Still stay from 11 to 13 November 2019. In four adults we booked the online accommodation. Check-in and check-out, unfortunately, are not in the accommodation, but in an office located in the neighbouring area about 500 mt. distance. The staff did not understand the Italian why it was difficult to interact, though kind. We were asked to make a cash deposit of 200 euros for 2 apartments at the arrival. Although the entrance to access the apartment is in the process of restoring and is a disaster, just opening the door of the apartment, we were fascinated by the beauty and completeness of the apartment. The hotel is located in the centre of Prague, with a wonderful view of the city's main monuments. Quality/price ratio: the maximum you could wish. I should have gone back to Prague, I would certainly have gone back here. It was very recommended, I couldn't have asked better!

A magical place, starting with the apartment and its location, improving in the old square of the city, with everything you can imagine in a house, it was nothing missing, soil radiant all the big and small households, The city is a place to visit at least once in your life, magical streets bound up and full of stories and legends.

The consistent style of the four seasons is quite satisfactory, no big mistakes and no big joys. The service is also very good. Also received chocolates. There are almost no people in the spa pool, so I went to a private room. The only problem is that I forgot to put the do not disturb sign... and was interrupted many times: cleaning, checking the minibar, refilling the minibar, turning down the bed... a bit annoying... and many others. The doormen greeted each other warmly. It is useless to evaluate foreign hotels here. don't give me feedback either...

I have to complain that the Four Seasons room in Prague is small and has poor soundproofing. I decided to ask a front desk colleague to change rooms the next day. A beautiful lady named Remora helped me upgrade to a quieter room and expressed her apology. She met me at breakfast in the morning. Taking the initiative to warm up the cold, she at least showed the professional and considerate service level of Four Seasons Hotel. Generally speaking, I am satisfied with this time. It is the top hotel in Prague. The guests are all high-end business people from different parts of the world⋯

The breakfast is very good, the environment is beautiful and quiet, just in the old town, all the attractions can be reached on foot, very convenient. The hotel should be five-star, retro, long-standing, and the peacocks in the back garden are free to stroll, which really makes the whole hotel taste unique.

I liked our stay at the Augustine. Nice bed and nice pillows. The staff were friendly and wanted us to have a comfortable stay. I used the sauna and steam rooms that was quite good with the complimentary ginger tea. The hotel is central to most places the castle, the Charles bridge were all within walking distances. The negatives the breakfast is poor for a 5 star hotel and needs to be addressed quickly. We went to the breakfast room and the buffet was not great. We ordered from the menu not great too. It would also be lovely to have some biscuits in the room to go with the Nespresso coffee.

Outstanding hotel. Near everything. Restaurant, bar, brewery, and spa. Large rooms. Friendly and professional service. Restaurant is fine dining. In the bar, you can have smaller meals or snacks, and taste some of their own signature brewed bear and lagers. If hotels can have Michelin Stars, this one would have one star.

This is the best service hotel in 6 hotels. The welcome drink will not be dealt with casually. The lobby manager is very enthusiastic and introduces the hotel's small courtyard to be extraordinarily warm and refined. The hotel is located in a small town, quiet in the middle of nowhere, often encounters a cute little restaurant around the corner, and walks 5 minutes to the Charles Bridge. The restaurant waiter is warm and professional, and can clearly remember the tea that the guest prefers. The only feeling is that the service is in place.

Suitable for family travel. Convenient seat. The initial room type was changed in the attic to communicate with Ctrip. The hotel service is good and the food is delicious. It is recommended.

Fantastic location for the Old town and Charles bridge. Staff friendly, rooms spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. nice lounge to enjoy a hot drink before going to room. They also store luggage if you arrive early so you can make the most of your day

Hotel is within walking distance of many Prague's attractions. Rooms were relaxing and quiet. Iryna, customer service rep, was extremely helpful and kind. Lobby has a complimentary expresso, cappuccino, lungo, hot chocolate machine was an added bonus.

It should be the best hotel in Prague's old town, at least with the best design. Coffee and tea are provided at the front desk for check-in, the bedding is good and memory pillows are provided, and the hotel's ZEM restaurant is very good. I have tried the gym SPA and it is not bad, but the gym is small (a common problem in European hotels) Overall, the experience in Prague was good. When I checked out, I was strongly urged by the Ctrip taxi driver. I forgot a small LV bag. I contacted the hotel later and the hotel helped recommend a courier company. It was a pity that the international shipping fee was 127 euros, but the hotel handled it reliably. I like it.

The location of the hotel is not necessarily the location of the hotel. The location of the check-in is really far from the accommodation. The hotel is next to the McDonald's on the other side of the Charles Bridge. The map shows that it takes 20 minutes to walk and take a taxi. 10 minutes faster. But the room is really big. I really need to contact the hotel before I check in. What is the location of check-in? Hotel address can not check-in, not necessarily the location of the stay ... next time will not live again and will not recommend to friends is it...

The front desk is too far from the hotel? ! Looking for the front desk in the middle of the night, it is not safe, but also a deposit!

