We booked the hotel because of had an early flight out of Fiumicino. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport and offers a shuttle service running about every 30 minutes. Unlike most hotels that offer shuttle services for free, B&B Hotel Roma Fiumicino Aeroporto Fiera 2 charges 8 Euro per person for the shuttle service, which is a bit too much, since it doesn't use a regular car but a big fan for 8 plus people. Although staff was sure friendly and accommodating given the late hours at which we checked-in and the early hours we checked-out, the facilities/service was a bit rubbish. There were not enough towels in the bedroom, the room temperature was just too hot for the time of the year, and the breakfast offered was just a bag full of ultra-processed food, there was not even an apple. Stay if you have an early flight, given the proximity to the airport, but don't expect anything beyond the bare minimum.
My experience at the Iris Criillon hotel was more than satisfactory
Very clean and comfortable room, very friendly and available staff
I was very pleased with everything and I hope I can return to my next trip to Fiuggi
Advised to friends too

The good: hotel is in a good location and rooms are spacious especially since we are in Rome, where that can be challenging.
The bad: the hotel is fragmented, meaning there is no center and you have to enter by key into separate buildings with no elevators. That can be both challenging and inconvenient.
The ugly: they have a huge ant infestation problem, like epic levels. Yes, the cleaned it up but it took two days and I think the problem is still there. They offered to move us after the first notification, but that required loading up our clothes and luggage and walking up another flight of stairs.
I know big and old cities struggle to maintain properties, but pest control should be at the top of the list and also more notice about the hotel being 3 separate buildings away from the reception area.
The people who run this hotel went above and beyond for me. First the trains weren't running due to construction in the area. So I was going to be later than initially expected. They waited for me after the normal check-in times. Second, I managed to leave my phone on my way to the airport. I contacted the hosts and they found my phone in the room. They offered to ship it to me but we came up with the plan that on my return flight, which only stopped in Rome for 3 hours, we would arrange a meeting. They very graciously drove my phone to the airport and refused any extra payments that I offered. Thank you so much for your extra efforts.
After a few days of visiting Rome, I rented a car to Tivoli in the suburbs and chose this small hotel. It was really small and exquisite. The front desk has always been a shift of several old gentlemen. The room is not big, but the surprise is: the mattress is extremely comfortable, soft and supported! It feels like a selection that can be done by the experienced shopkeeper. Breakfast is on the first floor, the restaurant is not big, and the things are not particularly rich - but the quality is particularly good! An old gentleman will ask you what coffee you want, and then make a cup of it, wow, it's really delicious! The bread, sandwiches and biscuits that can be taken casually also taste very good. There is a drinking machine next to the front desk, the quality of the water is also very good, sweet and not enough to drink. In short, this hotel looks flat, but the inside is very satisfying.
Bellissimo hotel, ristorante ottimo e servizio impeccabile, gentilezza e cortesia sono la consuetudine, ottima la posizione in una città stupenda.

__oliverh_A bit hard to find, and no prior contact regarding the PIN entry code, which could have made things very difficult. The breakfast hamper was not worth while, if I had have known this was the deal, there’s no way I would have paid extra in advance for it.
GGuest UserWe needed up staying here two nights in the row .
The host is very friendly nice man ! It was stairs up to the place , he met us by the car and walked with us to his place .
The views are amazing! The place is very nice , breakfast was on time delicious baked goods and cappuccino
The host told us where to go shopping , food and travel further .
I would come back in a heart beat !
It was close to the city to take the train to Rome , which we did .
Location is great!
You will feel in Italy while you are staying in this place for sure ! I would recommend ! 5 starts !!!! Thank you
GGuest UserWe basically the hotel is clean and well guarded, but my sad experience was when there was no bin bucket in my room and i went to the management and informed them and they promised me that the following day it will be sorted, but this never happened till i left.
Another sad experience was the cleaners or should i say the room service guys never cared change changed my bedsheets until 6days after.but aside this two things, everything was awesome .
GGuest UserStayed for one night and had such a lovely experience. The place is beautiful, well-kept, and has a really nice atmosphere. Special mention to Gabriel at reception, he was amazing. Super friendly, welcoming, and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Would definitely come back.
WWalterChanAlthough it looks a bit outdated, but everything works fine and the staff were very helpful. The only thing you have to concern is the destination is a bit far away from city, make sure you have the idea of the transportation or you rent a car would be nice for you to stay there.
GGuest UserGreat hotel, invincible sea view, breakfast is not bad. There is a short distance from Anzio and it takes about 10 minutes to walk. There are not many guests in winter, but the service is in place. recommend
MmlenitskayaIt is a very cute guesthouse located on the lake. We were there during winter so unfortunately the restaurant was closed. The room itself is cute and clean. The owner of the place is great , helped us with the parking and recommended a great place for dinner.
