Even though the hotel has been open for many years, the stay experience was still excellent. Behind the reception desk hung a painting by Zeng Fanzhi, understated and sophisticated – truly fitting for the imperial capital. Waking up to the sunlight streaming into the room in the morning was absolutely beautiful, instantly putting me in a vacation mood, even though I was here for a business trip... The breakfast was very rich, with a wide variety of options.

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the Second Ring Road, and parking is free, making it convenient to visit nearby attractions. The overall environment lives up to the standards of an established five-star hotel, with top-notch facilities and attention to detail. The service was thoughtful; seeing that we were traveling with elderly and children, they proactively upgraded us to an Ultraman suite, which made the kids very happy. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and at 58 yuan, it was great value for money. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip.

This is the perfect hotel for you to rest up when exploring the city, it’s nothing fancy but then again you get what you pay for, some rooms are quite small with no windows but then again it’s very likely that you won’t be spending much time in a hotel room instead of exploring the city. Now locating the hotel can be a bit difficult but there’s lots of famous clubs around, so you can enter one of the clubs name and ask any guards you might find by the gate and they’ll gladly help you. And yes they do accept foreigners

For this friends' gathering, we wanted to experience a traditional courtyard hotel. We chose the Waldorf Astoria over the Aman, and it was an excellent experience! The room was very new and spacious, and the courtyard was beautiful. All the staff were incredibly thoughtful. Before check-in, our dedicated butler, Amber, contacted us to ask if we needed any anniversary decorations and about our bedding preferences. We arrived quite early, and our room wasn't ready yet, so they kindly prepared a room for us in the main building to rest. They guided us through the entire process, and the service was incredibly detailed and attentive, giving us a fantastic first impression right from check-in. For breakfast, we opted for room service. The variety was extensive, with American, Continental, Chinese, and even low-fat options. Staff member Will also provided very attentive service. The hotel even offered a complimentary travel photography service. Although it was raining, the photographer (a young man named Yueqian) found great spots, and the photos turned out natural and beautiful. While taking photos in the courtyard, we met another staff member, Judy, who was very enthusiastic. She gave us many tips on photo locations and also told us about fun places to visit in Beijing. If we weren't heading to Universal Studios, we would have loved to stay a few more days. The overall experience was excellent, and I'd love to bring my parents here next time.

Relatively clean place. The room is spacious although the entire block is only 2 storeys. There is no lift , so need to hand carry luggage to the 2nd floor. Very close to 故宫 forbidden city. Exit hotel turn left, reach junction turn left again. Within 5-7 mins of walking you will reach 东华门 Dong Hua Men (Exit only). Follow the crowd to skirt around the canal and another 5-7mins you will reach the entrance of the city. This will save you a lot of time compared to entering from天安门 Tian an men. Also, the front door of the hotel is it's entrance by the road. No stopping of cars as it sthe road side, you need to quickly hop on your cars as it's only pickup/drop off only. If you arranged transport, chances are you need to standby by the road to wait for the driver there as they cannot park there Lots of food and restaurants nearby (exit door turn left). Slightly down the road on the right is 王府井 Wang Fu Jin area. Great for food and shopping.

This hotel in Yanqing is a hidden gem! It's super close to Wanda Plaza, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. They have vending machines, a laundry room, and a restaurant, so all the facilities are well-equipped. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were really enthusiastic and even recommended some local delicacies. The room was clean and odor-free. My stay here was fantastic, and this hotel definitely made my trip more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The service was exceptionally good, but don't pick the room I did – it was tiny, and there was only a basin instead of a proper vanity. The AC was hot, and the duvet was too thick. However, every single person at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made us feel very comfortable. We accidentally broke a glass, and they didn't even ask us to pay, only caring if anyone was hurt. A huge shoutout to the staff for their excellent service!

