Frondesk Staff is unprofessional and unfriendly, During the stay housekeeping banging the Door around 7am in the morning when to the front desk making complaint didn't get any satisfy answer, specifically there's front desk staff just looking at me with stone face no smile just looking at me ,not even saying anything polite , no words, nothing !! ,i stood over there more than 5 minutes, finally one staff asking me did i need help ?! very unprofessional !!!

Ibwas surprized at first by the noisy air condition and askedbfor another room. Very quicly Ibwas given another room, just to discover that this noisy air-condition is standrad and after a while it vanishes. The hotel was 70% occupied (couldn't avoid the reception's monitor), which is a good sign. Majority of the guests that Ibsaw were tourists, which is another good sign. It means I choose correctly! Can't say much about the neighberhood. Nice restaurant across the road. Good location for site seeing LA.

The hotel is very close to the Castle Outlet. It takes about 3-5 minutes to walk. After shopping, we can leave it at the hotel and then take a break to continue shopping. The hotel let us check in in advance. Thank you very much. It is a very cost-effective hotel. The hotel has a gym. swimming pool etc.

It was a nice stay at the hotel! It’s nice and clean. Staff are very helpful. It’s a bit far from the city, but there are supermarkets, malls and restaurants nearby

With the heat wave that So. Cal. was experiencing, we did a staycation for the Labor Day weekend. First they switched our room so we had no view of the pool, that was the first in a long list of issues. The front desk was about as useless as they come. Not one of the people we spoke to was in anyway helpful, they continued with no answers with every question. The pool was not secure and a child could just walk right in and a trajedy would ensue. Kids were walking through the lobby soaking wet leaving water everywhere and the girl at the front desk didn't even flinch, ny wife and were tempted to say something to these kids because the staff certainly wasn't. Then when we wanted to use the pool one morning the girl at the front desk had no idea when it would be ready while it was being cleaned and didn't even know how to find out where the pool cleaner guy was to ask him. Although the rooms were nice and modern they hardly looked clean. In fact, they looked dingy and damp liked they hadn't been cleaned in a while. When I asked about where to recycle the front desk again had no idea or even seemed to care that I wanted to recycle. Then there's the RAT TRAP that was in our room that my 2 year old picked up and tried to play with. UGGGGHHHHHH!!! Finally, the guests at the hotel looked like they weren't even guests there. I think they just stopped there to use the pool and they were loud and disruptive and again, not a peep from the staff. Our stay was a nightware, if I could give zero stars I would. STAY AWAY from this hotel and go somewhere else. Please !!!

Stayed here for a month and has been renewing the room. The hotel is located in the Chinese area, and nearby restaurants can be reached on foot. The hotel facilities are more comfortable, with more plugs, cabinets and bedside tables, microwave ovens, small refrigerators, hair dryers, and ironing facilities. Fully equipped, windows can be opened for ventilation, air conditioning heating and cooling, the sound of the air conditioning is slightly louder, the room light is very bright, it can also be very soft, two kinds of switches, more humane, the bedding is more comfortable, the pillows are also soft, and the towels in the Baotou feel a little bit Smaller, a little bit overwhelming,

I have written about this hotel chain various time before and I will continue to do so only because they are the Best Hotel Chain. I look at them as a business partner because of them taking care of me I’m able to do what I need to with my clientele and that to me is worth more than anything else. In business you are only as good as you are able to keep your clients happy and Hilton makes it super easy for me to keep my clients very happy. It's a pretty good hotel in the Chinese district, and it feels good value for money. The hotel has a lobby, free parking lot, and Chinese service. Overall, it is good. I recommend that you choose it first when traveling here.

Everything is fine. But there is only one paper cup for both of us to share. This is the only hotel for my trip that has no coffee pot in the room. It was very unpleasant to stay.
