The location of the hotel is very good, the scenery is beautiful, the facilities are simple and economical. 🚗 Traffic: Easy parking and suitable for self-driving.

Arrived late at night. There is no hotel parking. Asked the receptionist who gave us a car park about 2 miles away. We eventually found one in the town located in front of the football pitch. (Which gets very busy!). The first room we were given smelt like sewage, so I went back to reception and he was happy to swap us rooms. The second room seemed okay so we bedded down for the night. Beds are quite uncomfortable and pillows are like crepes. Room is modern and serves a purpose if your looking for cheap accommodation. There were some loud guests (drinking and having parties in their rooms). Room is cleaned everyday and fresh towels. Also a large sick stain which looks like it hadn’t been cleaned properly on the bed. Pool area looks nice and bar downstairs has drinks at good prices.

Its near the old town you could just walked there from the hotel . There is a cool tunnel with awesome graffiti !!! And you could ask for clean towels for beach and the pool. Got supermarkets and cash machine with walking distance . Bit far way from San Antonio, costed 30 euros for that . Buses are available for those organized 😁

The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. All the receptionists have, especially Fernando, who gave us many recommendations from restaurants and pretty nice places.

We travelled as family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) in 2 twin rooms. The hotel was modern and clean in a great central location. 5 minute walk to beach. Rooms: Nice size, clean, good view of pool, lovely balcony, good selection of TV channels. Maid service every day. But... The rooms had an awful sewage smell when the air conditioning was on. Pools: 4 really good sized outdoor pools for all age groups but water very cold. Dirty and tired looking sunbeds. Ripped towels. There is an indoor pool for children plus an indoor pool / spa for over 16s. Food: Good selection but spolit by the fact both breakfast and evening meal food was cold. Not pleasant eating cold fried eggs and sausages. The glasses looked dirty. No English Breakfast tea bags so bought our own from the supermarket. The fruit is obviously out all night as it was dry. My son was given chicken which was raw in the middle. I complained and was disappointed not to receive an apology. We were also VERY disappointed about food labelling. Nothing to tell you what flavour the cakes or yoghurt or jam was. Just a gamble if it was a flavour you would enjoy. Plus, major point: No allergen info on anything. There is a small games room but the white ball was missing from the pool table and some machines out of order. You need 10 euro deposit to borrow table tennis rackets and ball. The reception staff were lovely, polite and friendly but the restaurant and bistro staff not so much. We had a nice break but would definitely not return.

We booked for 3 weeks had great seaview apartments right on beach spacious & well equipped . Just the bedroom bit small & stuffy.The swimming pool was great & kept well clean tested every day.Lorraine the lifeguard was lovely & professional about her job & caring.Only thing is no umbrellas round pool as needed as not lot shade.Would book here again as good location & pool.

a wonderful place this is, there is a reason for score of 5 on TA and not too many places earn that but these apartments certainly do. From first arrival to checking out the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, queries were dealt with speedily and efficiently, big thanks to Daniel, Almudena and Luciano on reception all of them were charming and welcoming and to also Javier who promptly fixed a trivial issue at 8.00pm on a Saturday evening The studio we stayed in was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom and the complex as a whole congrats to all the cleaning staff. This is a small complex with 90 units and that lends a very low key vibe which was very relaxing, one great thing was the system of paying €10 deposit for each pool towel and a charge of €2 if a towel was being changed, sounds off putting but works great as people are reluctant to leave their €20 worth of towels lying on empty sun beds so no sunbed hogging goes on! The towel cleaning charge is another great idea as I have seen people at other hotels etc. changing towels willy-nilly just because they can do. There is a drinks and snack service which are reasonably priced and no entertainment is laid on around the pool or at night in the Lounge. Overall a big recommendation for here and if we are in Palmanova again this will be our choice of accommodation for sure, it enjoys a terrific location just metres from the beach and many bars and restaurants as well as the local bus services.

We booked a sea view but were originally given a room that faced the wall of the building next door … we were given a better room although were told it is very difficult!!! The breakfast was good and Miska on reception was very helpful with info. Remember this us Ibiza town and we were woken by clubbers going out and coming in during the early hours.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with a sea view. Fantastic spot as it's so close to the beach. You can literally go and come during the day if you don't have shade. Employees were all lovely from the front desk to room cleaners, all very accommodating. I slept on the sofa bed as the room mattresses were too soft for me, room is also very hot as it doesn't get air from outside, unless you like sleeping with air con. There is a supermarket next to the hotel so you can buy anything you need. Lots of restaurants around and the aquarium is very close. They have a kid's show every night during weekdays and music outside at night as well. Regarding the hotel's restaurant, there is a lot of selection for breakfast and dinner. I did find it a bit bland, not a lot of taste to it so this is the only part that I wouldn't give it a 5*. I did like a few dishes but the rest I just ate because I had half board included. Desserts are basically a few sponge cakes, fruit or ice cream. Was expecting from a 4* hotel. Overall I would still recommend for it's location - superb!

Excellent price/quality ratio. Breakfast very good. The apartment is a bit simple but good mattresses and a good terrace. We liked that after leaving the apartment they store your luggage and leave you the entrance to the facilities and a room with a towel and shower in case you need it. Very friendly staff. We did not like that the music from the pool is heard a lot.

We had the best time, again! We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff and management couldn't do enough for us. From the cleaners, to the bar staff, to the incredible desk team - you are all appreciated. We would not want to stay anywhere else in PDB. Thank you all for making our stay so good. Cannot wait to stay with you again next year.