From the moment I stepped into the Maxx by Joy City Hotel, I was captivated by its stylish and well-designed ambiance. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, making the check-in process quick and efficient. They even proactively offered recommendations for nearby restaurants. The room itself was more spacious and comfortable than I expected, with clean and soft bedding that ensured a fantastic night's sleep. I especially loved the smart room control system and the 'Xiaodu' smart speaker – being able to control the lights and curtains just by speaking was incredibly convenient! I also have to commend the hotel's breakfast; everything was delicious, especially the local specialty, Old Beijing Zhajiangmian – definitely give it a try! Upon check-out, they even gave me a thoughtful bottle of warm mineral water and some Daoxiangcun pastries, which were a lovely touch. The attention to detail was exceptional! I've been to this hotel several times for internal department meetings and team-building events, so I brought my family here for Chinese New Year. The hotel's location is super convenient, about an hour's drive from the city. The rooms are individual villas, offering a wonderful sense of harmony with nature ✌🏻, providing peace and tranquility for those busy with work. This is a five-star hotel under the international Hyatt chain, and during Chinese New Year, they were very well-staffed. Besides their consistently professional regular services, they also had thoughtfully prepared activities to celebrate the New Year and special dishes. Sunny, the lady who checked us in at the front desk, was beautiful, kind, and incredibly helpful, responding to every request with enthusiasm 😍. My family was very happy and satisfied with this short Chinese New Year trip, and we'll definitely be back when the spring flowers are in full bloom!

The entire courtyard is superbly designed, and you can see the owner's thoughtful touches in every detail. The room design is very industrial, which is quite unique, and the service was good too. The only minor drawback is that the power outlets in the room were a bit inconveniently placed. We happened to be there for Christmas, and the gingerbread house and the Christmas tree in the backyard were absolutely adorable. The nail tech was also super cute and lovely. The restaurant also gets high marks: the breakfast is a refined blend of Chinese and Western options, small but excellent; I've eaten at the Western restaurant twice now, and every dish has been outstanding (the cream of mushroom soup bowl was even warmed; I recommend the foie gras salad and the chestnut cake). Overall, I'd give it a 4.8 out of 5!

International Trade CBD/Chaoyang Joy City Beijing|2.87km from city center
Having spent considerable time in the vicinity of the International Club, International Building, Japanese Embassy, Associated Press, and Ritan Park, I'm very familiar with this area. The hotel is strategically located just off Chang'an Avenue, at No. 21 Jianguomenwai Avenue, Chaoyang District, Beijing. It's situated in the heart of the CBD, adjacent to Chang'an Avenue and the Embassy District. Jianguomen subway station is a mere 7-minute walk away, and iconic landmarks like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City are just a few blocks from the hotel. It also offers convenient access to vibrant shopping and entertainment hubs such as Guomao, Wangfujing, and Sanlitun. I myself spent nearly a decade working in the International Building. Upon entering the lobby, its high ceilings and grand, pillarless design create a truly magnificent impression. The suites are thoughtfully laid out and exude an elegant, classic charm. A serene garden with a gentle flowing fountain enhances the overall sophisticated ambiance. Despite opening in 1997, the facilities are comprehensive, and the environment, cleanliness, and service all maintain a first-class standard. The standout feature is the unforgettable butler service; the personalized, one-on-one attention makes you feel right at home. The 24-hour comprehensive butler team provides exceptional service, anticipating and fulfilling every guest's need. Our butlers, Jasmine, Parker, Alex, and Bradley, orchestrated a series of unique experiences, including the St. Regis's classic traditional ritual of champagne sabrage. This spectacular event took place in the gallery of the Danielli Italian Restaurant on the hotel's second floor, where guests collectively raised their glasses, savored exquisite champagne, and celebrated. The sabered champagne cork was then presented as a cherished keepsake. Dylan Zhao and Candie (灿灿) went above and beyond, waiting for our return even after we came back late from a football match at Workers' Stadium. As we opened the door, they were already there, ready to welcome us home with comforting warm honey-lemon water and hot peppermint Earl Grey tea, perfectly prepared for optimal flavor. Their handwritten cards were also a thoughtful touch, now treasured keepsakes. They truly made our St. Regis night wonderful, cozy, and unforgettable. While there's so much more I wish to express, my feelings at this moment are truly beyond words, deeply etched in my heart. This unforgettable St. Regis experience will forever be etched in my memory. I look forward to returning on August 25, 2025. My sincerest thanks once again to The St. Regis Hotel for everything.

