We stayed at the hotel from June 14th to June 23rd, 2026. The breakfasts were good, and the location was excellent for trips to Koh Larn island, with the pier just a 2-minute walk away. The staff were fantastic. It's a wonderful oasis with a large green area right in the center of Pattaya.

I saw this hotel trending online for its amazing photos, so my bestie and I specifically came to check it out – and we weren't disappointed! Every shot we took looked incredible. Upon arrival, we saw that the suites offered a direct ocean view, which was even more stunning, so we upgraded to a suite! Compared to the standard rooms, the suites also came with a coffee machine, and the housekeeping staff even folded cute elephant towels. Location: The hotel is located in North Pattaya, close to the Sanctuary of Truth. You can capture great photos with the Sanctuary of Truth right from the hotel restaurant and your room. It's about 3 kilometers from Pattaya's busiest Walking Street, which some guests might find inconvenient. However, in my opinion, this is actually the hotel's advantage. Walking Street is too noisy and bustling with nightlife, and none of the hotels there have private beaches; you have to cross a street to get to a public beach, which isn't ideal for a relaxing vacation. In contrast, Pattaya Garden Sea View Hotel offers a prime beachfront location with the ocean right downstairs, plus a designated safe zone for swimming and kayaking. The hotel itself has swimming pools, a spa, a nail salon, a cafe, a sea-view restaurant... you can enjoy an all-in-one vacation without even leaving the premises. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to Terminal 21, Pattaya's most popular shopping mall, with 5 trips daily. This setup allows you to easily venture into the hustle and bustle, then retreat to the hotel for exclusive tranquility – that's the right way to enjoy a seaside city vacation. Regarding 'old' issues: Before coming, I also checked out what netizens said about the hotel being old. As someone who travels globally, I've stayed in hotels over a hundred years old in Europe and Japan. Thailand's tourism industry started 60 years ago, so many hotels have decades of history. Old hotels actually have a historical charm. More importantly, this is precisely why the price is so reasonable! Compared to other 5-star hotels in Pattaya costing 1600 baht+ per night, Pattaya Garden Sea View Hotel is just over 400 baht per night. Staying for a week won't break the bank, allowing you to slowly enjoy your holiday. Surrounding Amenities: Since I was staying for 7 days this time, I explored the hotel's surroundings several times. Right outside the hotel is a Tops supermarket, and a few hundred meters walk away is a small night market where many Westerners eat in the evenings. There's also a fruit market where you can enjoy fresh, seasonal fruits at cheap prices! There are also many small shops and massage parlors around. Additionally, there's Pattaya's largest seafood market, Lan Po Naklua Seafood Market, which offers a rich variety of seafood, prepared fresh on the spot – it was absolutely delicious! I even found a shortcut to walk to the Sanctuary of Truth in just over 10 minutes. Hotel Services & Spending: The hotel's Blue Marlin Sea View Restaurant is incredibly photogenic! They offer Thai, Japanese, and Western cuisine, all of which are delicious! It's said to be run by chefs from the Thai royal household, no wonder the quality is top-notch! Prices range from a few dozen to over a hundred baht per person. Sitting by the sea in the evening, enjoying the breeze, listening to live music, and savoring good food truly makes for a delightful vacation. The hotel massage costs 500 baht per hour, and in-house guests get an 8.5% discount. While it's a bit more expensive than the massage shops around the hotel, considering the 5-star environment and cleanliness, it's worth it. I chose to have massages at the hotel for the rest of my stay. 87 RMB for an hour is acceptable. The masseuses are skilled, and I felt completely relaxed afterward. Highly recommended!

Overall, it was great. The only drawback was the elevator situation. All the facilities, including those on the 33rd floor, rely on just three elevators. It's really frustrating 😤, especially since only the first floor has air conditioning. Waiting for an elevator on other floors leaves you drenched in sweat. I hope they can improve this. The breakfast was good too, and the daily welcome drinks and pastries were a nice touch.

