thoughtful, meticulous, and attentive.

This is one of those hotels where you would keep on coming back. To get to the hotel is extremely easy. You take a taxi to the cable station station or the boat pier which is practically the same thing. Once you get there, you register and the hotel staff will do it for you. You will then take a 6minute ferry to the island. When you get to the island, the hotel staff will take you to the hotel. Well, the staff is extremely friendly and it is definitely top service. The hotel does not have many guests but it’s so serene and beautiful which makes it good for relaxing. The private beach has white sand and the water is very clear. The room is a tad dated but it has an amazing tub and is very private. The breakfast buffet is great and has variety. You have options even if you are vegan. I would like to specially thank the managers and Hien for their great service and hospitality. I had a little incident and Hien, the lady who works there, took me to the hospital and she was by my side the whole time. I am so grateful for your help, amazing hospitality and service. We travel a lot and this is one of those places that we will definitely come back to and remember. I would strongly recommend this hotel. We’ve been to 88 countries and have been to many luxury resorts and hotels. This is definitely one of the top ten I would recommend.

This is a good hotel, deserving of its 5 stars. In my opinion, stars are primarily awarded for service, and here, it's exceptional. The room was cleaned daily, the bed linen was incredibly soft and luxurious, the towels were large and fluffy, and they provided two pillows per person, allowing us to choose for comfort (which, as it turns out, is a very important factor compared to other hotels). When we mentioned it was our wedding anniversary (though they did ask for proof), they decorated our room with fresh rose petals and offered a delicious complimentary cake. My only minor complaint is that breakfast wasn't always consistently tasty. They definitely try, but one day there was hardly anything appealing to eat. A significant plus, however, is that there's no overcrowding or rush among guests at breakfast, and tables are cleared quickly. During our vacation, we stayed at four different hotels, and this one was by far the best. At another hotel on the island, we were welcomed warmly on the first day, but the next day we were treated like outcasts. Here, everyone was consistently welcoming, friendly, and attentive to our requests every single day. We had a 70m² room with panoramic windows, offering a stunning sea view. On a less pleasant note, the laminate flooring was severely buckled, likely from some past flooding. Also, the hotel beach is 400-500 meters away, but many guests swim in a nearby spot early in the morning before breakfast, and then head to the main beach. By the way, the hotel is located slightly away from the main tourist hustle and bustle, which we found to be a good thing as it was quiet. Plus, there are no tall buildings surrounding it. We stayed at another hotel in the thick of the action where, even though we booked a sea-view room, the sea was off to the side, and almost all windows faced neighboring hotels. In short, it's a good hotel, perhaps a bit dated, but if you prioritize the view and service, it's definitely worth it.

When it comes to kicking you out of the restaurant at 9:50, the staff are very active, but taking care of food availability at the counter – no. Two juices were diluted with ice. The watermelons were greenish and not sweet. For crying out loud, dinners in this restaurant start from 800k+, yet they skimp so much on breakfast. You can find more delicious items at breakfast in neighboring 3 and 4-star hotels!. 4) The reception staff were very polite during check-in and check-out and allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out. 5) The room was very comfortable! But – dim lights at night – why? They simply don't turn off. The curtains were smaller than the windows, and a strip of sun glared in the morning. The balcony with its great view was awesome – kudos. Sound insulation (the double-glazed window doesn't close completely) is a problem; Russians sing every day in the park/on the shore with a microphone, often until 2-3 AM. We eventually got used to this howling. Housekeeping came after 3 PM, whenever they felt like it, not when you wanted them to. Conclusion – Despite minor issues, I was satisfied and can recommend it, but without high expectations for breakfast and sun loungers access. The pool terrace makes up for it.

Very disappointing first day at the hotel We had a very unpleasant experience on our first day at the hotel. My flight was changed two nights before my stay, so I called the hotel to explain the situation and ask whether I could still check in on the morning of the 17th, even though my original check-in date was the 16th. I was told that this would be fine. I called again to confirm, and once again I was reassured that everything was okay. On the morning of the 17th, we arrived at around 9:00 a.m. My son and I had travelled through the night and were both extremely tired. However, when we arrived, we were told that we had to wait until 2:00 p.m. for check-in. I tried to explain that I had already spoken to the hotel twice and had been given permission to arrive that morning, but the manager would not even listen to me. Instead, he was extremely dismissive and arrogant. He laughed and said, “What do you want us to do? Go sit down and wait.” I was honestly heartbroken. I was exhausted, travelling with a very tired child, and I felt completely ignored when I was simply trying to explain what had been agreed with the hotel beforehand. I quickly had to find a nearby place where my son and I could sit, eat and rest while waiting for 2:00 p.m. We returned to the hotel at around 1:30 p.m., only for the same manager to laugh and tell us that they had apparently not noticed that our booking was actually for the previous day. They then offered us a 200,000 VND massage voucher. While I appreciate the gesture, I had already spent more than six times that amount simply finding somewhere for my child and me to rest and eat because of the situation. More than the inconvenience or the money, it was the attitude that really disappointed me. If the manager had simply taken a moment to listen to me, he would have understood the situation and seen that I had contacted the hotel in advance and had been reassured that we could arrive on the 17th. I hope the hotel can improve its communication and, most importantly, the way staff handle situations where guests are already exhausted and distressed. A little understanding and kindness would have made a huge difference.