Xishan Hot Springs is truly perfect for the whole family, from the elderly to children. The seniors felt comfortable, the kids had a blast, and we felt at ease throughout our entire stay. The environment was clean and warm, and there were many hot spring pools with just the right water temperature. The elderly found it relaxing and rejuvenating, and there wasn't much walking involved, with plenty of rest areas available to sit down whenever tired. Kids have their own dedicated water play area with shallow pools that are safe and fun. There's also a children's playground, slides, and go-karts – enough to keep them entertained all day long. Plus, there's a childcare service so parents can relax for a while, which is a very thoughtful touch. The service was excellent, staff were friendly, and attention to detail was evident, taking great care of both seniors and children. Also, their Four Seasons Restaurant really knows how to cater to foodies! Our overall experience this Chinese New Year was fantastic, and I must commend it. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety; it was more for a quick bite to fill you up, suitable for those who wake up early and just want something light. However, the dinner buffet was truly outstanding. They had everything: seafood, BBQ, hot dishes, cold dishes, desserts, and fruits. You could grab salmon, oysters, roasted lamb leg, grilled durian, and crayfish to your heart's content, with each person limited to half a lobster. The taste was on point, and they refilled dishes quickly. There were so many options we couldn't even try them all – we left feeling incredibly satisfied. The late-night supper was an even bigger surprise! It was perfect for when we were tired from playing all day and got hungry at night. They had steaming hot xiaolongbao and various noodle dishes, all with great flavor and generous portions. Having hot food late at night felt incredibly comforting. Service was also attentive, with quick plate clearing and a clean, comfortable environment. Overall, breakfast was simple, dinner was lavish and enjoyable, and the late-night supper was heartwarming and just right. It's an all-in-one place for dining and entertainment where everyone in the family can find something to enjoy. It's not tiring or troublesome, and the value for money is pretty good. If you're traveling with elderly family members and children, this is the place to choose – hassle-free and comfortable. A highly recommended spot! 😎😎😎

Shunyi Hot Spring Leisure Area Beijing|38.67km from city center
This hotel is beautiful and high-class, and the rooms are very spacious. Each room has both a bathtub and a shower, and the toiletries are excellent. Whether you're relaxing in your room watching TV or heading to the ground floor for the hot spring and swimming pool (a comfortable 25-meter pool with 31-degree water, indoor and outdoor hot springs, and complimentary snacks and drinks...), there's plenty to do. Outdoors, there's an adventure park with go-karts, alpaca feeding, and horseback riding – all great options for a holiday. The hotel has both Chinese and Western restaurants. During the holiday, the Chinese restaurant offered a few quick options as well as à la carte, and the Western restaurant served a seafood buffet for dinner. The food was delicious, with a wide variety for both breakfast and dinner, and the desserts were incredibly beautiful. The hotel service was excellent; the front desk staff were incredibly responsible and patiently answered all questions. The hot spring front desk staff were also consistently good; even before the name change, they were always enthusiastic and helpful in coordinating any issues (all the staff in the hot spring area were also warm, polite, thoughtful, and meticulous). It seems that whether it's a holiday or not, I've always received a welcome fruit platter and a white fungus and pear afternoon tea, which is a very thoughtful touch. This time, they even gave my child a small gift when we left, which was very touching. The room packages include meals or hot spring tickets, and hotel guests get a discount if they want to purchase the buffet or hot springs separately. It's a very welcoming hotel.

Our stay at Longxi Vienus International Convention Center was fantastic. The room was impeccably clean. We were also treated to a complimentary fruit plate. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that the kids absolutely loved. We'd like to specifically commend Ms. Gan Jingxuan for her incredibly thoughtful service. We also spent a significant amount of time enjoying the Longxi Hot Spring Water World. Our family of three came to Yanqing to see the ice waterfalls, and we specifically chose the Hyatt Regency Beijing Shiyuan. The overall experience exceeded our expectations! Upon check-in, the front desk thoughtfully upgraded our room to an 'Octonauts' themed family room for free, and our child was thrilled the moment we stepped inside. Alpine Skiing Centre/Horticultural Exposition Park Beijing|73.4km from city center
The room was nice, matching the standard for a hotel at this price point. However, the hot spring was quite crowded, to the point where there were no towels left. Later, as we were leaving, we found out there were plenty of towels in the men's changing room, but absolutely none for women. It was quite cold getting out of the water, which was disappointing. I hope the management can improve in this area. Justin and Vivi at the front desk provided excellent service, as did all the staff we encountered. The children's activity area in the lobby had a decent range of activities, but they ended too early – basically nothing to do after 7 PM. Also, the hotel's kids' center is geared towards very young children, with nothing suitable for an 8-year-old. It was also surprising that the outdoor rainbow slide required an additional fee. For a hotel positioning itself as family-friendly, this isn't ideal, especially since the room cost over a thousand. I suggest adding more entertainment facilities suitable for older children.

