The hotel was wonderful… The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the bar was vibrant and the rooms are spacious. You can’t beat the location of this place. It’s literally a five minute Uber ride to any major point. Such as the Kennedy assassination or Terry Blacks for some great barbecue, or if you’re in town for a convention to the convention center. we used Uber to get around if not, we use the electric scooters . Never needed to rent a car because a Uber ride from the airport will run you around $50. The hotel is in a great location. Funny of dining options, one of our favorite places to stay. Here are some photos of the lobby and views from our room.

This is a really unique, eclectic hotel! SERVICE WAS AMAZING! Especially in the bar area and restaurant. The food was sooooo good, too. We ate off the lunch and breakfast menu and it was to die for. We had drinks on the rooftop, and that too was spectacular with friendly service and a great view. The rooftop pool area was really nice with fire pit and plenty of lounge seating inside and outside. It was a really fun atmosphere. Our room was HUGE and also had a great view - it was a corner room. Very comfortable. We had a great stay. Also in walking distance of other bars and restaurants. Parking was plentiful and free. I would definitely recommend it.

Two families traveling together (2 adults, 4 kids-ages 9, 10, 11 & 13) for a staycation during the week. The beach rental flooded, so we headed to north Texas instead. Art in the hotel was amazing. Snuck in a history lesson during summer vacation. Food in restaurants was above average with above average prices as well. Restrooms were extremely clean. Rooms were only serviced for 2+ days stay. Only serviced one time between Tues-Fri. You pay the price for convenience but you could check in and never leave the hotel. Water park was open 10-7. Spa was not open yet, a little disappointing. Customer service was top notch.

Great location right off the highway and by college campus/Bush library. We enjoyed the room and design as well as the bar/commons area (unfortunately did not bring swim suits for the indoor pool for the cold rainy day, would have been nice). Was a little weird to not have ice available on the floors and finally figured out we had to just grap qt bags out of the freezer in the lobby (no one mentioned that) but for all the fun aesthetics and location there wasnt much we could complain about (as long as you look around and find the best price as online it was coming up wildly different). Overall would definitely stay again and recommend.

A good, solid hotel, in some places it feels tired. It's bad that the pool wasn't working, it will open only on May 26. Although the weather is already hot at the end of April. There was an opportunity to sunbathe, but without a pool. Excellent coffee in the room in the morning, comfortable beds with soft comfortable mattresses and pillows, a refrigerator, a TV-cinema! Friendly staff, ready to help. But the price for the room seems too high!

The hotel is located in Downtown Dallas. The parking lot is across the street from the hotel and the parking fee is $30. There were many parties on the weekend when I checked in. There were rooms playing music and making noise at night. The soundproofing was very poor. The front desk handled it promptly after reporting it. The advantage is that it is very close to various attractions, you can go to Citywalk, and there is also a delicious barbecue restaurant.

Location and cleanliness is great! I was a bit disappointed with my stay at Warwick. To start off the valet is a nightmare when the hotel is busy. There aren’t a lot of options for parking so we had to use this service. During the late evenings, you will have to park your own vehicle and drop keys off with front desk. Yet you still are charged for valet. There aren’t very many staff to assist with baggage. The front desk is less than willing to assist. I understand they maybe understaffed and over worked but it also shows. There are certain amenities we did not get such as robes, slippers, use of shuttle vehicle. Again this could be due to staffing but still a disappointing experience. I would advise to plan according for a less than 4 star experience.

The front desk is very welcoming, and the check-in may soon come due to the epidemic and non-peak season. The base of the room is very spacious, but obviously has a sense of age: the sanitation is slightly unsatisfactory. The biggest criticism may be the surrounding environment. I feel like I'm in a homeless distribution center and I'm very careful when I go out at night.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the Union Tower and Union Station. From the airport, you can take the orange light rail line to West End Station, then transfer to the red line or blue line one stop to Union Station, which is very convenient. There are also quite a few bus routes nearby, making traveling very convenient. There are many important attractions surrounding the hotel, such as the location where Kennedy was shot, the Sixth Floor Museum, the JFK Museum, JFK Plaza, and the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum. A Greyhound station is also nearby. However, if you want to take the Flix bus, you need to take a bus or light rail to Deep Ellum. In addition, the hotel is a little far from restaurants and convenience stores, so it is recommended to plan meals in advance. The room has a very wide view, with a beautiful view of Central Station and the Reunion Tower. The entrance to the hotel is a bit hidden, located on the side facing away from the central station. It may take some time to find it when you first visit. The air conditioning system in the room works well and makes the entire environment very comfortable. The softness of the mattress is also very moderate, providing me with a good sleeping experience.

But the rooms are just wow. Stunning view, the room was absolutely at a very high luxury level. Great large sized bathroom / shower.  You know should invest in a better coffee machine, the room deserves better ;-)  but OK there is a Starbucks and Cafe next door. The location is top dollar and my experience was fantastic.  I will 100% book again.

Unreasonable charges! ! ! Originally this was a hotel with no merits. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The key was the location, which was not far from the art museum and the Natural History Museum. There was nothing special about it. Breakfast was average, with fruit but no vegetable salad. But leaving the checkout left me feeling confused and even worse. After breakfast on the first day, the male waiter asked me to sign the bill. I said my room included breakfast, but the waiter said it didn't matter. I just had to sign and the front desk would know. I signed it, it was $52 for two people. The next day, we also chose the buffet for breakfast, and the waitress brought us each a glass of apple juice. I got the bill before I left, put down the order and left. I signed it without even looking at it. Signing an order without looking carefully is a hard lesson! ! ! When I checked out, I found that there was an extra $30, so I asked what the price was. The front desk said it was a breakfast tip on the 5th. I said I was eating from the buffet, but the waiter just poured me two glasses of apple juice without me giving a tip. Is she going to take the initiative to write a $20 tip on the bill? Is this reasonable? I can pay the money, because it’s my fault that I didn’t read the bill and signed it, so I have to acknowledge the bill. But I just want to ask him if this is reasonable? The front desk called the restaurant manager. The manager didn't say it was a tip. He said I chose a set meal and they would charge something else. This is absolutely hilarious! The order typed out to me clearly stated gratuity. I will never go to any Omni Hotel again! Too confusing! Ctrip customer service communicated with them, but they still insisted on their approach.

Great stay. We traveled with my wife and my one year old daughter and the staff helped us by providing a baby crib. Great breakfast too!

The breakfast is very simple, there is nothing to eat, just join in. They have an airport shuttle bus to Dallas love field airport, from 6 am to 10 pm. Others are ok, the hotel is quite satisfactory.

I loved the hotel it’s in a construction zone right now but that’s okay but then I looked at my bank account and saw that even though I prepaid through the trip app I was charged 33.72 extra and I have been unable to get in contact with the manager of the hotel the front desk person couldn’t tell me why I was charged again. The elevator was also out and I was told it been out for a week and would probably be out for the rest of the week

The staff was top notch. The rooms were nice. The location downtown and lack of parking was the most frustrating part. The valet made that a bit more convenient but we waited 30 minutes for the valet to bring our car around.
