Join me as I take you on an unforgettable journey through this mesmerizing desert expanse.Day 1: A Warm Welcome to AlashanUpon arrival at Baotou Airport, I was greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly local guide who accompanied me throughout my entire trip. From the very beginning, their warm hospitality made me feel at ease and excited for the adventure that lay ahead. After a quick journey to Alashan, our first stop was the Alashan Museum. It was the perfect introduction to the region, enlightening us about the unique culture and history of this enchanting place.Day 2: Sands Dunes and Magical SunsetsThe second day was all about embracing the true essence of the Alashan Gobi Desert. We ventured to Whistling Dune Bay, which is known for the soft melody created by the wind as it passes through the dunes. The sound was both soothing and mystical, adding an extra layer of enchantment to the already breathtaking scenery. Here, I couldn't resist the temptation to try sandboarding—an exhilarating activity that had me effortlessly sliding down the golden slopes. As the sun began to set, painting the desert with stunning hues of orange and pink, I witnessed one of the most captivating sunsets of my life.Day 3: Hidden Oases and Nomadic CultureOn the third day, we set out to explore the unique oases nestled within this vast desert landscape. Crescent Moon Springs, also known as Yueyaquan, was a sight to behold. This naturally formed crescent-shaped spring, surrounded by towering dunes, provided a tranquil refuge from the desert's harshness. The local guide shared fascinating stories

The Alxa Desert World Geopark is located in the westernmost Alxa League of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The special geographical location, geological structure, ecological environment and climatic conditions of the Alxa Desert World Geopark form a geological landscape with desert and Gobi as the mainstay. In September 2005, it was declared a national geological park and is the only desert world geopark in the world.

Since the popular online tree planting, all the trees have been planted in Alxa, here is not the former barren, the surrounding has long climbed green. 🔻 It may be more surprising that this pool is. I have experienced a lot of desert swimming pools before, most of them are in the hotel, and then the swimming pool is built near the desert, but there is a real desert swimming pool in it, the area is super large.
