When I got to that hotel they told me that they did not honor what trip.com put as me Oweing $69 that I would have to pay another $139 double what I was told that I had to pay to hotel when I got there. We didn’t even use the sheets or our blanket we got so hot. Also the bar is a little over expensive. Other then that great stay! We recently stayed at the Warwick Allerton Chicago. The hotel has an unbeatable location right on the Magnificent Mile—perfect for walking everywhere! The room was also very clean and well-maintained.

There was a fee of 93$ plus insurance or something I don't know, another 100$. The employee said it would be refunded. 100$ given on check out day Asked for a receipt and was told to give a check-out date.
On the check-out day, they said they would transfer 100$ to the card we used to swipe, which is SCB's planet card. It would take another month for the money to be credited to the card.

This was one of the best hostel experiences I've ever had. Even as a solo female traveler I felt quite safe in the hostel premises. They had plenty of events, I joined a couple of walking tours in which i learned a lot and made new friends. The shared areas are super big and very convenient. The location is excellent. The Night staff was awesome, hospitality was IMPECCABLE! From the receptionist , bellhop helper, security, you name it! I wish I could remember their names but the receptionist was a young African American male about early-mid 20s! The morning crew and afternoon crew need some pointers from the night shift staff because they need some work.

Our room had 2 full size beds, they were nice and spacious for all 4 of us (3 adults & 1 child). No microwave was an inconvenience but it wasn’t too big of a deal since our short was stay.

The ground floor was quite lively, so much so that I initially mistook it for a shopping mall! However, after a two-day stay, I realized it's simply the hotel's distinctive atmosphere. The rooms are quite spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. I imagine if they were new, the price point would be considerably higher. Breakfast at the restaurant was good, and the service was very attentive – I even left a tip! Valet parking is available, which is extremely convenient. The fourth hotel I have stayed in overseas, and the eighth Four Seasons Hotel I have stayed in the world. It is located on the famous Magnificent Kilometer, and is also across the street from the famous Hancock Tower. Four Seasons Hotel cannot be said to be a perfect existence, but it is hard to criticize in terms of comprehensive services. The location is good, very close to the attractions, especially the riverwalker, which is really convenient. The subway, the blue line is a little bit away, the orange line is very close. But the hotel is really simple, especially the room given by Ctrip is very small, it is OK for one person, but for two people, I can only upgrade it on the spot for $20, but it is still very small. Everything costs money, an umbrella is $14, and there is no loan. The river and CQ are actually the same company, but CQ is cheaper. Loved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay.
Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff!
A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table.
Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here!

Staff is wonderful. Hotel has been updated but still shows a little wear. Pool is lovely. In our room we Noticed a brown stain on rug near table. Also noted on our last morning there that the sheet in one area had a yellow hue. Odd. We were busy so we didn’t notify staff until after we left. That said, I did notify and they were responsive. Location on Michigan is awesome. Easy to walk to restaurants, train, etc.

The sanitation and environment are very good! Very close to Michigan Avenue and Navy Pier! Sitting in the room, you can watch the fireworks show every Wednesday and Saturday! I have stayed at this hotel many times due to its location. The initial good impression was completely lost due to the attitude and behavior of front desk staff GiGi and Nikka in treating guests during my stay this time. I arrived at the hotel at two o'clock and was told that check-in would be at three o'clock. During this period, people kept checking in early. The two front desk staff were laughing loudly and even used words like ”shut up”. After waiting until about three o'clock, I was given a room on the second floor with a window facing the fitness center across the road. Unable to bear it, I contacted a Ctrip specialist to ask for a room change. I finally checked in at 4:30 pm. Thank you Ctrip specialist for your support! As the front desk staff and the face of the hotel, they have neither professional qualities nor respect for the guests. They are very disappointed!FromPLN 644
