The villa is located in the Giardini dell'Aldia complex, in the highest part of the villa area, 1 km from the sea of Lu Impostu and Cala Brandinchi, in Lu Fraili, a hamlet of San Teodoro which is 5 km away, in Gallura , north east of Sardinia.
