The view was beautiful since the balcony faced the ocean. You can relax while watching the sunrise and sunset. We loved the beach and the nature trail as well. We tried to call about the Wi-Fi connection because we were attempting to access the internet through the TV, and they told us that someone would come to our room to fix it. However, no one actually came. We assumed it was because everyone was busy since it was New Year’s Eve. Also, in the bathroom, we noticed a smell similar to old drawers, perhaps coming from the shower curtain. These were only minor concerns, but overall, we had a great stay at Hotel Nikko Guam.From€144

As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by many high-end Jingdezhen ceramic art works. The staff were enthusiastic and proactive, which made a good impression. The room is spacious and bright, and the two two-layer floor-to-ceiling doors and windows are the highlights. When the inner wooden shutter door is opened, a magnificent sea view is presented in front of you through the glass door. You can see waves slowly rolling in, and you can clearly see a large reef under the waves. There are many luxurious hotels and connected shopping stores standing by the sea. We were welcomed by friendly staff at 5AM. Our accommodation comes with daily buffet for 4 pax and access to their waterparks. The buffet spread is great with a lot of options even for kids. Menu changes every 2 days. The hotel feels a bit old with carpeted floor. Room can be more comfortable is pillows are not too soft. We requested for additional pillows since only 1 is provided per guests. Daily make up of room is available which is awesome. Staff are the best. Special shout out to Nelson - bfast staff who made our stay extra special. Location is a bit fast from downtown. So better to get a car rental and take your dinner before heading back to the hotel. Waterpark is okay, beach is under renovation though. The side party event for hotel guests is a nice way yo end our stay.From€345

Although the hotel is a bit old, it was well-maintained and clean, so it wasn't an issue.
The room lighting was a bit dim, which was slightly inconvenient.
Shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes are provided, but there's no conditioner, so I recommend bringing your own.

The hotel was excellent in every aspect. Our room boasted a stunning sea view, and the facilities were quite new, making for a very comfortable stay. As a couple, we opted for the half-board package, and the breakfast and dinner spreads were extensive, enjoyed in a beautiful restaurant setting. The hotel also has its own private beach, perfect for snorkeling; we had so much fun seeing all the fish!
The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or from housekeeping. When we wanted a slightly later check-out, the front desk kindly registered us as members, allowing us to extend our check-out time to 2 PM. We also requested extra bath towels, and they were delivered to our room with just one phone call.
At the restaurant, staff proactively asked about drinks, offering a wide selection of juices, sodas, beer, wine, and more. My husband ordered a beer, but I initially declined a cold drink. Amusingly, three different servers then came to ask me if I'd like anything to drink! Haha, such incredibly attentive service!
All in all, the Crowne Plaza Hotel is truly wonderful, and we'll definitely be back!From€201

Times are hard in Guam these days. Lots of hotel rooms and almost no tourists. Holiday Resort is one of the least expensive hotels but you get what you pay for including a huge place that has seen better days. The place is not well maintained and that was frustrating. The ocean view is VERY nice but I had to ask for towels on two of the three nights we were there. The staff is VERY friendly and competent but the boiler is broken and so there is only lukewarm water in the bathroom. The thing that bothered me the most was that the list of amenities has not been updated. There is no more breakfast buffet and forget coffee in the room. The elevators did work. When I called the front desk because my walls were shaking to the unbelievably loud music coming from the next room, Security came up immediately and told them to turn it down. I wish this hotel the very best since the service was good and the workers were trying their best but I will skip this hotel the next time I'm in Guam which will be in a few more weeks.From€89

The place is very beautiful and at walking distance from the airport (it took me 25 min. on foot). The room may have had partial view of the sea, but it was very enjoyable. The room is the size of an apartment and very luxurious with tub, shower, heated & multi-function toilet seats, kettle, big flat TV, air-con and don't remember what else. With the room comes the access to the gym and the swimming pool, which were nice, but not of the level of the rooms. Anyway it would be a pity to use them because Ypao beach is very near and it is simply wonderful with pristine, turquoise, calm and shallow waters thanks to the coral reef. The biggest downside of the place is the price: everything is really overpriced in Guam. Luckily I caught a good offer with huge discount, but otherwise it is crazy expensive. The hotel is on a hillside, and it is a second-line sea view room. There are not many breakfast varieties, but it is enough to eat. The 4-person room on the second floor can see a small part of the sea. The room is spacious and bright, and the balcony and bathroom area are also large. The only problem is that there is no water barrier on the floor of the shower, which causes the shower water to spray onto the floor under the washbasin, which is not perfect. The service at the front desk is the best. I checked in a little late, but I was upgraded to a suite and stayed in a large room. A little disappointing was that they gave me a robe on the first day, but they stopped giving it to me on the second day. They even took it away, which was disappointing. Also, they forgot some towels and cups and didn't provide them, but the service was good otherwise. The facilities are old because they are old, but they put in more effort to manage and provide service, so I will stay at this hotel again on my next family trip. Absolutely thankful for this service (order cam from management level as well). We got a premiere suite. Then at 10:30am they called our temporary room to inform us that our Family Room is now available. The family room is big (bigger than their site pictures) complete with kitchen amenities and laundry machine and dryer. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Walk-in closet was also in 1 bedroom. The room had an ocean view, and the infinity pool and sunset were beautiful.
Although the hotel is a bit old, it was well-maintained and clean, so it wasn't an issue.
The room lighting was a bit dim, which was slightly inconvenient.
Shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes are provided, but there's no conditioner, so I recommend bringing your own.
All the staff were friendly, and storing luggage before check-in and using the pool were smooth. They also lend towels at the pool, which is very convenient.From€95

