The bathroom in the room was leaking, and when I gave feedback to the customer service, they just said sorry. I booked a time to be dropped off at the airport, and confirmed it again and again, but when I went downstairs, I found that there was no reservation for me. I had to wait for half an hour to book it for me again at the front desk, and I almost missed my flight. This is the worst experience I have ever had in Amman, no doubt about it!

Excellent service. We were picked up right after landing and then fast-tracked. Upon arrival, we immediately had a hand-washing ceremony. We were upgraded to a large suite. The gym, pool, and restaurant were all excellent. I'll definitely be back.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The Siam resort, designed by internationally acclaimed architect Bill Bensley, features breathtaking design and decor, with stunning details at every turn. We were upgraded to a villa with a private courtyard, and our room was beautifully appointed with antique pieces. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

It's been nine years since my last visit to the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, and I was delighted to find the hotel renovated. The rooms feel quite new, yet they beautifully retain their classic style. Both the breakfast and the Thai restaurant were superb, and the service remains as attentive as ever. The shuttle boat service to the shopping mall across the river is especially convenient. When our river cruise returned late, a quick call to the front desk resulted in them efficiently sending someone to pick us up – truly impressive service!

The classic Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok, situated on the Chao Phraya River, makes getting to the mall across the river very convenient with the hotel's own boat. The lobby boasts high ceilings and beautiful floral arrangements. The rooms are fully equipped, with high-quality and comfortable furnishings. Breakfast is also incredibly rich and varied, and the staff are polite and enthusiastic. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations, highly recommended.

It was the easiest best decision I made. Low touch point high luxury feel that I love. Staff were warm yet professional and they know you by name. We were there for our anniversary and a cake and bouquet with a message card were waiting for us! The hotel was well located at the 10th floor of Central Embassy and a walking distance from Phrom Phong BTS stn. Convenient, impecable… truly impressed!

Service was excellent, hotel was very clean. it’s a quite embassy area and amenities nearby could be lesser if you’re looking for a happening place with convenience store, small eateries. But it’s a good location to visit prominent tourist spots.

The Peninsula in Bangkok exudes old money charm. While the facilities aren't the newest, its nostalgic classic ambiance, along with the overall service and quality, remain top-notch. For breakfast, you can choose between a quiet indoor setting or an outdoor spot by the Chao Phraya River. The location isn't the most convenient for getting around; I used Gaode Maps for all my rides, which I found easier than Grab. Iconsiam mall is a 7-minute walk away, or you can take the hotel's complimentary shuttle boat from the pier next to the hotel restaurant. It departs every half hour for a 5-minute scenic ride on the Chao Phraya straight to the mall.

The hotel service was great, but the breakfast was a bit lacking in Thai-flavored dishes. It was very convenient. We had a pleasant surprise on Christmas Eve, as we got to see a fireworks display right outside the hotel.

Although the hotel is a bit old, its positives far outweigh the negatives.
You can always trust any Anantara! The service was very enthusiastic.
However, during check-in, there was a ******* staff member at the front desk who invited us to attend a presentation the next day (those who have stayed at Anantara will understand). We just politely declined, but she was very intrusive. Seeing that we were two men, she directly asked if we were a couple. When we said no, she continued to press, ”Are you both single?” I didn't quite understand what she meant...
I love Anantara hotels worldwide, but this experience was truly unexpected! 🤣

This hotel exceeded all expectations. My boyfriend and I found this place and it was so beautiful on arrival. The entire staff was so helpful and nice plus they spoke excellent English. The rooms were also so gorgeous with daily housekeeping the most comfortable beds and pillows, and great coffee and maker in our room as well. We took full advantage of the boat which was included and it left every hour every day until 11pm. The pool was so relaxing and gorgeous plus the swim up bar was a great surprise. We dined at the waterfront restaurant and had pad Thai and green curry and we were so pleased! Thank you again.

Facilities: The hotel has many facilities; although a bit old, they are very well maintained.
Cleanliness: Standard cleanliness. Amenities and drinking water were replenished and refilled.
Environment: Apart from the occasional sound of Thai motorbikes 'racing' down the street, being close to the elevated road does mean some noise. There's a Lawson and a 7-Eleven right outside, which is super convenient. On weekends, there are street food stalls. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Chulalongkorn University food street, with lots of popular internet-famous spots and Michelin-recommended restaurants – very convenient. The gym and pool are both excellent.
Service: Very good. They understood both English and Chinese.

Hotel was on a average side , we have got the family suite with one king bed and sofa bed which the room size is big and at the 20th floor , the front desk girl was excellent which she walk us to the hotel lift , and greet us with smile and that was very welcoming. The lift to 20th floor was super slow hahaha but we enjoy the slow motion of the lift that brought me back to the 90s. the hotel is quite old which some of the light is dim and not working , the king bed is comfortable to our liking but the sofa bed is not so good for the kids as the bed is sinking in the middle , the toilet amenities always empty without refill from the 1st day I check in but anyway we did not give a fuss as we have the body shower from the bath tub section. But surprisingly they did not refill or check for the 4 nights we stay , other amenities all is ok but from my experience there is hotel amenities way better then this hotel , then come to my welcome fruits and chocolate which comes with 2 set of plates and cutlery. The house keeping did not even clean up the plates from the 1st day which they assume this is free and we won’t clean the plates. This is so disappointing service from such hotel. Even requesting plates they will charge you which I have turn down the service for additional plate , anyway staying per night which cost 10k baht per night and they still want charge you per plate for 100baht to your guest is a very stupid move. Totally destroy the experience of staying here is like those budget hotel which they charge you from head to tail. The security guard at the lobby is good as they always check the grab or Teksi with a torch light to ensure you did not left anything behind, during check out the guy was excellent too as I can find my deposit receipt but his word was so kind that nvm sir we have your record , we will proceed with the refund , thank you for that service which was so good that you understand the guest. Location wise is ok but the 7 eleven nearby is not that big , got fish ball noodle shop beside the hotel and a wan tan mee shop in front 7 elevenFromHK$665

