I’m stayed with family at family suite with 2 bedrooms plus spacious living room. Super nice Hot Air Balloon & sunrise viewing in the morning. Very attentive, polite and friendly hotel specially compliment to both Zeynep & Mensure. Both are lovely ladies.Thank you once again for everything during our stay . Highly recommend hotel if you going to Cappadocia.

My husband and I had an incredible stay at Zara Cave Hotel! The staff seamlessly arranged everything, from our hotel stay to tour arrangements. They were friendly and nice, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious with a great view from the restaurant. The cave room was clean, comfy, and added a special touch to our experience. It's a place where we created the best memories and experienced true hospitality. Highly recommended!

It’s very comfortable, located in a quiet area while still offering good access to the city center. The view of Uçhisar Castle is also great. The staff are very kind and provide attentive service. The breakfast is delicious. The cave room is warm and comfortable, with an interior design that really lifts your spirits. The welcome fruits and complimentary drinks were also a nice touch.

The room is quite big, with a beautiful balcony and bathtub. There is a large bed + a small bed inside, not two large beds as mentioned on the introduction page, but the hotel also arranged a small bed for another double room, so it is enough for sleeping. You can watch hot air balloons from the balcony and hotel terrace around 5:30 in the morning. Because I checked in early, the hotel gave me breakfast that day and tried to arrange early check-in, which is worth praising. But the booking experience was mechanical and inhumane, and I was not very happy.

We enjoyed our stay at Kelebek. We received a surprise of a free room upgrade to a Junior Suite when we checked in, which made us very happy. The room was unique (in a fairy chimney) and had everything we need. In the morning we could come out of our room and see the amazing hot air balloons in the sky. Breakfast spread was excellent too, we enjoyed our breakfast everyday. The restaurant also has a great view. Would highly recommend the hotel!!

This place was genuinely amazing, so cute in göreme. Walking distance to everything. The staff have great English and we're incredibly helpful with anything I needed - such as organising tours, transfers, general recommendations. It has so many out side areas to sit with views and cushions Great for 📸s . Bed super comfy and so many options for breakfast

This is one of the coolest hotels I've ever been to In my Life. If you like Gothic architecture and something different bored of the same old boutique hotels this is a place to come visit. The blood pool in the hell dungeon is amazing with snakes and stone on the ceiling. If you are into rock music Gothic medieval and still want the luxuries this is the place you have to come see.

The place was clean, warm in a great location. Since I got a bad weather and stayed in the room I can say that the only thing that bugs me is the tv has only turkish channels. This is a factor to be improved due to turkish language has no similarities with English and being hard to understand. I guess because I choose the most cavely room the internet signal was weak and it was difficult to connect. Other than that I want to express my gratitude with the staff that was great.

Overall, it’s a really amazing experience. Staff here is so warmhearted and helpful, helping us find bus and balloon reservations. Also, they sent us to the bus station for several times. They also gave us a late check-out to save our life after coming back from balloon. What’s the most amazing is the breakfast. They served a good diversity of cousins and all of them taste so nice. I will definitely visit again.

I highly recommend this hotel. First, the room was warm and had a bathtub, which was incredibly comfortable to return to after a day out in November. Second, this hotel is practically at the highest point in Goreme, apart from the observation deck. We had both dinners at the hotel; they had live instrumental music, which was very classy – not a singer, but violin and another instrument I didn't recognize, haha. Third, the hotel offers a shuttle service to another hotel. Fourth, the breakfast selection was decent (the hot milk is a big plus for Chinese guests!). My mom and I both loved this hotel, and all the staff were very friendly, especially Rose, who was adorable.