The positives: Location, Location, Location! It is a 10 minute walk away from the forbidden city, and it is close to the temple of heaven. The room service did a nice job as well cleaning the room daily. The negatives: 1- the access to the hotel is through stairs, if you have luggage, you won’t have someone to help you with the bags before you check in. 2- the pictures make seems nicer than it actually is. 3- the lobby is not clean, neither is the floor where we were booked. 4- the rooms too close to each other, the room walls are not well isolated, you will keep hearing noises throughout the night of people walking and speaking loudly beside the rooms. 5- the bathroom has a strong odour coming from it. Not due to room service hygiene though. 6- the toilet seat had wear marks/dark marks on it. 7- pay attention to the fine print while you are booking, despite that all options say double bed, we were asked to pay extra for a queen size bed. Which is fine , however that extra cost puts the hotel rate in the same range of higher tier brand hotels. 8- the room is small, and there are no hangars for the towels.

Compared to many other hotels in this area that charge for parking, the Chang Fu Gong offers free parking when booking through Trip.com, which is fantastic value for money. The Jianguomen subway station is directly opposite the hotel, just a 5-minute walk, making it easy to get anywhere. Across the street are several consulates. Despite the elevated highway nearby, the soundproofing is excellent, so it's not noisy at all. The rooms feature a Washlet (bidet toilet seat) and disposable exfoliating mitts for showering. Exceptional hospitality and the best stay in Beijing! I stayed at the Kerry Hotel for two nights from January 26th to 28th, 2026, and it was a truly heartwarming experience. From the moment I entered the room, the manager’s welcome message and cookies made me feel genuinely valued. Since I had to check out at 5:00 AM on the 28th, the hotel kindly prepared a breakfast box for us. I was so touched by this thoughtful gesture. I also want to mention the concierge staff—their English was excellent, and they were incredibly helpful not only in calling a taxi but also in explaining how to get back, which made our trip to Sanlitun very enjoyable. 'A special thank you' goes to the doorman on duty(Jan 27th around 5pm) when I returned from Sanlitun. I encountered a sudden internet issue and couldn't use Alipay. I only had a 100 RMB note, but he quickly sensed the situation and exchanged it for smaller bills so I could pay the taxi driver without any conflict. His quick thinking and flexibility saved the day, and I really hope he receives the recognition he deserves. The hotel’s Adventure Zone (kids' club) was also fantastic. The staff members positioned throughout the area kept my 7-year-old son safe, and the facility was clean and not overcrowded. It was definitely a highlight of the trip for him! The location is perfect as well. I could see all the major CBD buildings at a glance, and the view of the CCTV headquarters from my room was breathtaking. My two other colleagues, however, both received room upgrades with garden views and sunlight – I'm so envious! **Facilities:** Having a washing machine was a huge help, but it would be even better if laundry detergent could be provided before check-in, saving us from having to ask the front desk last minute. **Complimentary AI Health Butler:** I don't know where this was, I didn't experience it. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, absolutely marvelous stay! The hotel is trendy, modern and unique. I'd say it's very suitable for a young crowd and families with young children. The hotel is located steps away from the airport express line to Beijing Capital Airport and subway line 10 making it highly accessible to the rest of the city. There's a shopping centre, Galleria, about a 2 minute walk away as well. The room isn't large, in my opinion, however it's a good size for 1 person. It's well lit and tastefully designed. There's a comfortable amount of space to open a full sized check-in suitcase. Slippers, towels, water, cups and a kettle are provided. There's a mini fridge with more water and pop. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the shower. The overall design is modern, clean and welcoming. The gym is spacious and well lit with many mirrors. It has the essentials to fit in a good workout while away from home. There are also complimentary mini water bottles in the gym. The laundry room is right next up the gym and very simple to use. There are 4 machines and you can actually check the use status on the television in your room. Wash your clothes first on the bottom machine, no need to add detergent, it's already built in. After the wash cycle, move your clothes up the dryer on top. The wash and dry cycle takes just under an hour. My clothes came out fresh and clean! The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've seen! There's an amazing selection of Chinese and Western food. Breakfast starts at 7am and there's plenty of seating. The only improvement I would recommend is adding a selection of tea. There's also complimentary dim sum every day at 10pm. Dumplings, sui mai, pork buns and red bean buns and tea are available in the lobby, perfect for when you're craving a little snack at night! One thing to note, that's not entirely within the hotel's control: although it's a non smoking hotel with No Smoking signs everywhere, some guests may ignore the signs and smoke anyways. There's a very faint, lingering trace of the smell of cigarettes in the bathroom due to the ventilation. It was VERY faint so it didn't bother me but I did notice it at times. There was also one morning I left the room and the entire floor REEKED of cigarettes. By the time I came back late in the afternoon, the smell had been cleared. The hotel seems very adept at handling this situation so it really did not impact my stay. However, if you are super sensitive to cigarette smoke, this may be something to be mindful of. Overall, amazing stay and I'd definitely come again!

