Environment: Sitting on the Jialing River, overlooking the Zhangfei Ancient Road. The service is really good. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, someone helped us with our luggage. Everyone was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to say hello. When checking in, Eve, the lady at the front desk, was very polite throughout the process. When she saw an elderly person staying with her, she even upgraded her for free. I got a non-smoking room. The room was very hygienic and the lighting was very good. The takeaways were delivered to the room by robots, which was very convenient. When I arrived, it was just in time for afternoon tea. It was really nice and there were many varieties. During the stay, if there are any problems, the front desk will help solve them as soon as possible. It is really considerate and the check-in experience is great.

Location: The location of Quanbeiyuan is very convenient, just next to the Ronghui Hot Spring lobby, door to door, a few steps walk, is the nearest hotel to the hot spring entrance, the bus stop is also at the door, opposite the road is the starting point of the hot spring town commercial street (or the end, see where to count from), The high building behind Quan Bieyuan is the Ronghui Radisson Hotel. There is a Rosen convenience store by the lobby of the Radisson Hotel, and it is also a few minutes walk. PS: The dining in the hot spring town commercial street is not cheap. Finally, I chose the meteorite fresh vegetable hot pot on the other side of the hot spring lobby. It feels like the best choice for both taste and price. Environment: There are no high-rise buildings in Quan别 Courtyard, most of them are bungalows, a few two-story buildings, the courtyard is deep, quiet and elegant, especially the feeling of vacation. Front desk: Just next to the gate, you will pass in and out. The breakfast room is also here. The deposit can be pre-authorized by credit card, which is very convenient. Courtesy: The housekeeper called in advance to ask about the approximate check-in time and the accompanying staff before check-in, and the room was ready when you checked in. The welcome fruit is beautifully placed, and the type, portion and quality are satisfactory. Room: One large, two small, three bedrooms and the living room have TVs. The four bathrooms are smart toilets, and the heated toilet lid is very warm in the early winter. The master bedroom can directly see the pool or go in and out directly, which is very convenient. Pool: The hot spring pool is hot water all day long (not sure if it is hot spring water), the water should be hotter at night, and you can open the cold faucet to neutralize it if you feel hot. The pool is glass-capped, it looks like outdoors but in fact there is no fear of wind and rain. A sufficient number of extra bath towels are placed in the grid of the bathroom shared with the master bedroom next to the pool, which anyone can use directly from the pool without having to go back to their room. The mahjong house is also next to the pool. Courtyard: The most impressive thing is the heated swimming pool, the water temperature is just suitable for a little higher than the body temperature. The swimming pool is relatively small, and the adult swimming is not enough to unfold, more like playing in the water for children. But it is very pleasant to lie on the floating platform in the eaves and soak in warm water to watch the scenery outside and the rain skewers dripping. Breakfast: It is a buffet breakfast in the combination of Chinese and Western. The restaurant is not big and there are not many food samples, but the quality of the food is very good, the variety is enough, and the internal level is close to the star level. The impression is relatively deep, one is the powder/noodle, to order the waiter, the chef is now served in the kitchen, very authentic Chongqing taste, of which beef noodles are burned to taste; The other is roast wheat, the more pleasant surprise is that the roast wheat skin is soft and has no teeth, not the hard paper skin that is common outside, the glutinous rice taste and taste are also good, is a rare boutique roast wheat; There is also millet porridge, the porridge is very sticky, the dates inside are gray dates/jube dates, the small taste is dense and sweet, and the dates are cooked after the core, eating worry-free, these details show the chef and restaurant's intentions, very good. There are many types of drinks, soy milk, milk, juice, coffee are all available. However, when using the coffee machine, pay attention to two buttons can be used, the first is espresso half cup, the second is an American coffee cup, other latte cappuccino nothing, before it is best to ask the waiter to avoid pressing the wrong. Service: I encountered a problem with the TV and mahjong machine. I called the front desk. After a while, the waiter came to help. It was not bad. Hot springs: Checking in the hotel includes tickets for the Ronghui Hot Spring next door. When you want to go, tell the front desk and someone will take it. At the entrance of the hot spring lobby, one person will issue a token bracelet, which is valid for entering and leaving once on the same day. This bracelet from the hotel is VIP, and there is a special VIP dressing room in the hot spring. There are also lockers in the lobby. In addition, you can get a fruit meal on the second floor with the bracelet. Ronghui Hot Spring is not big, but there are still many types to play, and it is easy to play with the bubble belt for a long time. Less than 1: The front desk does not support the police to quickly check in with an electronic ID card. No matter whether you have a certificate, you have to brush your face to verify. It looks very silly and does not match the grade of the hotel. Less than 2: There is a charge for the things in the swimsuit bag in the master bedroom in the room. Although the housekeeper has instructions on the phone, it is best to post the charge instructions on the swimsuit bag. Less than 3: The safe in the master bedroom cannot be set with a password and cannot be used, indicating that the hotel does not often check the status of the safe. After all, it is standard for star hotels. Although not everyone will use it, it is really necessary to find that it may be wrong to repair.

Beautifully designed and appointed rooms, stunning landscaping, amazing yet healthy breakfast with quality sourced vegetables and produce. Very attractive location on river. Nice public rooms / sitting area for calming tea on arrival . Or energising coffee … Attentive highly professional staff. Quiet and tranquil. A special place (yet it is expensive) but it is worth it for a very special stay. A place you can truly relax for a day or so.

