Beautiful old style boutique hotel. Charming and very calmly .loved the overall style of the lobby area and the rooms. Clean and well maintained perfectly located in Colombo Food and the service amazing .staff really made a mark with their hospitality and carm. Specialy General Manager Chaminda Gamage and his staff Kuruppu. Manjula and Isuru. They welcomed us with the warmest smile and always around to help us. We cant wait to visit again. If only for the amazing staff who made us feel like family in the short while we were there

I cant fault this place.. everything was perfect: Location, accomodation, food, and staff (from guard to the General Manager). Service was relaxed, personal and not intrusive. The room was opulent and very comfortable. The beds are amazing. A very hard place to leave.

The location of the hotel is I liked the most, it has a greta view from the room, while it has access to the Mall and the nearby office buildings. It makes it so convenient for business. The staff were amazing, they never let you down, even if you ask them stupid questions or bother them with strange requests. The breakfast was great. The bar at the lobby level is too good... the live music and the outdoor sitting area I liked about the Bar.

It is close to the airport, the shuttle service is very good, the hotel facilities are perfect, the room is a bit small, the air conditioner is still not comfortable against the head, just staying for a night, I feel soaring!

Stayed in the hotel together with my son from 25.01.2024 to 28.01.2024 They were pleasantly surprised by the modern interior and purity of the hotel, as well as the kindness of the staff. Very beautiful lobby with live music every evening! A fantastic restaurant with a magnificent Swedish table for dinner, where you can try both fresh seafood and national cuisine. A very pleasant open pool on the 6th floor, where you can enjoy both the ocean view and the city. Spacious modern rooms. Special thanks to the charming girl Darje - the guests' manager. Thank you for professionalism, for kindness, for the ability to solve all guest issues quickly and clearly, and also for the interesting communication! We will definitely return here again!

Amazing hotel. Fantastic facility . No worries Have a good evening. I would like to recognize the coincerge, the staff at the entrance outside, the persons who made our room and the staff in the restaurant for breakfast and at the coffee shop. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Marino Beach Hotel is in a very convenient location with Marino Shopping Mall directly connected to it. Hotel rooms are very specious, clean and gives nice view of the beach. Breakfast is excellent and it gives a nice outside view from the breakfast area. Staff are very pleasant and ever ready to assist. The Chinese restaurant serves excellent tasty lunches and dinner. We stayed their twice during our last visit to Sri Lanka. We enjoyed our stay very much. All in all, I will recommend this hotel for stay. You will not regret.

I contacted the hotel to make a confirmation for my brother-in-law's anniversary dinner and was connected to Chamath Gamage, who supported me with a positive attitude & extended to help me out with the reservation since it was a special occasion at the hotel too where seating is limited. Thus being so Chamath reached out to Mr.Denver to seek advise. Within a span of 30 minutes Chamath called me back & confirmed informing me that the reservation is successful & the hotel could have my brother-in-law & his wife to enjoy their anniversary evening at the hotel that evening. I am grateful for Chamath for making the service matter along with a supportive team who was able to facilitate our request midst the special occasion. I wish Chamath & Mr.Denver Good luck in all endeavors to carry out the positive service mindset to all customers they meet.

The room is clean and specious for 3 of us and the lacking only no toothbrush provided, only 2 towels instead we paid for 3 persons. Breakfast was ok only the noodles is not properly cooked as it is still hard to chewed😅. (Still room for improvement) The main highlights was the service we received from the bellboy Mangala. He is very helpful, approachable and always smiling. Others then that it is easy to get the public transportation i.e. tuk tuk and car. Definitely we will be coming back again. Thank you

In the downtown area, it's quite chaotic. Downstairs is a place to eat crabs, and there are many restaurants. If you don't eat Michelin, it's easy to eat at other restaurants. I went there thinking it was a historic hotel, but I was disappointed from the lobby. The lobby was very hot and the room was full of old and broken items. The hotel corridor was dark and the floor creaked when I walked on it, so I was afraid that a monster would come out. And because there were few guests, the dinner buffet was not operated. The dinner menu was expensive and tasteless. Fortunately, breakfast was a buffet, so I was happy. However, the omelet was too salty and burned. I really hate that kind of food. This hotel does not do what customers order. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. In order to increase cost-effectiveness, it seems that the price of the hotel should be lowered or the interior should be changed to a modern one so that the price is higher. Change is needed anyway. I will never look for this hotel again. And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone around me.

We visited C1 Fort hotel Colombo end March 2023, as a couple. The hotel is located in the center of Colombo, close to the Fort train station and World Trade Center. The location serves as an excellent starting point for exploration of Sri Lanka's biggest city. Modern and tidy reception floor and kind and smiling staff make sure that your needs are attended to quickly. We needed an early check-in and it was no problem to arrange it. The room was very big and featured good AC system. Prices are fair and affordable. Guests (especially smokers) will love this place because it features very big covered rooftop terrace, outfitted with ventilators. Morning cofee or a nightcap with a view to the city you will not forget. Right next to the hotel there is a bar where you can bring your drinks from, and just around the corner there is big souvenir shop (Laksala – State owned gift and souvenir shop) with low prices. If you are starting your Sri Lanka tour from here it may be advisable to buy some souvenirs here, because the same items will be considerably more expensive if you buy them elsewhere around the country. Currency exchange point is conveniently located 20m from the hotel entrance, tuk tuk ride as well. The Fort district with restaurants is 5 min walk from the hotel. When we come back to Colombo, we will certainly come back to stay at this place, there is no better recommendation.