Mixed feelings about our stay. Here is a breakdown: 1. We checked into a deluxe bungalow with a bathtub and immediately noticed poor housekeeping—there was dust on the tabletops. 2. There were decorative stones around the tub, and between them lay a large dead cockroach which, judging by its condition, had been there a long time))) Which brings us back to the issue of cleanliness. Along with this water near the tub, another cockroach floated out, but this one was still alive))) Eventually, we were informed that the drain in this room was clogged and were offered a move to another bungalow. No complaints here; the staff responded to our request immediately and resolved the issue. 3. The next day, before check-out, we came back to the room after the beach to pick up our things. Our bag was on the sofa next to the bed. As soon as I picked up the bag, I noticed a cockroach running across it and our belongings nearby 😭 After that, I just wanted to check out of this room as fast as possible. A hotel positioning itself as 5-star has no right to fail so miserably on housekeeping and insects in the room. Despite this, there were things I really liked about the hotel: 1. Breakfast—a very varied buffet and stunning sea views from the restaurant. 2. The hotel grounds—lots of greenery, not crowded, and all areas look very clean. A large swimming pool with the option to order food and drinks right to your lounger. 3. Beach and sea—very clear water, and thanks to the length of the beach, there are plenty of free sun loungers. The sea is clean; definitely bring snorkeling goggles because you can see lots of fish in the first half of the day. Overall, the hotel grounds, beaches, and food are great, on par with Cam Ranh. Rooms, housekeeping, and service (regarding the stay itself) are terrible.

Mixed feelings about my stay: - Stylish hotel with beautiful common areas and rooms, but some areas had chips and wear and tear. - I saw reviews mentioning diverse and delicious breakfasts, but in reality, for a 5-star boutique hotel, they were disappointing: limited vegetables and salads, and only one or two types of cheese and cold cuts. They can't cook eggs properly: the poached eggs were vinegary with scattered whites and just slopped onto the plate (other hotels present them nicely). This is a gorgeous hotel, located in the heart of Nha Trang. It's no more than a 10-minute leisurely walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a night market nearby. Right outside the hotel entrance, there's also a stall selling various smoothies and snacks, which I highly recommend checking out. The hotel service is also excellent. You can always call reception for assistance with any issue, and the staff are very quick to respond. Our room was cleaned daily, and towels and linens were changed regularly. However, the floor wasn't really washed (or not very well), so make sure to thoroughly clean your feet of sand, otherwise it will accumulate in your room. One minor drawback is that only two towels per person are provided in the room. While this isn't a huge deal and is enough for basic needs, I'm used to hotels providing more towels. The breakfasts are fantastic, with a wide selection of both Vietnamese and European dishes. You'll never go hungry! Fruits are replenished and rotated periodically throughout breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the pineapple – it was incredibly sweet and juicy. The pool is excellent, and it's practically empty in the mornings, allowing for a pleasant swim and sunbathe at your leisure. However, pool towels are only available from 9 AM. If you plan to go earlier, it's best to grab a towel from the first floor. We stayed on the 21st floor with a city view (which was absolutely beautiful). We didn't hear any street noise at all, and the blackout curtains did a great job of blocking out the light. The room itself was quite spacious. The wardrobe was a bit small, so we couldn't fit all our clothes in it and ended up using the armchair as an extra wardrobe! The balcony has hooks, which were very convenient for hanging clothes as they dried quickly in the sun. In our room, the shower leaked a little, and due to the bathroom's design, there was always a puddle of water on the floor. It wasn't ideal, but only a renovation would fix that. Also, during breakfast, we sometimes had to wait for the elevator, but it wasn't for an excessively long time. Only one key card was provided per room, so we had to plan our activities together to ensure we returned to the room at the same time. This wasn't a major issue for us, but if you prefer spending time separately, you can leave the card at reception. Overall, the hotel is great, with fresh renovations and excellent service. I would gladly recommend this hotel for your vacation!

