Skiing experience at Niseko Keys Hotel: warm service, luxurious rooms, and worry-free skiing in and out! The service can be called ”the savior of skiers' needs”: the butler follows up on the equipment and routes throughout the whole process, hot drinks in the morning and warm soup at night are all available, and even the skin care details are thoughtful. The room is a paradise for post-snow healing: the floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views face the ski slopes, the floor heating is matched with Japanese Nordic style design, the bathroom is fully equipped with anti-drying supplies, and the private balcony steams sauna to relieve fatigue directly. The most amazing thing is the seamless connection between skiing in and out: the ski equipment room leads directly to the entrance of the ski slope, and it takes 10 seconds to reach the ski resort. After skiing, the butler will pick up the board and hand over hot towels when you return to the hotel. Novices can also directly make an appointment with the coach to teach downstairs from the room. There is no tossing throughout the whole process, leaving time for skiing and rest, and the experience is directly maximized! Come to Niseko to ski, stay here~❄️

Excellent service from check in to check out by the wonderful staff at Chatrium Niseko. They were always there if we needed anything and helped organise transfers to and from the airport via taxi. We were a few minutes walk to the Ace family chairlift where we could then explore around snowboarding and using multiple gondolas and lifts from there. Lots of food trucks and convenience stores on the way back to the hotel which was super convenient. Arigato for a wonderful experience!

I love this place so much. The scenery is so beautiful that I don't want to leave. Hahaha. The room is very, very big. It's not easy to stay here. There are big floor-to-ceiling windows and snow outside. There are hot springs, washing machines and floor heating in the house. The configuration is quite complete. We ordered a dinner package and we chose Western style. The dishes were exquisite and the portions were quite large. I especially want to thank the driver who came to Hirafu to pick us up because we made a mistake and asked him to drive to Hilton. The driver who took us to the JR point in Kujian also helped to carry the suitcases. He was very considerate. The service staff here are very enthusiastic ❤️

I think this is a perfect hotel, the service is very good, clean and hygienic. I stayed in a family room, which is very spacious, well-equipped, with a private bath, and can cook. Although the breakfast is limited, it is very delicious and exquisite. The price is very cheap in the off-season, and the cost performance is very high. I was very surprised.

A very nice apartment hotel! Full set of kitchen appliances, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. The location is excellent. There is a magic carpet right out the door and a cable car up there. There is a ski equipment rental shop in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel, and the price is not expensive. The service amazes me even more. Every employee is very friendly. I also met a Malaysian who can speak Mandarin. He is very cute. I like this hotel very much. I will stay here again next year and will rate this hotel even more. Recommend the hotel to friends and family!

Perfect ski-in, ski-out resort for a couple. It had a great breakfast as well, and the room was super-comfortable. The onsen was small but very relaxing. The ski shop next door has the friendliest attendants and all the equipment you could need for a day on the Annapuri slopes. The lobby was comfortable with a gas stove and hot chocolate, and the four resorts in the same area all have a free shuttle that runs many times per day to the town of Hirafu and back, so you have plenty of options for shopping and restaurants nearby. Very nice place. We will return for sure!

This hotel in Niseko is right by the Hanazono ski slopes. It's very new, with excellent surroundings and service. The hot springs are exceptionally clean and comfortable. I especially want to highlight the breakfast, which is top-notch. Every morning, after a hearty breakfast, I'd hit the slopes and wouldn't even need lunch, returning directly to the hotel for dinner. Absolutely perfect!

Stayed at Hilton Niseko Village during the non-ski season. The area was quiet and there wasn’t much to do, as the gondola and Niseko Village (all within walking distance) were closed. However, the free shuttle to Milk Kobo and Hirafu Crossing was very convenient. Hotel staff were mostly international and generally helpful. One downside was the luggage forwarding (Ta-Q-Bin) experience — unlike other hotels where staff assist with filling the form, we were simply handed the form without guidance. Overall, a decent stay but service could be more attentive.

Stayed for six nights. The room was very clean. The service attitude was very good. Dinner was a traditional Japanese set meal. The ingredients were fresh and healthy. My wife was pregnant and couldn't eat raw food, so the menu was changed. I was allergic to seafood later, so the menu was also changed. One day I missed dinner and went to Annupuri North for a buffet. I felt that the ingredients were not as fresh as this hotel. Maybe because of the buffet, the taste was also heavy. There were not many things for breakfast, but the cakes were amazing. I felt that they could be comparable to some dessert shops. There were several kinds of cakes. The hot spring scenery was good, there was an outdoor hot spring in the middle of the forest, the atmosphere was very good, and there was a lounge with massage chairs, drinks and so on. Then the room was praised for two large pots of water every day. The room is estimated to be about 30 square meters, and it doesn't feel like the 19 square meters mentioned on Ctrip. It takes 5 minutes to ski to Annupuri. Annupuri ski resort is relatively small but less crowded. Every day, we go to the top and then ski to Hirafu. One day, the windy cable car did not reach the top, so we could only ski in Annupuri, unless we took a bus to go there. Please pay attention to this. Overall good reviews, I will continue to choose next time.

Location! Location! Location ! In-out ski is amazing ! Your own locker access is super convenient. changing room - washroom are available right by the locker area. Onsen ( hot bath ) is super nice with the beautiful outdoor tree view. So refreshing after a day of skiing. Buffet is tasty with variety choices. Love to come back again and again.
