Service: The service here is absolutely top-notch, easily meeting five-star standards in my opinion. Everyone was incredibly attentive and friendly. I arrived early and my room wasn't ready yet, so they kindly upgraded me. When I had some initial confusion about the upgraded room, they even thoughtfully showed us the original room type (the video is of the original room type). Hygiene: The room was exceptionally clean. This is the first hotel I've stayed at where the plastic slippers in the bathroom were individually sealed for each guest, ensuring they're new every time! The bathrobes were also replaced daily and sealed for disinfection. It really put my mind at ease; they pay attention to so many excellent details! Facilities: The entire room was smart-controlled, though I struggled a bit with adjusting the air conditioning. I ended up relying on the smart speaker to control it. I booked a landmark view, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning view of the river – absolutely beautiful! The photos turned out even better than ones I paid for in Yangshuo! There was no pushy sales tactics, and all extra costs were clearly communicated to me upfront. The cost for hair styling and the additional photos combined was less than a quarter of what I've paid for professional photo shoots elsewhere, but the results were truly fantastic! You could honestly just use these photos as is, without any further edits!

I stayed here for three nights across three rooms, with two children and four elders. The check-in experience was great; the rooms were clean and tidy. The location is super convenient – East and West Alley is right downstairs, and Jingjiang Prince City is directly opposite. Elephant Trunk Hill Park is only about a 10-minute walk away. Next door to the hotel is Osmanthus Commune, making it easy to buy local specialties. The hotel offers free laundry service, which is a really thoughtful touch. It's so nice to change into clean clothes after a full day of sightseeing. The hotel's food was also delicious, and the restaurant service was excellent. While the breakfast area isn't huge, there's a good variety of food, and the rice noodles were particularly tasty. **Hygiene:** The rooms were clean and tidy. **Environment:** Very convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. **Service:** Excellent, with free laundry service. **Facilities:** The facilities are quite new and well-maintained. There's also a free rooftop viewing platform where you can take photos with provided headwear.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! We could walk to Sun and Moon Pagodas, Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, Elephant Trunk Hill Park, and the Two Rivers and Four Lakes cruise terminal. The front desk lady was incredibly warm and helpful; she even walked us to our room when we checked in and gave our child a small gift when we checked out. The room was clean and tidy, and our child absolutely loved the 270-degree panoramic bay window. The breakfast was also delicious and really suited our taste; our child enjoyed it a lot.

From the street, the hotel looks quite unassuming, but once you step inside, it's a completely different world. Not only do you get breathtaking views from the rooms and various lounge areas, but the rooms themselves are incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The front desk kindly upgraded our room, and every staff member was exceptionally dedicated, thoughtful, and warm. A special shout-out to the tall gentleman at breakfast on the 6th floor; from the moment we walked in, he provided attentive and warm service, constantly observing and anticipating every guest's needs throughout our meal.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is ideally located: next to the pedestrian street and lively street food area in the evening, close to the river for wonderful walks, and surrounded by restaurants, small shops, and charming authentic alleys. It is also beautifully decorated, both in the common areas and in the rooms. In the common areas, there is complimentary tea, coffee, traditional clothes to try on, a washing machine, and a dryer available. As for the room, it is beautiful, spacious, and clean. Lastly, the staff are very kind and helpful, truly flawless!

This hotel is definitely one of the most satisfying I've ever stayed in. It truly feels like a home away from home. Every single detail, from check-in to check-out, was handled perfectly and with great care. The room was clean, comfortable, and tidy, and having access to VIP movie screenings on the projector was a great touch, like having your own private cinema. The service was thoughtful and attentive; the staff would stand up, smile, and greet us politely and enthusiastically every time we entered or left the lobby. The location and environment are also excellent, very close to the scenic spots. Fubo Hill and Diecai Hill are right across the street, offering stunning views of Guilin's landscapes. The air quality is great, although it's the dry season now, so the Li River doesn't have much water, but that doesn't detract from the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend it; staying here is an excellent choice.

The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were professional and enthusiastic. Water delivery was handled by robots, which was cool. The cleaning lady was also very nice, and the room was spotless. The location is excellent; it's super convenient to get to Elephant Trunk Hill and Riyuewan Wharf, just a few minutes' walk. Right downstairs is Zheng Yang Pedestrian Street, with tons of delicious snacks to choose from.

This stay was a perfect example of an ideal travel experience! From the moment I arrived in the lobby, I was greeted with smiling faces and guided through the check-in process, instantly melting away my travel fatigue. Truly well-deserved praise! The room was spacious and clean, the bedding comfortable, and the staff professional and enthusiastic. Very service oriented front desk personnel. Kudos to their service to make our check in a smooth one as we encounter some issue with our online booking at first. The front desk lady is super patient with customer and even upgraded our room to a bigger size room just to put our children with us next door. The cleaner 赵付明 310号also friendly and attend to our service promptly and return my thick clothing when I have accidentally left it behind upon check out. Wish I have taken down the front desk lady name and really appreciate her time spent with our booking and checking. We like the Li Jiang hotel water fall scheduled at 830pm and also the rooftop view that oversee the 日月双塔。Some cultural craftwork was also offered for my children at level 2. Overall my experience at Li Jiang is very positive and if we visit Guilin will surely go back to Li Jiang.
