On a recent stay I had a fantastic dinner. I was greeted at the entrance by the supervisor on duty who had such a really warm and welcoming smile as well as the most upbeat attitude, I believe her name was Cat. My order was taken and I am a very picky eater so I had a few requests as well as changes to what I ordered but this was not a problem at all as I have experienced some bad attitudes when doing it in some other establishments so thank you for to the server the understanding as well I think her name was Sarah. Overall a fantastic experience as well as a delicious meal

Banqueting staff are just fantastic. Suzanna in particular was so attentive and excellent at her job. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We did not have any robes or slippers in our room so we had to dress to go the leisure center and dress again after rather than being able to use the robes and slippers to go back to our room.
