The service, food, hot spring tub were excellent and the staff was very attentive. The only thing I wish could have been better is the outlets to plug my phone into. We couldn’t find one in the bedroom/sleep quarters (Japanese tatami). So make sure to bring a portable charger if you don’t want to be away from your phone. Another advice would be more of a treat if they provided a face mask and sleep wear. The reason I’d suggest this is because another competitor hotel of theirs provided very considerate toiletries for the ladies and I think that was a HUGE plus for me considering we spent a lot of money for one night. Anyways, overall villa 32 is great if you just want to spend a few hours to relax.

This trip to Taiwan was entirely because of this newly opened hotel! The hotel decoration is very beautiful and in line with Capella's concept! The only drawback is that the service is not worthy of its reputation! First of all, the room type given to me when I checked in was different from what I booked, and it took a lot of time to change rooms~ Secondly, when I sent my clothes for laundry, I was shocked when they were returned after the first wash. They were the same as before!! Is this Capella's service? ? It's hard to imagine~ The second wash was finally clean, and they were charged as usual! Finally, the breakfast was really not delicious, please improve it~

Service was top tier! Every single personnel or staff in this hotel were very accommodating and friendly. The amenities were more than what we needed. And we got upgraded into Fabulous room and the view was beautiful. The interior of the room is my favorite. I loved my time here in W. The pool though honestly was a bit cold for me. They probably dont use their pool heater much but i enjoyed more in their sauna, jacuzzi and steam room.

My stay at Beitou Grand View Hotel was absolutely exceptional! Nestled in the mountains with breathtaking natural surroundings, the room was spacious and the private hot spring was incredibly relaxing. The service was impeccable—attentive and personalized from check-in to dining. The outdoor pool and exquisite afternoon tea were highlights. A perfect blend of luxury and tranquility, highly recommended for an unforgettable retreat!👍👍

Hotel is well situated in the heart of Taipei Xinyi area. Just 5mins walk to Taipei 101 via an overhead bridge. The deluxe room while not the biggest I have experience, but still pretty big and comfy. Hotel service is excellent. Even got a surprise birthday cake from them when I was there. Only issue i had was the TV does not really allow me to do mirroring nor it support chromecast. So kind of stuck with the channels that the hotel provided for night in room entertainment. An area which I find could be improved would be the hotel breakfast offering, as there is a lack of variety from day to day. Other than that the overall experience has been great. Will definitely come back again in future.

Absolutely excellent staff, and a lovely hotel in Beitou. However the rooms are starting to show its age as it opened in 2010 - e.g. I observed some stains on the doors in my room. Conveniently located in the touristy part of Beitou, near the library and steps away from a 7-Eleven if you need anything at night.

Best hotel in Taipei. The hotel is wonderful and the attention to details is outstanding. Furthermore the staff is delicate and very kind and attentive. I definitely recommend this hotel and will come back.

The location is convenient, but the hotel lobby is small, the lights are so dim, and the children are quite frightened, because the floor corridors are eerie, dark, with deer heads, red lights, no facilities, the rooms are okay, the swimming pool is too small and dilapidated.

It's a comfortable stay. I love their smart speaker where I can play music the whole night. Very near to 101 & the shopping mall. If you coming for a concert at Legacy Max this hotel is perfect. I got a upgrade to a balcony room but it doesn't do much since there is no city view. Great breakfast and super efficient services. Apart from being on a higher price, it is a good stay for a solo traveller & will come again.

The service was terrible. I booked this hotel with 2 meals. , for dinner, they said we could not order the expensive menu, so we ordered within what they advised us. The oysters were not very fresh, and the soup was so blended, and there was no taste. We did not enjoy our meal much, and then once we finished, they gave us the bill with additional charge. I asked yhat lady what this additional charge for, then that lady did not even know what is wrong at the first. and then she called other senior lady, and she came back to us and explained like, ”This menu you ordered was actually not included in your meal plan. But it's okay since it's our fault, we will not charge to you. It's okay we will take this additional chages. ” I felt like... they are not generously allowing us something or giving services. Was so uncomportable. And the guy who work in the spa place on 2nd floor was so rude. Cheng? Chen? He was so rude and not quite nice. Also, for the outside spa(pool?), i know a lot of othe hotels spa allow people to use the shower cap on ther hair, but they said i should buy the swimming cap. Was so strict, so even we had the swimsuits, we were not able to use the outside spa(pool?). I paid almost 600$ and this hotel does not deserve to get this much amount. I do not recommend this hotel never ever.
