Checked in real late on a weekend and the front office lady was very courteous to have our room upgrade to suite. The view isn’t particularly impressive but the room was spacious with basic amenities all in place.
Requested for late check out the next day and the staff was accommodating.
One thing that the hotel must pay attention to is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned thoroughly as there’s ********** right in the bathtub and stains on floor. The “note” to previous guest was still lying on the floor when we entered the room.

Even though hotel is about 40 years old, it has a modern, clean feel about it. Room facilities are very good -- bathroom bright, shower pressure good, nice amenities.

We booked the deluxe room, it is small as typical hk 4 stars hotels. When we got the room, the toilet bowl wasn’t clean, some poop spots there, called the service, they said will come and clean but we left the room around 45 mins, the housekeeping hasn’t arrived. The next morning, I called service for 5 times then they picked up. Otherwise the location is in the heart of mongkok, is consider good but due to the slow economy of HK now, many shops around there closes early as compared to the prime time before covid. The Ming Court is still good, can go there for their dim sums and Cantonese food. The ground floor staffs are good, helpful and able to help us in where we wana go by getting taxi for us. The Hollywood cafe nearby serves very nice condensed milk butter buns.From€100

I was pleasantly surprised by my room - it’s brand new with the most comfortable mattress, I slept like a baby. The room was bright with two big windows overlooking the street. The bathroom is spacious which is a big plus. Another thing I liked was the charging pots - super convenient. The location is great - right in front of the bus stop, I took A21 bus directly from the airport (around 35HK$) and arrived there in about 90 minutes. MTR is also nearby. Walking distance. Awesome service from all staffs at the hotel, we can leave the luggages in the early morning and go sightseeing in the secure area for luggage storage with staff monitoring all the time.
The room is very clean and always fill in amenities with great support. Housekeeping cleans the room everyday and staffs are so nice.

The hotel is located about 10mins from Olympic MTR station.
If you get off at Prince Edward or Mongkok you will have a very long walk.
The free shuttle bus from the hotel to downtown stops at various MTR lines and is very comfortable. The driver is especially friendly.
The room was fine. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels and a nice amenities kit.
The TV had a good selection of movies and sports.
There is a filter water dispenser on various floors but I think that one bottle could be placed in the room or the refillable water that's in the room could be prefilled for guests.
Overall good for a business or short shopping trip.From€66

The quilt cover is disposable, there are no towels, and the bath towel is also disposable. The most annoying thing was that there was no one at the front desk, so I had to stand at the stairs and wait for an hour.
The only advantage is that it is next to Temple Street, which is more lively at night.

The space will naturally be larger, but it is indeed a very good choice for guests who need to work! 👍🏻 Regarding the meal arrangement during the quarantine period, the taste is very good, the temperature can be maintained, and the fast service of the staff responsible for the delivery of food! However, we mainly taste Chinese food. For the opinions of the Western Menu, other guests may need to provide it! 🙏🏻 This year is our second experience of quarantined hotels. Under the comparison situation, it highlights the Prince Hotel's intention to prepare every detail! If there is still such a need next time, we are happy to choose Prince Hotel again!

The room is tiny, but can't expect much more in HK for a few hundred dollars. It has all you need for a good night's sleep. One night is definitely enough though.
Anyway, friendly lady running the place and the location is absolutely perfect for Kowloon West station.

Now the 90s feel just felt cheap, because it was a bit worn down. They should fresh it up and adverse it as a 90s hotel. Make more of it. Maybe have a cassette player with mixtapes in the room, the staff dressed in 90s style clothes and haircuts etc. That would be so much more worth the money. We only chose this place because it was close to the theatre and the trainstation.

I checked on the map before and saw that the Hong Kong City Hotel is close to the high-speed rail station. Later, Sister Yu also introduced that this is the hotel closest to the high-speed rail from the Hong Kong Family Hotel. The room I stayed in actually had two windows, the sun was shining brightly, and Hong Kong, where every inch of land is expensive, was too extravagant. The food downstairs is so tempting. Sister Yu introduced it very patiently, and I also tasted the authentic food of Hong Kong as I wished. Go downstairs and pass through the beautiful Kowloon Park for a few hundred meters, which is Harbor City, Tsim Sha Tsui. I arrived in Kowloon at around 11 o'clock in the evening and couldn't find the way to Jordan. I was lost for more than 40 minutes. Fortunately, I finally found it without any danger. It was already early in the morning when I arrived at the hotel. The boss' grandma waited for me for more than an hour. Thank you for your hard work! The adapter I brought with me didn't work, so my boss lent it to me and gave me a bottle of water. The location of the hotel is quite easy to find. Just find the Hongyun Building. The room is also very clean. It was my first time traveling alone and I met a lot of kind people. I will stay here again next time. Hahaha. The room is equipped with an adapter socket and electricity. The wind blows, and the rain in the bathroom is too much;
3. Self-service check-in, the boss provided the password on WeChat, and asked about some local places, and the boss answered patiently;
4. The well-known dessert shop downstairs really feels that there are queues all the time, and the later the night, the more people there are. But fortunately, I live here, I pack and go upstairs to eat, and I can pick it up in two or three minutes, super nice.
5. Overall, it is very recommended. It is just right for one person to live in. I will choose this place again next time.

The staffs are super friendly and helpful, basic daily fresh towels, mineral waters supply, a cosy share lounge with refreshments on the 1st floor next to the reception office, which offer additions space to work if you don't feel like getting out. It's a perfect option for both short and extended stay definitely. the area is also full of hidden gems and surprises for both locals and tourists, with temple st night market and Nathan road just around the corner. If anything to complain, perhaps the lower floor might be a bit noisy during the day when traffic is heavy. otherwise, I'd say it's the best home away from home.

We had booked 3 nights at another accommodation, only to find the room was awful.
Last minute, we messaged staff at Yulam who confirmed they had a room for us and gave us simple instructions to get Into the room. Self check in and check out was super easy!
The room itself was so clean and comfortable.
It came with everything you'd need and a great aircon.
Modern feel, it must be recently updated.

It is located in Alhambra bldg. which is surrounded by many food shops, restaurants, and establishments. There’s 711 almost in every block. There’s Hang Seng Bank where you can withdraw using any foreign ATM card as long as it’s mastercard or visa. There’s also snacks, laundry shop, and coffee shop on the first flr.
Drinking water is provided. There’s also electric kettle. Room has shower with hot water, aircon, and exhaust fan. Other things provided are two towels, two toothbrush/paste, tissue paper, two pillows, and one thick blanket. You also have a shared chairs, table, and hangers located at the hallway that you can grab to your room.
Owner is very accommodating, kind, helpful, very considerate, very approachable, and can communicate well in English. We arrived around 9pm and he happily welcomed us. We can feel how he wants us to feel comfortable in our stay. On our last night he informed us that there is a night bus preventing us from checking out as early as 10pm and spend the night in the airport since our flight back to PH is 7:30am the next day.
Overall this place should be rated no less than 5star for its value for money. Your money is very well spent in this accommodation.