Booking from 14/02/2023 to 21/02/2023 for 4 people in BHG APARTMENT We overnight stay in APARTMENT 2 and on 20/02/2023 (dd/mm/yy) from 2 p.m. the water felts in our apartment so we had unease about hygiene and services (cooking included). We talked with reception and they said that we had to wait. At 6 p.m. we called again the reception to search for more information and we waiting until 7:30 p.m. They called us and said that finally we’ve been change our apartment with another. We were really tired (in order to not having a place were we could relax ourselves for hours before go out again in the night). So on, the other apartment was far from the first hotel; far from the central place (OLD TOWN SQUARE) where we want to overnight stay and of what we payed; and it also was in a place not really quite. The apartment was really bad, doesn’t respect the standards of a 4 stars hotel because it was really dirty, smaller, fetiscent and with no services (bidet, terrace, hob, oven…). We hadn’t a room from 2 p.m. if we liked to have a shower, we couldn’t! It was 9 p.m. and we really don’t even know where we had to sleep, where we had to go to the toilet and where we had to put our 6 luggage! The girl who stayed at the reception, Tatsiana, (and her manager too) propose us to have the night free and stay in that bad apartment, and also they will give us a voucher from 200 CROWN (exactly 8 euros) so on we could spend it for a dinner in the terrace with a special sit to admire the view! For what? If we’ve accepted, where we’ve to sleep? Certainly not in that dirty apartment! Obviously we said no and reject her propose (you can’t buy people with money or offer them a voucher from 200 crowns, when they are telling you that don’t have a place to overnight stay!) Over that, she told us that she was already called others hotels looking for a room, but they were all full! And also their sisterhood hotel and their presidential rooms was full! That’s no possibile! There are so many hotels near by Old Town Square! And a real hotel can’t be full on a Monday in February! Hotels always have a spare rooms! After 30/40 minutes a man come to us telling that they found a room in another hotel who was 2 minutes from “Hotel U Prince”! Weren’t it all full?! It was 10 p.m and we were really mad, tired and we couldn’t enjoy our last night in Prague! Leave and learn. I will never recommend this hotel.

Experience like a princess! ! Super favorite hotel! If I come to this hotel next time, I will stay in this hotel! The location is so convenient in the city center! Excellent location n at most 5 mins walk from the main train station Room size is moderate n big comparing to Asian hotels amenities are ok though despite offering the same things for hand face and hair lol Breakfast is included and good to have a chance to meet fellow travelers. Should have no worries as they have 2 sets of full food stations for everyone… capacity being more than 200 I wonder Price wise it is just worth the money

Fantastic hotel, in a great location with a very helpful and attentive staff and excellent offering. Our room was very modern, spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would need for your stay (coffee machine, kettle, fridge, dishwasher there is an oven as well but we didn't use it). Breakfast - beautifully laid out buffet bar offering warm and cold selection with an excellent choice for any dietary requirements; fresh ingredients, lovely local breads, fruit, pastry, freshly made omelettes - very tasty. Staff - Reception - young, welcoming, attentive, helpful - just great :-) Bar - Mr. Jan - absolute star who makes the best cocktail - if you like espresso martini - go for The Julius cocktail - it's just perfect after all day walking around Prague. Jan was super friendly, professional, no matter how big or small our bar order was. He kept the table always nice, tidy and his attentive service was very appreciated. Breakfast staff - team of buzzy Bees - making your stay wonderful, caring, taking care of the breakfast bar looking tidy and in order Cleaning ladies - kept our room nice, tidy and fresh. All we can say is - we had a fantastic stay and when back in Prague, we will be looking to stay at the Julius again. The hotel is very well placed, not too far from the local attractions and it always welcomes you back after a long day of exploring. Thank you again :-)!

I stayed here last weekend and all I can say is amazing, rooms are immaculate, while hotel is beautiful and the service is incredible! Every meme er of staff we met were so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help! I would like to give a special mention to Petra who helped me so much when our airline lost our luggage and I didn’t have my essential medication, Petra was amazing and found a doctor immediately for me who provided me with my medication! All staff went above and beyond and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague!

My friend and i stayed for 4 nights. Nice hotel in a good location for the old and new town. Patrick on reception was lovely and nothing was too much trouble e.g finding the nearest cat cafe for us to visit and giving us directions. He even offered his condolences on the queens sad death. To be fair all the staff were helpful lucy gave us directions to an indian takeaway that after our first visit we couldnt find again lol. Although rooms are perhaps a little dated they are comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was nice with a good selection but mainly continental which i surpose is to be expected. We would 100% choose this hotel if we returned to prague in the future.

We have just stayed 4 nights at this lovely hotel The reception on arrival, was very friendly and efficient, supported by the Manager, Martin. We were offered a Suite on the second floor, which was everything we expected. The only slight niggle, was the noise of the trams outside from 4:30 am, so I would advise people to perhaps select the opposite side of the building, but other than that, the suite catered for all our needs, with plenty of space. We had lunch and breakfast at the hotel and we found the food to be excellent, accompanied by very attentive service. Our only other suggestion, would be to ask the staff at the lobby bar, to be slightly more attentive to guests waiting for drinks, as it became a little frustrating having to wait at times. The Spa is lovely and a great place to relax after a busy day in Prague. Overall, absolutely delighted with our stay; and if we return to Prague, we will visit NH Collection Prague Carlo 1V.