Just finished a five night stay at The Regent Chongqing, was one of the best hotel experiences ever. Arrived at the start of the national three day Duanwu Dragon Boat Festival and was warmly greeted with two tasty green bean cake pastries in a traditional wood basket as a welcome amenity in the room. Breakfast has an abundance of options, everything fresh and delicious. Ate at the third floor Chinese restaurant twice and the dishes there are truly outstanding, some of the best tasting dishes I’ve ever tasted in Sichuan province and also rated as the second best restaurant in Chongqing on this website. Compared to some of the top tier restaurants in cities like Beijing and Shanghai, also very reasonably priced and affordable. What’s really nice is the hotel offers complimentary laundry service for up to three pieces per day which I thought was a very thoughtful service. Mini bar in hotel room also completely free and restocked daily. Water pressure in room’s shower was also very strong which made showering very enjoyable. Hospitality is really on another level here. During the stay I experienced: - A small soft cloth wipe was left next to my laptop since the staff noticed my laptop screen was a bit dirty - Staff during breakfast would go out of there way to ask if I wanted or needed assistance in preparing a bowl of noodles, per my request they kindly prepared one for me with the most popular condiments used by locals - One of the chefs during breakfast made it known if there was anything at all I wanted him to specially prepare for me he would gladly do it - Same chef (Mr. Swong), when he found out I would be departing for a day trip the next morning from the hotel at a very early hour (earlier than when the hotel breakfast dining would be open) made it be known that he would make arrangements for the hotel to prepare a bag of anything I wanted from the breakfast buffet to take with me so I could eat it in the car. Sure enough, the next morning at the front desk reception there was a bag waiting for me containing various fresh fruit, a hard boiled egg, sticky rice, orange juice, banana, water, utensils. When I walked outside to the car that had arrived to pick me up, both the driver and tour guide remarked they had never seen a hotel ever do this for a guest and that this must be a really exceptional hotel. - A complimentary bowl of fresh fruit was delivered and left in my room - Upon check-out, received an immaculately wrapped gift box of Chongqing Small Noodles (dried, uncooked) which was accompanied by a specially prepared locally made peppercorn noodle sauce (wrapped in plastic), was actually the perfect gift since my Mom loves noodles and to see her face so happy and joyful upon receiving this gift brought me much happiness Everywhere in the hotel, from the hotel front desk staff, the bellboys and staff working outside the front door, the staff at the 7th floor bar, the staff at the breakfast dining, to the staff on the 3rd floor Chinese restaurant, was treated so warmly and courteously and staff so helpful and thoughtful too. Victoria was especially gracious and helpful as when I arrived, I didn’t know where to eat and after asking me a few questions with regards to my tastes and kind of ambiance I would like in a restaurant, she recommended a very popular local Chongqing Hot Pot restaurant just a few minutes away. This turned out to be great recommendation as the flavor of the hot pot was really great and the environment was more of a ‘hole in the wall’ place, very raucous and rowdy, just what I was looking for. She would also periodically check in to see if everything was going okay and if there was anything she could assist with. Will always be grateful to Victoria and the staff at Regent Chongqing for making my first trip to Chongqing so unforgettable and full of wonderful memories.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night and checked in quickly with a woman named Clover, she was very helpful and kind and got us to our room quickly. The villa we stayed in was an amazing experience. It has all the things you would need like a hot spa pool, very large bed which was very comfortable. There was also two tvs and plenty of room in the villa. It was very clean and we were served dinner and breakfast and the quality of the food was great. While in the hotel, we only managed to go to the archery range but there are plenty of activities to do for most people. Overall it was a fantastic experience and it was a perfect way to spend with romantic night with my partner. Highly recommend to anyone!

This hotel was beyond expectations. First, the hotel view is incredible and location is as central as you could ask for. There are also three bars/restaurants on the main floor (42) with exceptional views and good prices, staff is extremely helpful. Zoe, in particular, made us feel like VIP guests during our stay! The most important, though, is the service. As a foreigner it can be fairly difficult to get virus test and results. The hotel took care of everything for me, all the way down to sending someone to pick up my paper report and sending us a picture via WeChat so we didn’t need to worry about virus protection compliance. Next time in Chongqing, we will go directly back to this hotel!

This trip to Chongqing stayed at the Moss Hotel for four nights. I especially praised the service. I felt at home every day. I presented fruit and ginger tea every day. The room facilities and supplies were also very comfortable. Breakfast is communicated with the housekeeper in advance, choosing different staple foods, and balanced nutrition. The hotel is strategically located, opposite Raffles City, downstairs is the subway station, the subway bus is very convenient to take a taxi to the main attractions.

The mattress is very comfortable, I like soft beds. The room was very clean and it was very comfortable to stay. The bathing pool is relatively large among similar hotels, about 2.5 meters✖️2.5 meters. There is also a free floating afternoon tea. The children said it was worth the price. The little two took a two-hour soak in the afternoon on the 31st and another one in the morning on the 1st. When I was young, I couldn’t even be called ashore... Before going to the hotel, the housekeeper Xiao Chen contacted us in advance and sent us the location and some precautions. During our stay, he also paid attention to our check-in needs at any time, which was very considerate! The hotel environment is also very good, very quiet, suitable for friends who like to stay away from the hustle and bustle. A few minutes' drive from the hotel is Sunac Cultural Tourism Town, which is very suitable for parent-child travel and is convenient for dining, shopping and entertainment. The experience of staying here was very good👍🏻 It is a hotel that I will give priority to when traveling with children over the weekend!