The hotel was very nice! The service is amazing, everyone is kind and welcoming. They are very helpful and take time to explain if something isn’t clear. The staff is very kind, the bellboys are helpful and they always helped with our bags, some of the staff can help with getting transportation too. We had P'Four help us!
The hotel has a vintage vibe, the rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed on the 10th floor and had a city view. Its close to ChitLom station which is one stop away from Siam Paragon. You can also walk to centralWorld or Siam. It's only a 20min walk.
Theres a lounge on the 24th floor. And they also have a bistro in the basement. There's a pool on the 19th floor but we didn't have time to try it.FromHK$1,570

Had an amazing time at Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri. It was my first time staying at this hotel, and I'm thoroughly impressed by the staff and facilities. I even got a free upgrade to a suite, which I felt was better since we can eat in a separate room after putting my child to sleep. Thank you to the lady at the reception for it; I am very thankful.
A few downsides to this hotel, I feel, would be that the pool is very cold, and there was no warm-water option. So, my child and I didn't spend much time there given how cold the water was. The other free amenities were great, including table hockey, darts, pinball, a driving simulator, a kids' club, and an indoor playground.
For people who like street food, however, there isn't any downstairs or nearby, only a 7-11. It was very convenient to walk to Erawan Shrine, Central World, and the Siam area. The view was great for the room I got, too, on the 43rd floor. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Bangkok.FromHK$893

We have stayed here previously and loved it so much, we returned for 4 nights over New Years Eve. Everything is fantastic in this hotel - spacious sound proofed rooms, friendly staff, good pools and everything you need to have a nice stay. The breakfast is decent and there are plentiful options available from European, Thai, Chinese and Indian. We got a free upgrade too, which was lovely because me and my partner got engaged whilst staying here. Perfect hotel. When i arrived in the room, everything was clean. But safe box wasnt working i had to notify receptionist to fix and their engineer came to the rescue this was at 2am. I also turned on the TV, all channels didnt have signal so i notifed the engineer/staff while he was fixing the safe box, he just unplugged and plug it back in, it worked. And another one is the phone, wanted to call my friend from the other room and noticed phone wasnt working. So i checked the lines. And the telephone line wasn’t plugged all the way. All were easy fix but i expect a hotel to have most things working properly. Wouldnt come back for me. But i think its good for certain people.FromHK$455

The environment and hygiene are both excellent. The hallways are quiet, and it's within walking distance to 7-Eleven and Chulalongkorn University Night Market. Although the hotel is older, the lobby and facilities are very well-maintained. The front desk staff are welcoming; there are steps leading from the entrance to the front desk, but they proactively offer to store your luggage. Nearby BTS station is some mins away but everything else is top notch! I booked the room with executive lounge and staff in the lounge are extremely courteous and respectful and try to accommodate to your request. There is happy hour with food to go along with. To be honest, the food is enough to be dinner. There is evening turn down service as they provide a bucket of ice (without any instructions from you) and provide you some sweet things like chocolates and sweets. On Xmas Eve and Xmas night itself, they even give me a Xmas stocking with cookies inside. However, on Xmas night, I think they forgot to put the bottle of water by the bedside and the small sweet treat the bedside but it’s all good. There is a pillow menu so you could choose your type of pillow. The buckwheat pillow is so good. They replenish all amenities throughout your stay. The staff can the concerige will automatically open the car door for you when you enter or exit from the car.

Overall, this hotel offers good value for money and really grows on you. It features a rooftop pool and terrace, and the breakfast on the 1st floor is absolutely superb with a wide variety of choices. They also provide a 24-hour shuttle service to the metro station.

Clean and easy hotel with good amenities like shampoo and shower gel provided in room. You can request from front desk for other amenities like toothbrush and bedroom slippers. They have a paying washer and dryer on the ground floor which is very handy. And a nice but basic rooftop bar that you can see the views of the city.
The surrounding areas has loads of good food and places for breakfast. There’s an amazing Pork Leg Rice (search Khao Kah Moo on google maps) just behind the hotel. There’s a shortcut that you can take through a small lane where they also sell Khao Soi and boat noodles.
The BTS is about 10-12 mins walk away but the hotel provides a mini tuk tuk to take you to the train station isf you ask.
The only gripe I have was that the shower stall had no door and the water kept flooding out the whole bathroom, seeping into the room area. We stemmed the water with the bath mat which essentially means the bath mat is always soaked the entire time. I informed the front desk staff about it and she just said, that they know about the issue and it happens a lot. I guess my question is, then why is something not done?FromHK$348