It is a modern building, we had a family room which was spacious and the beds were comfortable, and we had stunning view from the 19th floor. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was simple but delicious, they filled up the buffet quickly, there was never a shortage of anything, and there was even oat milk.Good transport to the city center, the tram stop is a 3-minute walk away. We stayed here 2 nights on our way to Croatia by car. The room was big and suitable for all 4 (2 adults and 2 daughters 16&19). We made a very late booking and also had a ferry delay but the staff made all the arrangements for a smooth late checkin and also the parking for the car. The hotel is centrally located with walking distance to the center. Would absolutely recommend the hotel, especially for the serviceminded staff.

So far not impressed with this hotel. Upon check in, clerks were not helpful at all. Traveling as a couple and given a room with single beds. Asked if we could have a single larger bed the response was “ call house keeping and see if they can move the beds together.” Then got to the room and realize the beds are attached to the wall with a permanent night stand in between. Next, wanted to order from room service. The “app” which is just a link to a website, will NOT load, so we literally cannot order from the “online room service” — the only option to order. Tried to connect with the computer, and that didn’t work either. Also was told their is a fridge in the room and you can order items to stock it. Again app won’t load. Also no fridge in room. Wi-Fi is also very week. Zoom business call kept disconnecting. Only given one pillow per bed. Called down to front desk and requested two more. Was told housekeeping would bring them. And hour later, called again since no pillows arrived. We were told housekeeping is closed and they can only take requests in the morning. (This was all before 10 pm.) Looking for other hotel options for the remainder of our stay.

Stayed at the Praha 5 with my husband and two sons plus their girlfriends (all in their 20s). We were all impressed with the wide comfortable beds, the stylish bathrooms and the friendly service. (I was there on my birthday and they marked it with birthday cake and towel sculptures :-)). The breakfast was tasty too and the hotel was very clean. This area of Prague is a 25 minute walk from the Petrin Tower, but very close to a good shopping area, and eating out around here is relatively cheap.

Excellent hotel ... modern, clean, fairly central, spacious rooms (with fluffy pillows). Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent and varied range of breakfast food, either cold buffet or cooked choice. After checking out there is no charge for leaving any luggage prior to departure for airport etc. The hotel is situated directly opposite Florenc metro station, an interchange for all 3 underground lines, and has a tram stop which services several routes to city centre and beyond. Also in close proximity are a supermarket, a shopping mall and several (varied nationality) restaraunts and, of course, the ubiquitous McDonald's (for those who like such fare!). Hotel also boasts a bar, bistro and food vending machines. I highly recommend Botanique Hotel.

Ibis have a familiar and easy to use format. We enjoy the contemporary style, the bar and breakfast. Ibis Old Town Prague is in a great position, a short stroll to the Old Town Square with tram and metro stops almost at the Hotel entrance. There are beer and food venues equally near. The exterior is 19 Century Prague but the interior is modern, clean and the lifts were really good!

Loved this hotel, me and my partner visited this hotel 21st of march until friday 24th as a couple from wales in the UK on a budget we booked this as it was central and really good value for money, from the moment we arrived we felt really comfortable check in was swift and straight forward and the lady who checked us in was nice and polite, to be honest all the staff were so welcoming and lovely. The rooms was basic but very clean and comfortable, the lifts could be frustrating but no big deal but i would have easily walked to 3rd floor but didnt see any stairs to do so, breakfast was enjoyable and plenty of it, the bar area had a really lovely atmosphere and a good pint of starapromen for a good price. We were out most of the day enjoying the sites of this amazing city and evenings enjoying the bars and restaurants around the hotel and further across the bridge. Can honestly say it was an amazing first visit to prague and not the last hopefully, will definetly reccomend this hotel and hope to visit again one day..děkuji

Stayed here for three nights in March, 2023. Truth-in-advertising ... we are big fans of Accor properties and stay with them whenever possible. That said, we hold them to a higher expectation. And the Old Town MGallery definitely held up to our expectations. Prior to the trip, they were very responsive to our inquiries for assistance with planning. Our room was, by European standards, quite large and the bed have a very nice sleep (something important to us as I have a bad back that can be sensitive to bad beds. The only downside I would say to our room was that there was minimal deskspace if you are there on business or need to do some work on your laptop. Additionally, while there were power outlets, there weren't a lot which made things a challenge when trying to power up various electronics. MINOR issues that were easily overlooked given the overall experience. Our lack of Czech language skills were not an issue in that all of the staff we interacted with spoke excellent English. Their bar had an excellent array of drinks and cocktails for a nightcap and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Add to this the beautiful Art Deco decor and the phenomenal location to everything in the Old Town and it is a great place to stay while in Prague.
