Restaurant is durchschnittlich, Auswahl ziemlich System Küche überteuert.

Excellent service, value and very kind staff. Room was perfect, with bath tub, andsuper clean. Right next to train station and within walking distance to grocery stores. Chur itself is our favorite place in Switzerland, quite unexpectedly so, but it’s really peaceful, with lots of amazing hiking trails suitable for kids, mountain toboggan, and cable car! We like it more than the more touristy Grindelwald region. No crowds and people are so kind and friendly here.

Great location, only a 3-minute walk from the station, with stylish supermarkets like Coop City and Migros nearby. The room was clean, facilities were standard, and the gym equipment was basic. Breakfast was extensive. The hotel allowed for an early check-in, which was a huge plus for those arriving on an early flight to Switzerland! The hotel staff were incredibly polite and friendly, definitely a bonus.

I chose to rest in the town of Chur for one night and take the glacier train to Zermatt the next day. It was a good choice. Chur was quiet and fresh. I accidentally discovered a century-old chocolate shop and a 50-year-old glassware shop.
The hotel is very convenient, a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room is large and comfortable, and you can see the beautiful scenery by opening the window

We had a pleasant overall experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was excellent. However, one of the rooms we were given was not heated, which was a bit inconvenient. The staff tried to assist but couldn’t find a heater for the room, so we had to switch to another room.
Thankfully, they handled the situation professionally by refunding the cost difference, which we appreciated. While this was a minor hiccup, it didn’t overshadow the positive aspects of our stay.

I was disappointed that the hotel had not acknowledged our request regarding spending a 60th birthday with them and the room was basic but modern, clean and tidy. We found our 2 pin travel adapters did not fit the plugs at the bedside so had to take turns charging phones or using appliances via one plug socket. However, reception staff were very helpful and friendly and the allocation of a bus pass into the centre was appreciated given that the hotel was a little outside the town centre.

Everything was good but their breakfast time Indian waitress on 30th May was very rude. She ordered me like a boss with bad hand gesture to take the tray to the station where I just stand up after finishing my breakfast. This was not acceptable and very unpleasant for me. Will not recommend to have a breakfast at this hotel because of their rude Indian waitress.

There are hotels in the era, but the facilities inside should be refurbished. The hotel restaurant is Michelin, so the breakfast is great, everything is divided into small dishes, very beautiful, the hotel waiter is full of smiles.

Hotel near the train station about 5 mins walk. Room is clean as well. Stayed here for the Glacier Express the next day. Convenient and definitely recommended!

Super praise, the train station walked for a few minutes, all flat luggage. The room is small but the layout is reasonable. Living in the room on the fifth floor, the slope roof, there are three roof windows that can be pushed open, and you can see the snowy mountains outside. The breakfast included is also delicious and the restaurant is well arranged.

The room is small but very warm, very clean, the bed is comfortable, the surrounding is quiet and tidy, not noisy, although it is a big summer here but not hot at all, no need for air conditioning fans, drag luggage from the train station to walk here for about 15 minutes, not far, there is a Thai restaurant nearby, I am not opening a store

It was a nice place with a fantastic reception staff member who were very helpful. I saved 50 euro because of their suggestions on using the free bus service to old town, the restaurants and the station when I was leaving. A genuine attempt to help get the best of Chur.
The fridge and coffee machine didn't work. I plugged the coffee machine to different power pointsvand it still didnt work! I mentioned it to the reception staff, hope they found the cause.
