Very nice hotel! The overall design and atmosphere are great! I really like the setting of the lobby ~ modern and trendy ~ and Colma is also cute and retro! The room was very comfortable. The toiletries are all excellent Guerlain. The service is also very nice. Among them, my mother and I both felt that the shower was really super cool (I really want to know the brand 😂 I also had breakfast in a Michelin restaurant~ It would be better if it could be richer!

This is a very good house. It is an old house. It used to be the local mayor. There are 105 people on it! 🥰 It is now one of the must-see attractions in Colmar! Everyone must pass by to watch the show! And it is a Michelin-starred restaurant! There are years of history and culture, and the service is very good. Very close to the downtown, really clean, and excellent service; we were told that parking was full, thus, we had to do a street parking. We had a false alarm on our car 3am. It would be better if there is a way to reserve a parking spot through Trip.com more conveniently.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of the old part of Colmar. Well equipped and spacious rooms. Breakfast was great with a vide variety of bread and pastry. Friendly English speaking reception. Very nice experience.

A very perfect stay. The hotel room is very spacious and clean, and the room is equipped with a coffee machine. The English at the front desk is very good and the service is very thoughtful. The only downside is that the hotel is very new. Their own restaurant and cafe have not yet opened, but there is a very good cafe on the corner 20 meters away from the hotel, so it does not affect the quality of the accommodation. The hotel does not have its own parking space in the center of the city. There are parking spaces around and in the nearby main street, and the price is very cheap. We just happened to be in time for the olive picking season. The hotel also arranged for us to visit their boss's own olive garden and personally pick the experience. They arranged their own olive oil taste picnic in the olive garden. After that, they also participated in the production of their own olive oil extraction workshop. Make the whole process. The first time in life, I experienced olive oil production, which was very memorable. In the middle, just in time for the birthday of my peers, the hotel also arranged surprise bouquets and red wine, which was really intimate.

The hotel is so beautiful, the morning fog is beautiful, you need to drive there, 20 minutes drive from the Christmas market colmar, it is a very quiet town. I like it very much and hope to go next time.

The location is superb, very close to the town of Kolma, the interior of the hotel is old, but because this is an old building, it is also to experience the atmosphere here, the location is very good, I am very satisfied

We booked two deluxe double rooms. One was acceptable, a standard deluxe room, but the other was very disappointing. After we raised our concerns, we were moved to a different room. Although it was slightly better, it was still far from satisfactory: the sink wouldn't drain properly, which was quite inconvenient, and the entire bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell. The facilities were completely substandard for a 4-star hotel. It simply wasn't worth the price.
