Hotel made me par 285 for something I didn’t have time to use which was tickets to attractions and that fee included a fee for checking out. ..49 a room for coupons snd 65 per room check out fee. Our car was too tall for the 85.00 a night parking but the garage at the corner only charged 58.00 a night. I wouldn’t recommend driving downtown Chicago unless you like being stressed out. The hotel is in a good location, next to Millennium Park, and the rooms facing the park have a wide view. There is a supermarket and a restaurant downstairs, which is quite convenient. The room is average, large in size, but the facilities are relatively old.
However, the hotel has no swimming pool, only a gym, and no breakfast restaurant. These two points are deducted, which also surprised me a little, thinking that these two items should be standard for luxury hotels.
I booked a room with breakfast, because there is no restaurant, and I can only eat by delivering the meal to the room. But the hotel breakfast rules are unreasonable. Although there is a breakfast limit of 31 dollars per person per day (corresponding to the breakfast set of 30-31 dollars on the menu). But this limit does not include the delivery fee, service fee, and tax. It means that you have to pay 30 dollars out of your pocket to have a normal breakfast.
When checking out, after reporting the unreasonable policy to the hotel, the hotel promised to waive this part of the fee in the bill, but the bill received after arriving at the airport showed that the full breakfast fee was charged (including the price of the set itself), nearly 100 dollars per day. Finally, through the continuous communication between Ctrip and the agent, this part of the fee was refunded. The result is good, but the process is tortuous.From$179

I was in this hotel for a conference so my need is quite minimal. Generally speaking the hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible. The room itself is fairly simple , I think for this price though the service should be a little better. My room has couple of occasion that the tea and coffee wasn’t top up after cleaning and soap as well. The bathtub is a bit stained but it is cleaned. Wifi - there were multiple times that it was a bit slow .

Loved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay.
Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff!
A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table.
Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here!

The hotel was very clean & the bed was super comfy! Check in was easy & they let us check in early which was very helpful. The door man at the bottom of the elevator seemed a little judge mental. We just wanted to go to the bar after attending the baseball game but he treated us like we weren't guests of the hotel, that was a little off putting but the bartender was wonderful!From$85

The ground floor was quite lively, so much so that I initially mistook it for a shopping mall! However, after a two-day stay, I realized it's simply the hotel's distinctive atmosphere. The rooms are quite spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. I imagine if they were new, the price point would be considerably higher. Breakfast at the restaurant was good, and the service was very attentive – I even left a tip! Valet parking is available, which is extremely convenient. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. Thumbs up!

Location is good especially 5mins walk to the Grand subway station and it’s in the Shopping Loop. Room facilities is not that good, hair blower plug is shaky unable use. Towels not provided as per paid occupants. Need to request. Unable to do the make up for ladies as the Sensor entrance light is too dim.

The room is large and the price is reasonable. It is close to the school, facing Lake Michigan, and surrounded by parks. It is very quiet. It takes only 10 minutes to get to the busy area by subway. This will be my designated hotel in Chicago in the future.

The room was super clean and spacious. Cleaning ladies were very nice. The girls at the front desk were super friendly, some guys not so much. If you want to cook in the room, you can request some cooking pots, but they were overused and scratched. Their free breakfast is decent. Very nice gym with a peloton bike. Overall, I think this is good option for longer time stay.

Where you can take the taxi boat. The hotel is a bit older, eg elevator and windows, darker carpet, but the rooms are spacious and the staff is super helpful. Price is on the high side but that must be due to perfect location.

The accommodations were perfect for us ! We had 5 siblings and families visiting for an anniversary celebration. The suites allowed for all the children to stay and play together. The mezzanine was large clean and extremely safe for the kids to go in and out at will. The breakfast was excellent! We all were able to eat together and everyone was able to find the foods they wanted. The food was fresh and delicious ! The hotel staff were one of the friendliest of any hotel we stayed!
