The newest hotel in Guam area as far as I’ve known! Guess it is nikko hotel franchise (they kinda got linked toghether like they are located right next to each other) so as you can expect their Japanese originated service and cleanness was on point! Breakfast was delish (not that many kinds tbh but quite satisfiable)

Overall, Dusit Thani Guam Resort is considered one of the top luxury accommodations on the island, offering a memorable stay with its prime location, exceptional service, and comprehensive amenities

It's awesome place!!! I 'd like to stay more in this hotel. There is a korean rental car and a coffee shop running 24 hours as well. We really enjoyed staying here.

They were able to accommodate both an early check-in and late check-out, and the location was fantastic for getting around. The water pressure in the shower was also amazing! I would definitely love to go back!

Excellent location to relax and enjoy the ocean view from where we stayed. Since our vacation was during the Holy Week, the ocean breeze and the waves played ambient sounds for my early morning prayers from the hotels balcony. The whole day was spent strolling around the commercial places which was a stones throw away from the hotel. Nice place to window shop and to buy some stuff for souvenirs. Though I didn’t have much time to go swimming because of the unpredictable rain, I had spent my afternoons waiting for the twilight as the sky dusked and captured the panoramic sunset images in my brain. As for the food, I haven’t tried the hotels restaurant the whole time. It was more fun to explore a good deal of restaurants and diners nearby. Stayed 4 nights at Hyatt and the place is recommendable. Ideal place for family vacation if your goal is to relax, unwind and bond with family and friends.

It's been a while since I last visited Guam. Since I was traveling alone, I stayed at REEF, which is close to downtown. The hotel is old and not very sparkly. The room and the bathroom are clean. The restaurant's drainage was broken, so I booked a room with breakfast included, but I decided to eat at Eggs 'n Things, IHOP, and another restaurant. However, I could use the meal coupon at any time, so I was able to eat lunch there too, which was good. I was alone in one room, but I paid for breakfast for two people. So I was lucky to get a meal coupon for two people. I only had to pay for dinner, so I saved money! The pool is always empty, so there's no need to fight for a seat. If the weather is good, you can see the sunset from the infinity pool! DFS, JP Store, etc. are just a short walk away. The trolley stop is along the street, so it's easy to get around. Only Kmart is a little difficult to get to.

This hotel was at a nice location near the beach and the most favorite thing was breakfast, souvenir shops included inside the hotel!! It was surprisingly reasonable price for this such an amazing hotel, I highly recommend!!

Stayed in several different hotels in Guam over the past few years. I keep coming back to Nikko for a few reasons: best view (in my opinion), reasonably priced, beach access, water slides, well maintained laundromat… However, I do need to live with some shortcomings: the shower is in need of a major renovation (grab bar is loose, towel rack is falling apart, caulking is laughable…) I was here Jan 2025 and returned in April 2025. I saw an improvement in management at front desk and in Toh Lee restaurant. An added bonus: short walk to Tsubaki Tower with its 24 hr cafe and other good stuff.

Hello, I returned safely after a pleasant honeymoon. ㅎㅎ First of all, it was an honor to stay at Lotte Hotel. However, when I checked in, dust was gathered in the corners so much that it was visible. It even stayed on the blanket, so my wife, who has a sensitive nose, had a hard time. Other than that, the view was so beautiful that I was impressed, and I was so grateful for the kindness. The food was delicious and suited my taste, so I was really glad!! Anyway, my honeymoon was so successful, so I would like to thank everyone. The weather was so nice until the day I left that I hesitated to return.ㅜㅜ If I get another chance, I would like to use it again.

The hotel was lovely! The customer service was kind and helpful! Despite a minor mishap relating to attention to detail, customer service was able to help resolve the issue quickly and effectively. The pool was honestly the top peak to it all! The views were AMAZING! I went down to the beach and therocks are SHARP and there are sea urchins a distance out so be careful but nonetheless an AMAZING experience and I can’t wait to come back💛