The Beijing Legendale Hotel truly is a hidden gem in the city center, boasting a magnificent European palace style! The lobby's high-domed ceilings and gilded decorations create an incredibly grand atmosphere, perfect for photos. Its location is superb, situated on Jinbao Street, close to Wangfujing and Tiananmen Square, making transportation a breeze. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with soft, comfortable bedding. The bathrooms are equipped with L'Occitane products, ensuring quality. The service is professional and attentive; check-in was efficient, and the staff were warm and polite. Breakfast is varied and delicious, offering both Western and Chinese options. Despite being in a bustling area, it's remarkably quiet, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The facilities are well-maintained, and every detail exudes luxury. Staying here in Beijing offers both a sense of occasion and exceptional comfort. Highly recommended!

The overall environment is excellent. Manager Ella helped me choose a room with a great view when I checked in. The view of the Second Ring Road is quite good; at night, it's just a sea of red taillights, which really shows how much traffic there is. The room was a bit dry, but that's generally how the weather is in Beijing. Inside the room, everything was great – very clean, and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic, with lots of variety and delicious options.

The hotel is located in the CBD, very close to the CCTV Tower. The room offers a city view, which is visible from both the main room and the bathroom – quite nice at night. The room, decorated in a new Chinese style, is a good size at over 40 square meters, though the furniture is a bit dated. When we checked in, my friend had a bit of a disagreement with the front desk staff that wasn't resolved well. While my friend can be a bit short-tempered, the front desk's response lacked professionalism and emotional intelligence, which ultimately led my friend to cancel the reservation in anger and move to the Rosewood next door.

I've stayed here twice now, and the room's floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent light, making it very comfortable. The hotel's location is fantastic, with direct access to the China World Mall, and it's home to Nanmen Hotpot and Ma Liu Ji. The basement connects directly to Metro Lines 1 and 10, which is super convenient. Line 1 goes straight to attractions like Tiananmen Square, Wangfujing, and the Military Museum. Beijing traffic can be bad, so having easy subway access is a huge plus. This time, I also noticed a significant improvement in the hotel's service. We're a family of three, and we pushed the two twin beds together to sleep. When the staff cleaned the room, they thoughtfully put a thick bed sheet over them, so the person in the middle didn't feel the uncomfortable gap between the two beds, and we slept really well. Plus, every day they'd provide extra bottles of mineral water and tissues based on our habits, and when I asked for a band-aid, they proactively offered iodine swabs, which was very thoughtful. 👍

I'd like to express my gratitude to EAST Hotel Beijing for the thoughtful arrangements made upon my arrival, which made my trip enjoyable right from the start. The suite was incredibly spacious, with an elegant and open layout, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of the city. The bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were meticulously maintained; both the bathing experience and the turndown service were incredibly relaxing and reassuring. Furthermore, the hotel's gym and pool left a strong impression on me – they were well-equipped and clean, adding a delightful touch of rejuvenation to my journey. What truly stood out was the professionalism and warmth of the service team – every interaction, from the front desk to housekeeping, was polite and efficient, making me feel perfectly cared for and respected. Overall, my stay was extremely satisfying. Both the hardware and the service truly reflect the hotel's quality and dedication. If I have another business trip to Beijing, this will definitely be my first choice again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to travelers who value a quality experience.

