|1.19km from city centerThis hotel is definitely at a very convenient location to 2 Malls (Batam City & Batam Grand), right in front of a day and night food court, and surrounding environment of foot reflexology, massage parlors, coffee shops, retail shops, Kueh Lapis shops, etc., etc.
The hotel is very basic. The rooms are pretty bare. All the necessary are there, but there are no ”extras” inside or outside the rooms. The flooring is parquet, and the hallways are very echoey. No breakfast. There are no restaurants in the hotel.
There is a body and foot massage parlor, a barbershop, and a small wine shop attached to the hotel. Those are the only shop services you get in and around the hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly and pleasant! We had many fabulous stays there and will definitely come back again!

Luckily my supir was there to help and help me to call the number registered in trip.com and he did communicate with the owner of the residence and arrange the key to be passed to me.