This time, I booked three rooms: a double and two singles. The double room was on the 11th floor with a decent view. There's a bar across from the hotel, but no noise reached the room. The room itself was quite good, not too cramped. Getting to the beach or shopping mall from the hotel is convenient; it's within walking distance, even for someone lazy or sun-averse. Overall, I was impressed.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G – it's an excellent hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and good service. However, I'd like to point out a couple of things that I hope management will consider. Unfortunately, renovations began in the reception and lobby area right when we checked in, and they lasted our entire 8-night stay. There was no warning about this when we booked. As someone with allergies, the paint smell was an unwelcome surprise, and the noise from the work made it difficult to relax in the public areas. I also recall a minor incident with the staff. While trying to wait for our taxi away from the renovation noise, we sat down in one of the lobby areas. A staff member approached us and politely but firmly asked us to order drinks, stating that the area was for café guests. We were just waiting for our taxi to arrive and wouldn't have had time to drink anything, but the staff member was unyielding. In such a situation, especially with renovations happening in the main lobby, it would have been more logical to show some flexibility to guests. Aside from that, the hotel is commendable, and we hope that once the renovations are complete, the experience will be even better.

Highly recommended for all travelers.

This is our second stay at this hotel. A year ago, we were really impressed with the cleanliness, service, pool, air conditioning, and water pressure in the shower. They don't require a deposit, and housekeeping is daily. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the sea and 5 minutes to Big Buddha. There's also a new cafe nearby with a lighthouse and great photo opportunities. The street with the tuk-tuks is 10-15 minutes away, and you'll find SDEK and the Russian market very close by there. You can also walk to the pier or Walking Street in about 25 minutes by heading down the hill.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. It's a great option for the price. The hotel's decor is a bit dated, but it's always clean, the bedding is spotless, and housekeeping does a good job. Breakfasts are also good, with plenty of options from both European and Thai cuisine. The staff are very responsive and welcoming ♥️. This time, we got an upgrade to a higher room category, which was a lovely surprise, thank you 🙏🫶.

Room clean with a good size and breakfast are just nice. Staff are always friendly and helpful, the only thing that upset me was on the day when checking out. It was bit of messy with guests coming in early but only 1 staff managing the front desk. He was so busy with the check in, till the check out Q started to form up. After more than 15min another staff finally show up, it will be good to have at least 3 staffs. Another suggestion will be the towel, management might want to consider replacing all the towels as most of the towels look wear out and old. Nevertheless, Holiday Inn Express with still be my choice when I'm here for holiday. 😉

This was my first time trying this hotel in South Pattaya. It's a hotel-cum-service apartment right on the main road, close to various food options, making it convenient to walk around and find something to eat. It's also near a 7-Eleven. The building is shaped like a ship. The staff are incredibly service-minded. I got a room in building 2, and it smelled clean and fresh. The room itself was clean and quite spacious for the price, with a well-divided layout. The functionality felt very well thought out for guests. The bed was comfortable, though a little on the soft side. There's a fitness center, sauna, and swimming pool. The breakfast offered a decent variety, and everything was delicious – I really loved it! My only minor quibble is that the parking and the restaurant are a bit far from each other. If I come back, I'll definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for one night to get a feel for it and see if we'd want to stay longer. I think this hotel would be great for families with kids, as it offers child-friendly entertainment such as a kids' area in the pool with slides and fountains, and a foam party. The adult pool, however, is small, making it difficult for adults to swim without children around. Since the pool is on the rooftop, it's constantly windy, and the large open space makes it feel a bit uncomfortable. The room itself is small, but the bed is comfortable with good quality linen. The bathroom has a shower, but the lighting isn't sufficient for things like applying makeup. Overall, the hotel is good if you're traveling with children or staying for a couple of days to shop at Terminal 21. For me, that's the main advantage of this hotel!

Bonjour! This is a beautiful hotel, featuring three elevators, a small gym with new equipment, a ping-pong table, a billiard table, and a laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers (40 baht per wash). The pool is lovely and kid-friendly, with a great atmosphere. The staff are very pleasant. There are several supermarkets nearby, the beach is 600m away, and Terminal 21 shopping mall is a 15-20 minute walk. You'll also find plenty of street food stalls close to the hotel.

Stayed at Veranda Resort Pattaya, the design and setting are nice. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the service was good. That said, the only real highlight was the pool. Also wish the weather wasn’t so hot, ended up staying in the room most of the time.
