Wawushan near Chengdu is a great place to see the snow, it's been very popular recently! We went there on the third day of the Lunar New Year, and had to queue for the cable car for an hour and a half. If you want to take photos, I suggest staying in a nearby hotel the night before and getting on the mountain as soon as the cable car opens at 7.30. The first cable car takes 18 minutes to get halfway up the mountain, the fog is quite heavy and there's no sunlight, visibility is low. I personally don't think there's much to photograph, I suggest hurrying to the next cable car. If you have time on the way back, you can take a look around. The second cable car takes 15 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. The weather was great when we went, as long as it's clear, the mountain is very beautiful. After that, just walk around and take photos. If you get up early, you're lucky enough to see the golden sea of clouds~

It's actually a lake but is called a pond, perhaps because it seems petite on Wawushan Mountain. The lake under the blue sky and white clouds is always beautiful, and aside from the water, the side near Taiqing Palace was half-frozen, maybe it's because of the serene atmosphere, which invites contemplation. On a whim, I left the flat trail and took a mountain path where the snow was deeper. I wasn't careful and my phone fell to the ground, sliding down five or six steps, but luckily the case was thick and it wasn't damaged.
