Unexpected things, that many things inside the restaurant have red colour and looks like in the cabaret. Wukesong has two great places to shop, Huaxi LIVE and Wanda. Before I went, I really wanted to know if it was possible to spend a whole day there? And what fun things are there to do? As for whether it's possible to spend a whole day there, friends who like shopping will definitely have no problem. Huaxi LIVE has a mix of indoor and outdoor areas, and some even call it the 'Hongya Cave of Beijing' because of its exterior scene. Whether it's day or night, you can feel the fancy and complex beauty. Huaxi LIVE also has a mini IKEA for a taste of shopping at IKEA, a market to buy some small accessories and trinkets. There are also snacks, fountains, and quite a few resident singers. There's also a place to sing karaoke, and of course, some people come here for concerts. As for Wanda, it's moderately sized, and you can spend half a day shopping for clothes and eating. There's also a sky escalator that goes straight to the fifth floor, which is particularly thrilling to ride. For dinner, we chose to eat copper pot hotpot at Huaxi LIVE. Since it was a holiday, we had to queue up at six o'clock. Huaxi LIVE·Wukesong was bustling with people, very lively. If you want to eat, it's recommended to queue up early, whether at Huaxi or Wanda. In summary, the place is large, and there are many decorations. It feels good to shop around, and it's worth a visit.

With each breath, we gradually relaxed and immersed ourselves in the power of the Rocky Mountains, feeling as if our hearts were opened by the grand and majestic atmosphere! 📖 Emma, the person in charge of 'National Geographic of China' Museum Travel, shared her travel experiences in the Rocky Mountains and vividly depicted the natural ecological environment of the Rockies with a 'museum studies' travel perspective. Through her depiction, it was as if we were in the midst of that vast expanse, feeling the magic and charm of nature. The Canadian Tourism Bureau also brought tourism information about the Rocky Mountains, giving participants a deeper understanding of this magical land. 🧘‍♀️ During the meditation session, with eyes closed and following the guidance of the 🧘, we gradually sank into our own inner world. At one moment, I seemed to see the majestic grandeur of the Rocky Mountains and felt the overwhelming power of nature, which purified my soul, released my stress, and healed my body and mind, instantly making me feel relaxed. This cross-industry event not only allowed me to appreciate the beautiful scenery of nature but also taught me how to feel the changes within through meditation, to have clearer thoughts, and stronger emotional regulation abilities.