The hotel was excellent in every aspect. Our room boasted a stunning sea view, and the facilities were quite new, making for a very comfortable stay. As a couple, we opted for the half-board package, and the breakfast and dinner spreads were extensive, enjoyed in a beautiful restaurant setting. The hotel also has its own private beach, perfect for snorkeling; we had so much fun seeing all the fish!
The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or from housekeeping. When we wanted a slightly later check-out, the front desk kindly registered us as members, allowing us to extend our check-out time to 2 PM. We also requested extra bath towels, and they were delivered to our room with just one phone call.
At the restaurant, staff proactively asked about drinks, offering a wide selection of juices, sodas, beer, wine, and more. My husband ordered a beer, but I initially declined a cold drink. Amusingly, three different servers then came to ask me if I'd like anything to drink! Haha, such incredibly attentive service!
All in all, the Crowne Plaza Hotel is truly wonderful, and we'll definitely be back!From€201

The moment I walked in, the smell was pleasant, and it was comfortable and wonderful. The staff was friendly, and the room was in excellent condition. The bed was a little creaky and too soft, so I thought it might be bad for my back, but other than that, I loved everything. The ocean view directly from the pool was also amazing, and the sunset view from the passageway next to Starbucks was the most beautiful and amazing ocean view I've ever seen. I'd love to go back again if I get the chance!From€220

The Hyatt Regency Resort is a great place to stay in Guam 🇬🇺. You can plan a three or four days holidays in this place to relax and enjoy all it can offer. The resort offers impeccable facilities with incredible amenities in each and every one of their rooms and suites beautifully decorated. You can book in advance to select the rooms with the best ocean views. I stayed in Room 1205 which you can sea the whole beach, pool and see and enjoy the sunsets every day! the balcony was an amazing place to chill!
This hotel is a good option if you traveling with kids as they will be entertained in the different pools. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and offers a great service. Breakfast is included and the food in the hotel is really amazing!From€208

The room cleaning is not satisfying. Hairs still on the floor after cleaning. The hotel is quite old. I strongly suggest to change all the towels. Too old.

The area is the strip for nightlife etc.
The hotel has that advantage if that is your objective in Guam. They are near to the airport, they rent car, the toom.are recently renovated and repainted. A lof of usb ports around

This hotel was at a nice location near the beach and the most favorite thing was breakfast, souvenir shops included inside the hotel!! It was surprisingly reasonable price for this such an amazing hotel, I highly recommend!!

All the staff were so very kind and the room condition was the best! The buffet is really... delicious. If you stay for multiple nights, make sure to have breakfast at least one day! I also had dinner and it was fun because they put on a show. ㅎㅎ For environmental protection, they clean every other day and if you don't leave the green card next to the bed on the bed, they won't change the bedding during cleaning. The ocean view was the best and the service was also very satisfactory!

The place is very beautiful and at walking distance from the airport (it took me 25 min. on foot). The room may have had partial view of the sea, but it was very enjoyable. The room is the size of an apartment and very luxurious with tub, shower, heated & multi-function toilet seats, kettle, big flat TV, air-con and don't remember what else. With the room comes the access to the gym and the swimming pool, which were nice, but not of the level of the rooms. Anyway it would be a pity to use them because Ypao beach is very near and it is simply wonderful with pristine, turquoise, calm and shallow waters thanks to the coral reef. The biggest downside of the place is the price: everything is really overpriced in Guam. Luckily I caught a good offer with huge discount, but otherwise it is crazy expensive. It lacks of affordable options and anyway with the same money in other places it would have been even better.
