The room is quite large, and there is a balcony facing the park. The mood is very comfortable, the room is very comfortable, the lobby is very beautiful, the service staff is very kind and enthusiastic.

The hotel was built after the 1755 Portuguese earthquake. It was renovated later. Although the house is old, it is renovated and the equipment is updated. After the hotel is very hard to become a retro building but modern facilities. All the software in the hotel is very careful, and even a small bag of paper towels that can be carried with you. The bedding and pajamas fabrics are very good. Aesop for toiletries. Breakfast is served daily towards the sea view.

The hotel room is large and the facilities are quite new. There was a small incident with the dry cleaning service, but fortunately the manager quickly solved it and provided a lot of compensation. If you live here, it is recommended to travel by car, otherwise it is a bit far from the city. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Lisbon.

Very good hotel, good location, a few minutes walk from the Bica and Justa elevator. The hotel is beautifully decorated, full of Lisbon style, with details everywhere. The breakfast is delicious and the service attitude is great. I highly recommend you to experience it.

Easy to find and check in. The staff was very attentive and helpful with tips on what to do in the area since it was my first time in Lisbon. The room was inviting and calming, very spa-like.

The overall facilities and bedding of this hotel are good. It is convenient to go to the airport on the last night of the trip.

The location is excellent, the reception, hygiene and services are all very good, except that the room is slightly small. It's very convenient to go out and walk around. There is French Veal downstairs, so it's best to make a reservation in advance. The dessert shop in the hotel is also delicious, not too sweet, and is worth a try. Breakfast is a la carte and very rich. Staying for two days can save a lot of money.

This hotel is very new, having opened only last August. The staff are extremely professional, offering butler-style service. I highly recommend this hotel. They even gave us a souvenir on our last night, which was very heartwarming.