This is a really great villa, very modern. It has two floors, a rooftop access, and a private pool. It's located within a hotel complex, so you can use all their facilities. I recommend at least getting breakfast included – it's very good. Being a bit away from Nha Trang wasn't an issue at all. There's a convenience store about 50 meters away where you can get fruit, water, beer – all the essentials. Prices are similar to Nha Trang. For dinner, you can order a chef for a BBQ, which costs 750,000 per person. This price includes the food – they'll prepare meat, shrimp, mussels, rice, and more for you. The lobby also sells decent Australian wine for 400,000. The only confusing thing was with the pool – apparently, you can use it, but you can't use the sun loungers, as they are only for hotel guests. They don't provide towels, so you have to bring your bath towels from the villa. Out of the five places we've stayed, this was the best. The sea here is the best in the Nha Trang area, but it depends on your luck. The first day was like the Maldives, but on the second day after the rain, it was a bit cloudy.

RUGuest UserThis is a really great villa, very modern. It has two floors, a rooftop access, and a private pool. It's located within a hotel complex, so you can use all their facilities. I recommend at least getting breakfast included – it's very good. Being a bit away from Nha Trang wasn't an issue at all. There's a convenience store about 50 meters away where you can get fruit, water, beer – all the essentials. Prices are similar to Nha Trang. For dinner, you can order a chef for a BBQ, which costs 750,000 per person. This price includes the food – they'll prepare meat, shrimp, mussels, rice, and more for you. The lobby also sells decent Australian wine for 400,000. The only confusing thing was with the pool – apparently, you can use it, but you can't use the sun loungers, as they are only for hotel guests. They don't provide towels, so you have to bring your bath towels from the villa. Out of the five places we've stayed, this was the best. The sea here is the best in the Nha Trang area, but it depends on your luck. The first day was like the Maldives, but on the second day after the rain, it was a bit cloudy.

The villas are great – clean, spacious, and with a private pool. The breakfasts are excellent, with so many choices it's hard to decide. The beach is fantastic, clean, and spacious – pure bliss. This hotel is purely for relaxation, solitude, and rest. We didn't find any evening entertainment; it's purely for chilling in your own villa.

We stayed here twice for a week at a time, in late September and early October. Our first room was a budget option on the 4th floor, featuring a private kitchen, washing machine, and balcony. The windows faced the shady side for most of the day, so the room stayed cool, with the sun only reaching the balcony in the mornings. Having a washing machine was a lifesaver—we did all our laundry ourselves. On the downside, a couple of times we were given torn foot towels, and on our last day, we spotted a cockroach. However, for the price, we were satisfied with everything, so we booked our second week at the same hotel, just in a higher category. We were given a room on the 10th floor: no kitchen or washing machine this time, but it had two large beds and a partial sea view, though this side of the building is warmer. We squashed a cockroach here on the first day, but had no further issues. Towels and water are replenished daily, and bed linen is changed upon request.

The room was quite clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed. However, the old air conditioner was broken and leaking water (the female receptionist offered to change my room, but I declined as I didn't want the hassle of moving my belongings). The female receptionist was very cheerful and enthusiastic. In contrast, the male receptionist was sarcastic and disrespectful towards Vietnamese guests, implying that they always check out on time and not early like foreign guests. (The technician asked when my room would check out so he could fix the AC, and the male receptionist replied: 'Room 305 is a Vietnamese guest, they'll hardly check out early.' Seriously? Do Vietnamese guests stay for free or something? And what is that guy? Is he from the underworld? Because he's certainly not Vietnamese like me, huh? I went down to get coffee and had already packed my suitcase to check out, but after hearing the receptionist's snide remark, I decided to check out exactly on time. After all, I was already being perceived that way anyway. =)) If you work in customer service, you should never look down on customers. If you can't even show that basic level of respect, then you should find another job.

Pros: The room was clean, the female manager was excellent, and the location was great. Clean bedding and a comfortable tatami. Cons: The soundproofing is terrible! You can hear absolutely all your neighbors. It's impossible to sleep even with earplugs. If you open the window, a dog barks in the middle of the night, constantly waking you up. Also, the room is small; it's a bit cramped for two people.

Everything at this hotel was amazing: the service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and the rooftop pool with comfortable sun loungers. The only slight downside was that our room had no window, but we knew this beforehand, so no complaints there. (Though I'd recommend getting a room with a window!) Other pros: - Absolutely no insects - Incredibly delicious breakfast (we've stayed at 5 other hotels, and this one has the BEST breakfast) - High-quality cleaning
