"This family-friendly resort welcomes everyone to enjoy its many wonderful features. You don’t have to be a skier to have a fantastic time here, even in summer. Kids and adults alike will love the exciting amusement park, relaxing swimming pool, and soothing onsen. The breakfast is truly delightful, offering a variety of fresh, high-quality options to start your day on a happy note. The convenience store just across from the main complex makes everything easy and hassle-free. Plus, its excellent location is a real bonus—only a 30-minute drive to Lake Toya, where you can enjoy the stunning lakeside fireworks in the evening, making your stay even more memorable."

"I recently stayed at a hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The location was incredibly convenient, situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the breakfast. It was plentiful, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from each morning. I also thoroughly enjoyed the on-site hot springs. They were relaxing and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, my room offered a stunning view, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides an excellent base with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again in the future."

"A truly luxurious accommodation experience. The apartments are beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with high-quality furnishings and modern amenities throughout. Conveniently located just a 4–5 minute drive from Rusutsu Resort."

"The overall experience at this hotel was quite good. The room was very clean, and the layout was well-designed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful design of the bedroom, which was enclosed with a door to ensure a very quiet environment, greatly improving the quality of sleep. The only downside was that the room had only air conditioning and no water heating, which made the air extremely dry. Even with a humidifier turned on, it didn’t help much, and my throat still felt uncomfortable at night. If they could improve the heating system or provide better humidification equipment, the experience would be even better!"

"The environment is lovely, and the accommodations and breakfast have the feel of a cozy cabin in a snowy forest. Buses to the ski resort are very convenient."

"This is a single-family homestay owned by a Korean owner. The guest rooms are on the second floor, and the restaurant is on the first floor. It's a 10-minute walk from the Rusutsu Hotel. It's actually quieter here, and there's a daily shuttle bus to the hotel."
