Real Guest Reviews about Taipei Accommodations
"Convenient loc, clean rooms and friendly staff. Too bad there’s no late checkout option up to 2pm, was crowded waiting at the lobby after checkout as flight was in the evening."
"We really enjoyed our stay. it was very spacious and very clean. I will definitely book it again."
"At 1.30am, there was a black out at the hotel. Hotel never say anything so I had to go ask… they said might take 2 hours… fine… somehow they got the internal hotel aircon to work first… so we slept till 7.30am with no power, then I had to go down to ask again.. and the fella said… oh you need to take out the card for 2 mins and the power will come back…. No apology… no nothing.. wow.. that was like everyone knows that… So after going online and making noise at Trip.com, decided to look for another hotel cos this place is super dusty and it doesn’t help my eyes. Also the aircon filter fell off and made all kinds of weird noises because the air was blowing at it and it was bouncing…."
"The location is definitely the biggest highlight: just a 1-minute walk to Shandao Temple MRT Station, and close to Taipei Main Station and Huashan 1914 Creative Park. It offers maximum convenience for transportation and getting around. The design is modern and artistic, the rooms are clean and spacious, and soundproofed, equipped with a bathtub and smart toilet. The 24-hour gym and laundry room are practical. The service is friendly, and the lobby's fragrance and ambiance add to the overall experience. The main drawback is the lack of an in-house restaurant. Breakfast relies entirely on the Starbucks on the ground floor. While guests get exclusive hours and a 10% discount, the choices are limited (mainly coffee and Western pastries), lacking hot food, Chinese options, or freshly prepared meals. This isn't very friendly for guests who love ********* breakfast, or for families and business travelers. The space is a bit compact, with no pool or large conference areas, making it more suitable for young business travelers and design enthusiasts. Overall: It wins on location and design, but breakfast is a clear weakness. It's best suited for guests who prioritize convenience and are okay with simple Western-style breakfast."
"We stayed for 3 nights with 2 adults and 1 toddler, including breakfast. Pros: Excellent location: Direct access from Exit Z8 of Taipei Main Station's underground shopping mall. All hotel facilities are on the 4th floor, except for the breakfast area: a play area for toddlers, a dedicated play zone for children, and complimentary snacks from 2 PM to 4 PM (redeemable with room key). Bottled water is available for self-service all day. Reasonable room size: Plenty of space to move around even after unpacking. Responsive staff: Provided reasonable assistance promptly. Breakfast on the 37th floor: Tables are well-spaced, offering great views. Some dishes vary daily, including tea eggs and ********* sausages with chicken drumsticks. Areas for improvement: Exit Z8 is convenient but has no elevator. You'd need to go out one block earlier for elevator access. To get from the room to breakfast on the 37th floor, you need to change elevators. The hotel doesn't proactively clean the room, but you can request trash disposal and towel changes."
"Overall, it's pretty good, probably because Taipei tends to be expensive. The price here isn't overly high, the room is quite spacious, and the location is very close to the commercial district."