The apartment was simple, it had everything you need for a stay, they did room services, changing towels daily, close to everything, the port, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, in the lobby they had a cafeteria, candy machines, the staff Very friendly, both the receptionists and the maintenance workers, always with gestures of kindness, smiling and willing to help, guide them, they had a small pool, the staff was the best 👌 quiet environment. Ideal to go to the bay or just stay **** rest

The service of the hotel is very good, because it was my birthday and honeymoon to say hello in advance, the hotel specially arranged the room for us. The service attitude of the hotel staff was super good, and the staff at the front desk gave us a lot of travel suggestions. The hotel is directly close to the sea, and it is very close to the city center. The old town and the seaside are basically walkable. Other areas can rent a car and set off on their own. If you have any needs, you can ask the front desk. There aren't many taxis, but they all have strongholds, which are located near the downtown harbor. Stayed for 6 days in an apartment type room with 2 and 5 year old children. I would like to visit again. good 1. It is true that there is a slope from the sea to the hotel, but it is a distance that even a 2-year-old child can walk. 5 minutes walk. 2. Stayed in room 776. The room was an apartment type with a kitchen and it was easy to live. The equipment is basically complete. If you tell the receptionist, they will give you a detergent and a sponge. Beach towels are rented with a deposit of 10 euros per sheet. If you want to change it, they will respond quickly. The deposit will be returned on the last day. No seasoning. 3. Dinner is a buffet with many items. 2 year olds are free and it was about 30 euros for 2 people. I felt that cospa was good. 4. A convenience store-like supermarket is next to it, 3 seconds on foot. 5. ALDI, a regular supermarket, is about 15 minutes away on foot. There are slopes and it was difficult for a 2-year-old to walk, but no problem for adults. 6. Marineland? 10 minutes by taxi to the small aquarium. If there are many people, it is more profitable than the local bus. It's a small aquarium, but there were dolphin and bird shows, and the children really enjoyed themselves. 7. I took a tour of the Palma Aquarium at the reception. This includes bus and ticket. This bus goes directly to the aquarium without going to a souvenir shop. The stay was long enough. 8. There were activities such as a children's dance program, and the children enjoyed themselves. 9. The nearby sea has a long beach and a little rocky area, so if you get tired of the beach, you can look for crabs and shellfish on the rocky area and have fun with your children. The beach in front of the hotel is long, and it was very nice to cycle on a rental bike that can hold 4 people. Rental bikes can be rented at the shop in front of the beach. bad 1. All cash payments in the hotel. There is an ATM inside the hotel, but it is a little inconvenient. It also charges a fee. 2. Depending on your tastes, I thought the breakfast was not worth the 22 euros. After all, my child ate bread, yogurt, and cereals, so I bought them at the supermarket next door and ate them in my room. 3. The airport shuttle bus often stayed at the hotel, but the receptionist would not tell me. The hotel can only call a taxi, and the bus should be checked and booked by yourself. I wanted to know at least the company name, but they didn't tell me. You must have seen the same bus company name hundreds of times (even I saw the same bus about 5 times. You should write down the name when you see the bus).The local bus to the airport is cheap, but the bus stop is ALDI direction. If you are an adult, you can walk with a suitcase, but if you have children, it will be difficult. A taxi to the airport is around €45 each way. 4. Affiliated tours are the worst. We booked a boat tour inside the cave. At 9:00, the time spent in the cave is only 1 hour and 20 minutes. After going around souvenir shops → jewelry shops, we finally arrive at the cave. Lost time is more than 1 hour. So 69 euros for 3 people is too expensive and I don't recommend it. The child is bored and bored. There are many tourists in the cave, and there is a long line to enter. This 1 hour and 20 minutes includes everything, so I was only in the cave for about 40 minutes. The boat that can be boarded inside the cave takes 2 minutes, but the waiting time is over 30 minutes, so it is physically impossible to get on in time for the tour bus meeting time. We recommend renting a car. This is the only bad thing this time.

The room was spacious and beds comfy even the sofa bed, 1 bedroom apartment was perfectly fine for 5 of us, the hotel is close to lots of nightlife and shops it's a good location and looks really nice, staff are kind particularly David the lifeguard who my kids adored and Martina who was very friendly but really all of the staff were so nice and welcoming, the pool area is great and clean also the snack bar serves great food at good prices. We were pleased that there was a child entertainer around pool side 6 days a week 10am-6pm and the snack bar was open until end of October 21-28th as we had read that this would be shut! A couple of things they could improve on are small and would make a huge difference... there were containers for hand soap and shower gel in the room but they were left empty also no washing liquid provided, I think these are basic things that should be provided in a self catering apartment! we found eating out and food shopping really expensive more so than in the UK, also we would like children's evening shows and entertainment but wether they provide that peak season I'm not sure! Overall I would recommend this hotel and if it provided all inclusive options we would return.

The pool facilities are brilliant, there was always lounge chairs available by the pool no matter what time of the day. There is also a heated pool and a childrens pool. Poolside bar and games available too. Beach just a short walk away. Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. If you decide to stay here make sure to book a ”seaview room” as we made the mistake of not doing so, but there was no problem moving when I explained I was unhappy with the room due to an uncomfortable sofa bed and view. Staff were always on hand to help with any general query or question. Would definitely go back!
