This is our first time staying here and we had such a pleasant time with the great experience of the 5 star hotel. The hotel is so beautiful and the room is so cozy. We can get around the hotel by the buggy service. We love the pools and the beaches, especially the romantic beach, it’s just so nice. We had great food with beautiful views of the ocean and the mountains, the staff were amazing. Everything is so much better than we expected. We’ll come back again next time with our friends and family.

It was a great experience at Alunan Resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa was clean, spacious, and had breathtaking views of the sea. We loved the rooftop deck for relaxing, and the snorkeling trip arranged by the resort was fantastic. The food at the restaurant was also delicious OMG we do have great time eating here with a variety of choices. Would definitely return!

Perfect location especially since it’s right next to the ferry port and you don’t have to drag your bags through the sand so that was a plus. The prices for the excursions are overpriced compared to the other places on the beach but the service was great. No complaints!

Все отлично, обслуживание хорошее, море супер, потрясающий вид на закат вечером, для семейного отдыха и снорклинга отличное место. Ночью тихо и спокойно, днем на своем пляже можно позагорать, покушать и поплавать поснорклить, попрыгать с понтона. Видели маленькую акулу, ската и всяких других рыб. Но нужно понимать, что эта живая природа и джунгли, очень много комаров, классные виды больших геконов, которые по ночам орут))ну и всякая живность попадает в домики иногда. С этого пляжа можно на такси покататься по островам и по другим пляжам. А так же побродить по пешим тропинкам по острову к каждому пляжу есть выход.

Aside from the water heater being a bit shaky and the lack of a hair dryer, everything else was fine. The hotel's front door is right by the ocean. Everyone was friendly, though I didn't find anyone who spoke Chinese. However, basic communication was no problem. The environment was pleasant, and I rarely saw mosquitoes. The ocean view rooms are on the first floor of the cabin, and you can dry clothes by the door.

Breakfast palinggg onzz yee mcm mcm pilihan. Bilik overall okayy cuma takde tv. Plus staff akan kemas bilik and topap balik air botol if dh habis. Then, Area hotel banyak kedai makan waktu malam juga so u guys takkan boring. Mknn sedap2 cuma aga priceyyy sikit la. Jadi kene standbyyy wangg yg byk coz of dlm tu tkde atm.

The room is large, with a courtyard, and a little bit of a Maldivian feel, but no hair dryer was found. The food is good, the taste is OK, the ingredients are fresh, and it is slightly more expensive than other nearby restaurants. The service is still quite enthusiastic, especially the on-demand food service staff for breakfast, who are very enthusiastic and proactively ask if there are any dishes that need to be ordered. Proactive service is precious and feels very good. However, the front desk service is perfunctory, seemingly enthusiastic but not solving the problem. After waiting for a long time, no one took the initiative to tell us that we can check in. We went to the front desk to ask, and a few chatty waitresses smiled and said that it was ok now. When we left, we missed the boat because the front desk arranged to wait for the water taxi. Obviously, we were very anxious and asked many times, but the front desk told us that there was no problem. The boat is often late. I asked them to call the shipping company to inform us that we have not boarded the boat yet, and I guess there was no communication. I was speechless. The service to customers should not be just superficial enthusiasm. I hope to really solve problems for guests instead of creating problems.
