The rooms are very spacious. Staff is very courteous. But the room service lacks as we had to call many times to get the missing items to our room. It could be possible that the staff was busy, but that was not the case as it happened at 2 occasions and at 2 different times. From the services (receptionist, bellboy, housekeeping, restaurant staff) being excellent to the cleanliness and the very modern looking hotel that this is.
Requested the hotel to organise room deco for my wedding anniversary and Mr Manoj Sharma ensured to overdeliver with a beautiful deco and cake in the room which was a pleasent surprise for my wife.
The food at the restaurant above is delicious and regardless if its breakfast buffet, high tea and/or dinner, the quality remains top notch and the service even better by their superb staff.
Hotel is located within Hall Bazaar itself which makes it easy to walk around for shopping and also just a 5-10 mins ride to Sri Harmandir Sahib.
Honestly, for a 4* hotel, this hotel had the people, food and facilities of a 5* hotel. Love everything bout this hotel and having celebrated my wedding anniversary here, this hotel will always remain special to me and my trip to Amritsar, India.FromINR 2,368

We stayed here for 2 days and booked total 3 rooms. Overall experience was amazing. Rooms are big and beautiful. They were clean and well organised. Each and every staff member was humble and helpful.
The pool experience was really good. Best thing for my boy. He was very happy. The view from our room was amazing. Even from roof top you will witness thee beauty of Amritsar.

Ours was a single night stay at hotel hong kong inn, the room was clean and it comes with basic toiletries like soap and shampoo. They provide 2 bottles of 500ml mineral water bottle as complimentary. The hotel is near the amritsar railway station and is reasonably close to the golden temple as well. The food here was good which we had ordered through room service. They have free wifi as well. The bed and room were clean as well. The hotel has a lift and the staff here was helpful and courteous. Ok so let me start with the positives 1. Super close to amritsar railway station (around 700 metres) just 5 mins by any mode of transportation. 2. They have the flex i stay option which allow you early check ins and late check outs which is a super advantage. 3. Rooms we booked were spacious with power back up, lift and hot water 24x7. 4. Tariff was very competitive and value for money. Now, coming to the other aspects
1. We ordered room with breakfast included but the only tea/coffee, paranthas and butter toast was served daily with no other options. Food from taste and quality point of view was average. Tea cups were chipped and broken, butter toast scarcely had any butter applied. 2. The tv of one of the rooms was not working and the staff was unable to get it fixed. 3. The rooms lacked electric kettles which are very standard. They don't provide dental kits. The rooms linen were not very clean. The door knob of the washroom was broken and the shower was extremely funny as it was damaged and sprayed on the walls and that water splashed on the person taking shower from the walls. 4. The hotel appears to be on main road of queens road but it is slightly inside a narrow lane where big vehicles like ertiga struggle to get in and you will have to come out on the main road all time for logistics which is a challenge with luggage when checking in and checking out.FromINR 1,711

So we requested then to change the room - they were kind enough to comply but then we found that all rooms are very small in this hotel - I guess we got swayed by the Marriot name and then realised that this is a low end hotel of the Marriott.

I think Cospa is a good hotel in Amritsal. I think it is a convenient location as it arrives from the airport in about 20 minutes by Uber. The room was comfortable without any problems. Near the hotel is a liquor shop selling ”sake” and a pub called The Beer Story, which may be good for sake-loving travelers. The area where the hotel is located is not so chaotic compared to the area around Amritsar Station, so I think it is a safe and secure location overall. I wanted to see an event of changing guards on the Wagaborder on the Pakistan border, so I asked for a private tour (transfer by round-trip private car) for 3500 rupees. A driver with a Best Western badge came to the lobby on time. On the border, he was waiting in the parking lot for about an hour during the ２ ceremony and came back safely.FromINR 2,820

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Sandeep for his excellent assistance in arranging our travel, and a special appreciation to Mr. Harman, our limo driver, who took great care of us throughout the three days. His dedication, hospitality, and passion for his work were truly commendable.
However, there are a few points I would like to highlight for improvement. During check-in, which was quite late at around 11 p.m., we did not receive the usual Taj hospitality gestures such as a cold towel, welcome drink, or a warm welcoming approach. This may have been an oversight, but I hope the team can ensure such details are well taken care of for future guests, regardless of the check-in time.
The breakfast experience was overall good, with attentive service. That said, the variety and taste of the food could be further enhanced. Similarly, at the Chinese restaurant, while the food was satisfactory, both the flavor and the portion size left room for improvement.
On the positive side, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, meeting our expectations.

Hotel is right in central old Amritsar walking distance from Jallianwala Bagh, Golden Temple and the Partition Museum. Rooms were clean and amenities were good. I would have given 5 stars except for the drawbacks. We booked 5 delux rooms. Some rooms were very spacious, while some were as small as a box with no space to turn around even. This discrepancy should not be there in an ITC hotel. Secondly the service was very poor, the food at the restaurant and room service was very slow and the housekeeping was non existent. We called 4-5 times for towels in the room, as they had removed our used towels and were not provided the same till late night. The service was very good, although the Sikh foreman at the front desk was a little taciturn, but after we arrived at the hotel late the first night, the air-conditioning sound in the room was too loud (the hotel equipment is really outdated), and I changed it quickly after I proposed room.
There are not many types of breakfast, which are generally the same in India. You can't have too high requirements to be full. Hotel location is a bit biased, there are no small shops around, my husband went out to buy water for about 20 minutes. Riding TUTU to the Golden Temple is about 50-100 rubles, which is cheaper.
Equipment, bedding is really old, hygiene is still very clean.
If it wasn't for the day when I checked out that I accidentally noticed that there was a spot of unwashed oil on the end of the quilt, I should have given a high score, but it was really uncomfortable and I found it after sleeping for three days.FromINR 4,695

Although the staff was friendly and service was quick, the infrastructure and amenities provided were poor. Most of the basic amenities (especially toiletries) were not provided - like toothbrush, bathroom mats, slippers, comb, etc. Rooms are very small and parking was just beside the road - no proper parking facility.
