A nice new hotel in the quiet Montazah area. Plenty of nice walking paths. Rooms are large and comfortable and basically OK, they have what one needs, but for a 5 star hotel, there were no slippers, the AC is not really effective, shower water kept changing temperature from cold to boiling hot as pumps came on! My room with sea view on the fourth floor was missing the “sea view” which was covered with some tall trees. All in all, I will definitely come back to this hotel. Very convenient and good price.

The hotel has great potential and a wonderful location, which could make it an excellent option for travelers visiting Alexandria. It offers good value for money in theory, but unfortunately, the current management does not fully reflect this potential. Some aspects of service need significant improvement — starting from the reception and housekeeping to the kitchen and café plus an operating free wifi. The staff seem to be doing their best, but they clearly need stronger professional guidance and management oversight to meet the standards expected from a hotel in such a prime location. During my stay, parts of the hotel were under renovation, and the construction work caused some disturbance throughout the day. While it’s understandable that improvements require time, better scheduling or communication with guests would have made the experience more comfortable. Overall, the hotel could become a top choice in Alexandria with proper management and attention to guest comfort. I truly hope the owners invest in professional leadership to make the most of this great property.

I liked the hotel very much, the windows go out not on a noisy and dusty road, but on the pool and sea. Excellent location. Super breakfast, great variety of food for Egypt. Very stylish room. There are restaurants, shop (supermarket)

The staff we encountered were all friendly and responsive. The room facing the Mediterranean Sea was absolutely worth it, especially seeing Alexandria after the rain first thing in the morning. The breakfast was delicious, and it's a hotel with history and stories.

I have stayed at Hilton Cairo Heliopolis many times, and I generally love Hilton properties wherever I go. I just checked out after a one-night stay at Hilton Corniche Alexandria. This stay was meant to help us decide which hotel to book for the remaining 13 nights of our trip. Unfortunately, Hilton Alexandria was not the right choice for us. The hotel itself is beautiful and meets the physical standards you’d expect from Hilton. However, the staff experience was the worst I’ve ever had at any Hilton property. Check-in was very slow, and no information was provided at all. We only discovered that the hotel had beach access by pure accident—after we had already checked out. At the buffet, service was extremely slow, with orders either missing or incorrect. Upon departure, I did what I always do: I called reception to confirm checkout and ensure there was no outstanding balance. I was clearly told everything was settled and that we were free to leave. After we had already left the hotel, a valet ran after me and my wife in the street and asked us to return because “they wanted to talk.” We were brought back only to be lectured by a reception employee (female, dark hair, glasses) about how I should have come to the desk despite already calling. There was no issue, no balance, and nothing to resolve—she simply lectured me and then let us go. This was unnecessary, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. She could have easily checked the room balance herself instead of calling us back in such a cheap and embarrassing way

Breakfast is served in the style of a local hotel, and you can think of it as a 3.5-star rather than an old 4-star. Cigarettes are required in the lobby hahaha But I don't want to go there again next time.
