"The hotel's location is good, with a supermarket and tram station nearby. Self check-in wasn't very convenient. Breakfast was a set menu, not a buffet. The hotel has a red brick architectural style."

"The property is a bit out of the way from the airport; you'll need two modes of transport to get there, and there's not much around. The place is new, but check-in is online, and there's no one to greet you when you arrive. The online check-in process is quite cumbersome, which I wanted to warn people about, especially those unfamiliar with it... Later, I found an employee there, but they weren't very helpful; it was clear from their face that they had a 'why don't you do it yourself' attitude. The only thing I liked about the property was its lobby, which was beautiful, but it was in a different location from the entrance. For breakfast, they leave a closed package at your door in the morning; don't expect much. After breakfast, I left the hotel and explored until the evening. When I returned, the breakfast trash hadn't been cleared; no one had entered the room at all."

"Horrible customer service, no reply for a day. Asked only to change dates of my stay nothing else. I've changed travel tickets twice list 30 dollars on it Because they weren't answering I've booked another place for 2 days, claimed free cancelation three times it was rejected by Trip.com and still no answer from Noli so I canceled another stay lost on cancelation 70 Dollars and came to see what the property and people are working there. They have a camera everywhere but noone came to help me to check in even after messaging to Trip.com customer service, was able to reach them only by call after almost one hour of trying to check in. And the code they asking while checking in is different from your booking so think twice before choosing this place. -10 Horrible customer service."

"A comfortable, clean hotel with a Scandinavian design. The beds are good and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, varied, and plentiful. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the bus station. It's great for a comfortable rest before a trip. The room has a kettle and complimentary mineral water. I recommend it!"
