Qianzhangyan Rock

Qianzhangyan is located on Xuedou Mountain in the northwest of Xikou Town, Fenghua, Zhejiang. The main attractions of Qianzhangyan Scenic Area are Qianzhangyan Waterfall and Myaogao Terrace. From the Yushu Pavilion through a hundred steps from the east to below the waterfall, you can hear the muffled thunders. When you look up at the waterfall, drops of water float in the air and plunge into the pool. The lake is clear and blue, and the cold is violent. Take the cable car up the mountain to reach Miaogao Terrace. This is Chiang Kai-shek’s residence on Xuedou Mountain. From Miaogao Terrace, you can walk to the cliff mouth of the waterfall. The fall of the waterfall is 171 meters, and it flows straight down. It encounters a protruding boulder in the middle, and the water splashes everywhere. Folding and rushing, like a silver curtain hanging upside down, magnificent!

The Qianzhangyan Waterfall in Xuedou Mountain Scenic Area is the highlight of the whole scenic spot! The viewing point is at the end of the happiness train (small train) in the direction of Sanyintan. Ascend the steps to look up at Qianzhangyan Waterfall, and then you can overlook the whole Qianzhangyan Waterfall on the way to Myaogaotai by the cable car! Qianzhangyan is located on Xuedou Mountain in eastern Zhejiang. The mountain is majestic and steep, with verdant forests, vigorous streams and roaring waterfalls. Overlooking the mountains and the dotted houses below the mountains, the sky is high and the earth is wide, which is refreshing. The famous Qianzhangyan Waterfall is one of the main attractions of Xuedou Mountain, with a drop of more than 180 meters, which is very impressive. Especially during the high water season in summer, the waterfall with large water volume and large height difference, the sound of the water is booming, deafening, and the distant view is like white and high hanging between the sky and the earth, it is simply magnificent! Xuedou Mountain is the Maitreya Buddha Taoist Temple, one of the five famous Buddhist mountains in my country. In the mountain, there is Xuedou Temple for Maitreya Buddha and the seated Maitreya Buddha statue built by the mountain, which can be visited together.

Take the scenic bus from the tourist center of Xuedou Mountain Scenic Area and get off at Xuedou Temple Interchange Station. This is a place where the scenic spots on Xuedou Mountain are more concentrated. Not far from the station is Qianzhangyan Scenic Area, Xuedou Temple, and General Zhang Xueliang first Quietly also nearby. Entering Qianzhangyan Scenic Area, not far ahead, you can see that the water source of Qianzhangyan Waterfall is out of the end. There is a landscape introduction card here. The allusion of "put down the butcher knife and become a Buddha" comes from this, follow the stone steps on the way up. Overlooking the Qianzhangyan Waterfall from the Feixue Pavilion, the Waterfall Longqiu breaks down and plunges straight into the lake. Ascend to the top for about 20 minutes, and see a small bungalow in the Republic of China style. It is Miaogao Terrace. This building was once Jiang Song’s private villa. It has now been set up as a historical exhibition hall. There is a large viewing platform in front of Miaogao Terrace with a wide view. , You can see the Pavilion Lake under the mountain from afar, and there is a cableway beside the Miaogao Terrace to watch the waterfall at the bottom of the Qianzhangyan cliff. Due to limited time, I chose the original route to return to the entrance of the scenic spot. This route takes about 1 hour.