I originally booked for one night, but due to unfinished business, I extended my stay by four more days, which allowed me to further experience the features of Kempinski. Facilities: Very comprehensive, especially having two gyms! The gym on the 18th floor is relatively 'basic'; the one in the basement has two levels. B-1 has treadmills and light equipment like pull-up bars, while B-2 has a full range of barbells and dumbbells, and surprisingly, even two squash courts. What's even more delightful is that there's an indoor golf practice area where you can simulate playing a full round. The weekday charge is 150 yuan per hour, which includes free club rental (both men's and women's sets are available). I just didn't like the men's Dunlop carbon fiber set, so I didn't play. If you're in Beijing for golf and bring your own clubs, it's definitely worth a try. The swimming pool on the 18th floor is quite short; you reach the end in just a few strokes. However, it's still good for relaxation. Both gyms have saunas and Turkish baths. The breakfast buffet is very rich, with smoked salmon 🍣, plain yogurt, five types of honey, and four or five kinds of cheese – excellent value for money. Also, soft drinks in the Mini-Bar are complimentary... The room has amenities like bathrobes and an umbrella. Hygene: No need to worry; it's impeccable. Environment: Although Yansha Shopping Mall isn't as vibrant as it used to be, it's very convenient to enjoy the various dining options in the Liangma River business district. Service: Very attentive. Two deliveries (express and errand runner services) were brought directly to my room by the concierge.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. Although there was a notice in the room about hotel maintenance, it didn't actually cause any inconvenience. There were two things I wasn't too happy about. First, the soundproofing in the room wasn't great. Either that, or the kid next door was just incredibly loud. They were shouting in the afternoon, still shouting when I got back to the hotel after 11 PM, and then started again around 8 AM on Sunday – better than an alarm clock! The other thing was that after finishing my meal in the room in the afternoon, I wanted to call for someone to pick up the trays. The call went to an automated customer service. I explained my request, and the AI said it understood. However, no one came to collect them until I was about to leave around 6 PM. Luckily, a staff member came to do the turndown service and took them away for me.

Another consistently excellent stay! The design aesthetic perfectly matches our taste, and the service is attentive and comfortable. Celebrating important occasions at Rosewood truly is the right choice. The hotel staff even proactively added us on WeChat to discuss some room setup needs beforehand, asking about our preferences. A special thanks to Lucas and Lynne for their thoughtful and detailed service throughout, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The Xiang Wei Kitchen on the third floor offers a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, the gym meets daily needs, and the pool is beautiful. The hotel's overall understated yet high-quality feel makes it our top choice for a staycation in the east!

1: The front desk staff who checked me in, wearing teal eyeshadow, kept a straight face and emphasized three times that I needed to keep the executive lounge schedule and adhere to its times. Excuse me, is this my first time visiting an executive lounge? And second, I'm not blind or deaf, so I would have understood after you said it once. Also, please fix your makeup. 2: After being in the room for a while, I noticed a yellow stain on a pillowcase. I called, and the attendant quickly came to replace it. It's no exaggeration to say she replaced the pillowcase in 2 seconds. This was, without a doubt, the best experience of my stay. 3: As part of the executive benefits, I had a late check-out until 4 PM. However, at 2 PM, my card stopped working. My three-year-old and I were stuck in the elevator, unable to go up, and he got scared. It was then that I realized they might have deactivated my card... We had to go back to the front desk on the ground floor to resolve it. All of this is fine, these are minor issues. 4: They charged me 3500 for check-in and took the deposit quickly. But getting the deposit back was a different story. I've stayed at so many five-star platinum and diamond hotels, and I've always received my deposit before even leaving the hotel entrance. This is the first time I've encountered not receiving it after 12 hours. Customer service told me it would be returned via the original payment method within 48 hours... I've truly never heard of a deposit being delayed like this. 5: The shower in the room was very cold, and at night, it was extremely hot, making it hard to sleep. The breakfast was decent but didn't offer much. Please stop serving that 'cheong fun' (rice noodle roll); it's an embarrassment. Anyone who has ever had 'cheong fun' would know what I'm talking about... The executive lounge had almost nothing to eat; it was far too little, not even half of what you'd find at a Ritz. The orange juice was good. There was one young male server in the executive lounge who was absolutely the best; the other female staff were just props. That's all.

