"The front desk lady was beautiful and friendly, and even spoke a few words of Chinese. She gave us a fantastic room with a great view. We had just arrived and didn't have any small change to tip the luggage staff, and the front desk didn't offer a change service or have any small bills. She told us not to worry about it, and that a simple thank you would be enough. The hotel's location is excellent, it has a lot of history, and is quite beautiful. The breakfast was also good. All the staff were very warm and friendly. Highly recommended!"

"Hands down the best hotel in Cartagena! This is a genuine five-star experience, not one of those 'Latin American five-stars' that turns out to be a three-star in reality. The service, food, and breakfast were all top-notch! The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city, but once you're there, you won't need to leave! They even let our yacht pick us up from their private pier, saving us a trip back to the city. Overall, it's a top-tier place, highly recommend!"
