The resort has four private showers/bathrooms which are cleaned daily. A convenient and tidy laundry is also located at the park. Our location is at Highway 101 and Salinas Street. That means we are adjacent to the freeway. A 12 foot wall offers a sound and sight buffer, but you can hear some traffic. Near beautiful downtown Santa Barbara and surf beaches.

Wheeler Gorge is a great place for families to explore the Los Padres National Forest all year long. Informative tours of the area are led by forest rangers at the nearby visitor center. The campground provides scenic views of a nearby stream, as well as vast mountain vistas. Each site contains a table, barbecue and fire ring. There is no potable water at the campground. Please bring your own drinking water.

76-acre campground nestled at the foot of Ventura County's highest mountain, Topa Topa. Enjoy nature, wildlife, gorgeous views, and clear star-lit nights. We are just off the scenic highway, 7 miles between Santa Paula and Ojai. Note there is no electricity, bathroom or running water in the Vintage Camper. We provide string lights/ lanterns, extra blankets and extension cord/ space heater/ cooling fan for your convenience. (The stove/ oven/ sink in camper are not available to use) We provide a small cloth cooler, cooking supplies for outdoor fire cooking (except firewood) and tap lights/ solar lantern used for lighting (there are no electrical outlets in camper~unless you reserve a campsite with electric hookups) Water available at most campsite locations (No water hookups in camper)

*Please bring your own food cooler/ ice/ water/ firewood ~ All Food must be kept outside the camper as to not attract ant/ bugs, thank you! We can provide a cooler upon request but as that you get your own ice and clean the cooler well after use.

The trailer, equipment, supplies, and accessories must be returned in the same condition as when provided to the guest on the arrival date, except for ordinary wear. Guests are given a full orientation and instruction on the trailer systems upon arrival and booking is acknowledgment that they understand and will comply. Any damage to the trailer as a result of failure to follow the provided instructions will result in the guest assuming financial responsible for the needed repairs and parts.

A few things to note for your stay:
- As with almost all of Ventura, this apartment doesn't have A/C. With Ventura being a coastal town, it's very rare that you would even think of needing it, but on a rare occasions, temperatures might get a bit warmer than normal. Open doors & windows are usually more than enough but just be aware when booking!
- As described, this is just blocks from downtown, which means it's near some main streets and car traffic noises.

Best location in the harbor! This is a 40ft Boat with gorgeous sunset and harbor views. We call this a "Boatel" because it is a like a "Floating Hotel" or a large RV on the Water. Plenty of room to sleep and relax. You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! It is less than 100 feet to all the action at Ventura Harbor Village with fantastic restaurants, live music, Island Packers for trips to the Islands, boutique shops, famous ice cream shop, wine tasting, electric and paddle boat rentals, gorgeous beach across the street, and more! We offer FREE high speed WiFi!
The space
Our boat is like a RV on the water and permanently moored at the heart of Ventura Harbor Village with amazing restaurants, island packers for trips to the Island, live music, fantastic beaches across the street, shops, bird watching, surfing, wine tasting, and more. There are 2 staterooms, one full bath with shower and one 1/2 bath. The salon has a futon for extra sleeping and a Smart Tv with netflix, prime, games, etc for evening enjoyment. The galley has a full refrigerator, kitchen sink, microwave, electric skillet, crock pot, drip coffee maker (starter pack of coffee included) and is fully equipped with other small appliances, plates, glasses, etc. There is a covered deck (fantail) for dining and harbor viewing. We now have high speed internet so you can work remotely with this incredible view, stream Netflix, etc and stay connected. We are proud to be CA Green Certified! We do provide compost and recycling bins and encourage their use. Also search our sister Boatel, Boatel California, right next to this Boatel. Very similar except with an open fantail with umbrella.

You have full access of our boat which is moored permanently at the dock. Please note that no kayaks, SUPS, or other water craft can be left on the docks for safety reasons. You can rent kayaks, SUPs, paddle boats, electric boats approx 75 yards away from the Boatels at Ventura Boat Rentals. If you would like to bring your own, that is fine - please let us know so we can discuss options and harbor rules. If you would like to rent both of our Boatels, see our sister Boatel - Boatel California which is right next door.

Also search for our sister Boatel, "Boatel California" which is right next door. Very similar, same size but with an open fantail which an umbrella so you can have sun when you want or shade. We now have high speed internet so you can work remotely with this incredible view, stream Netflix, etc. Remember to pack light. You will be entering your "BOATEL" down a dock and up a set of docksteps. We will give you complete instructions for our marine style toilets and showers, but there are also full restrooms with additional showers and laundry facilities available for marina guests (we will provide keys). NEVER, EVER put anything down the Head (toilet) EXCEPT the provided marine toilet safe toilet paper. I know it sounds yucky, but Marine Heads are notoriously sensitive. Most recently, a Paper Towel was flushed and clogged the Head, burning up the motor, rendering it unusable for the rest of the visit. Guests who flush objects down the Head resulting in plumbing problems will be responsible for the cost of repairs. I can't emphasize the importance of this enough.