This Chinese New Year, I brought my whole family, including seniors and children. We chose this hotel based on good reviews and the swimming pool. Upon arrival, it was as excellent as ever, and the front desk upgraded our room type. We were a group of seven, and they kindly upgraded our package and provided extra beds. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The executive lounge dining was superb; afternoon tea extended until 7:30 PM, and it was uncrowded with a great ambiance, perfect for a family dinner. The evening pool was absolutely amazing – it felt like being at a Bali resort right here in Beijing! The kids loved it and played for two days straight. I'd definitely recommend it for future visits.

This hotel was a very comfortable stay. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle service, and the driver was helpful with loading our luggage into the car, which was very convenient. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and seeing that we had a child with us, they kindly upgraded our room for free. The beds in the upgraded room could be pushed together, which was great. They also proactively asked for my flight time to recommend the best shuttle departure. The room itself was clean, and the bed was very comfortable! I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance. [Rose emoji]

🌟 **Incredibly Safe** This area is constantly patrolled and checked by police (I was lucky enough to have my ID checked, and they almost wanted to check my luggage too!). It's Tiananmen Square after all, truly the heart of Beijing! 🌟 **Incredibly Reassuring** For frequent hotel guests like me, a shower with a rain head, a mirror not facing the bed, and a separate wet/dry bathroom are all incredibly important – no need to elaborate on why! 🌟 **Incredibly Immersive** The hotel's design, from the rooms to the furnishings, the incense, tea appreciation, and cloisonné craftsmanship, all perfectly capture the unique culture and atmosphere of the Forbidden City. In the morning, the moment I drew back the curtains after a sip of water, I was absolutely stunned!

When I first booked, I was overwhelmed by all the reviews, but I finally settled on the Radisson. Upon arrival, I found several branded hotels clustered together – you step out of one and see B, C, D, E, F... Due to it being Chinese New Year, parking was incredibly difficult. I circled both the above-ground and underground parking lots twice and couldn't find a single spot. In the end, I had to park in front of the hotel next door. When checking in, the front desk informed me that several hotels share the parking lot, and providing your license plate number grants free parking. The room was decent, with a semi-open bedroom and bathroom layout and a wet/dry separation. Clothes washed dried completely by the next day, which was great. Outside the window was the main building of PKX, and the night view 🌃 was quite stunning. Soundproofing was acceptable. Being so close to the airport (literally just a turn away), some airplane noise during takeoff is unavoidable, but there aren't many flights at night, so it wasn't a big issue. Breakfast selection was actually okay, but the quality was mediocre. When I went down to eat after 9 AM, there were no more refills, and not much left to eat. The dishes weren't being heated either; most were cold. The drinks were too watered down 😣😣. However, the breakfast staff were very enthusiastic and accommodating.

Our stay in Beijing was truly a 5-star experience for the three of us, even with a language barrier. From check-in onward, the staff went out of their way to help—using translation apps, hand gestures, and constant warm smiles. Communication was never an issue because the hospitality felt sincere and thoughtful. One highlight we all loved was the free laundry service. After long days of walking and sightseeing, having clean clothes without extra cost felt like a real luxury and made our trip so much easier. We were also pleasantly surprised by the free snacks, always available and perfect for late nights or quick bites before heading out. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained—ideal for resting after busy days exploring Beijing. Overall, it was a generous, caring stay that exceeded expectations. We may not have spoken the same language, but the service spoke volumes. Highly recommended.

After a lot of research for my trip to Beijing, I finally settled on this hotel. You can see the entire Forbidden City from the hotel's top floor, which is an amazing location! The room was quite spacious too. I'd read many reviews saying Beijing hotel rooms are small, so this was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location is unbeatable; it's very close to the National Museum, the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and Wangfujing. The decor has a nice, antique feel. The only thing I'd complain about is the slow drainage in the bathroom.
