Don't mention how much I like this homestay. I thought that I might have a bad environment or facilities on the first floor. As a result, the atmosphere is really not too good. The layout is good, there is a fragrance at the door, and the floor heating is turned on for us. It is not far from the 711 convenience store and very close to the beach. Mainly because the atmosphere is too strong, there is a romantic sense of sight. Living in Yuetingli is very recommended and cost-effective. I forgot to take it inside, just like the photo.

Although the weather was bad, the stay was really comfortable. The room was very clean and had floor heating. The landlord was really nice and disinfected the room. He also gave us oranges and snacks. Because it was raining heavily and we didn't have an umbrella when we left, the landlord also gave us an umbrella 😭 She was really kind and beautiful

Definitely our favourite stay in Jeju — the service was excellent from start to finish.
We were warmly greeted at the entrance, where the staff helped with our luggage, directed us to the carpark and explained where to go for check-in. The carpark was spacious, easy to navigate and had clear signage. The hotel lobby also smelled really nice.
The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming and spoke good English. Check-in and parking were handled quickly. We were impressed by how spacious and clean the room was, with a great city view. The sheets and towels were spotless too. What really stood out was the attention to detail — the staff noticed we were travelling with our 4-year-old and had already prepared children’s slippers and a robe for us before we even reached the room.
The outdoor pool was another highlight. It was heated, open until 11pm and had a beautiful view of the city. Towels and life jackets were provided, and the lifeguard and pool staff were very attentive. The glass panels could be cleaned a little more often to keep the view clearer, but overall it was a great experience.
The complimentary shuttle to the airport and duty-free was very convenient, and the staff were helpful with our luggage throughout.
The location is also great, with plenty of food options and supermarkets nearby. Overall, a wonderful stay with thoughtful service throughout — definitely deserving of its 5-star rating.FromAED 1,021

The room floor was quite dirty and sticky to walk on. The bathroom mirror and crevices were also dirty. Everything had a charge, no complimentary water. The exterior environment was very nice, with large green spaces and woods. The pool was good, but it cost money to use, and parents with children had to be present and also pay. Even the lounge chairs had a fee, which was my biggest complaint. The location is excellent, right across from Shilla Duty Free, and there are many delicious restaurants and cosmetic shops nearby.FromAED 319

1. **Transportation:** I recommend taking a taxi from the airport instead of using Ctrip's pickup service; the price difference is more than double. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport, which you can book in advance, for example, for 11 AM.
2. **Breakfast:** The variety is limited, but the taste is decent. No lattes. The kiwis served every morning were very sweet. I'm very grateful to a male waiter in the restaurant; we troubled him every morning to heat milk for us.
3. **Service:** Everyone was friendly and tried their best to help. Housekeeping and replenishment were prompt every day. They noticed we didn't drink cold water and stopped putting it in the fridge later on.
4. **Condition:** The hotel is a bit old. Next time, I might consider bringing my own disposable duvet cover and bedsheets.
5. **Shopping:** There's an Olive Young nearby, but I recommend going to the one a bit further away; there's also a great drugstore across from it worth exploring.
6. **Dining:** There's a BBQ restaurant with a red sign in the small alley to the right of the hotel, recommended by our taxi driver. Locals eat there, and the staff even helped us with translation, which was very kind. However, the meat and food itself were just average, nothing particularly amazing.FromAED 520

Pros: 5 stars hotel. Room was great, clean and big. We stayed here for a night as we were on the way back to Jeju City from Seogwipo. Price was very reasonable. Hotel is in theme with the themepark, and very big. Saw many other guests going to the outdoor swimming pool thought it was very cold.
Convenient only if you are driving!
Cons: location was very far off. Dinner options (only buffet $90/pax) in hotel was very expensive. We drove out to have dinner. Not much amenities surrounding the hotel. Drive out 10-15 mins to nearby food town, which has ilpum sundubu, and one 7-11 convenience store.FromAED 317

The hotel is pretty good, conveniently located close to everything. I've noticed that male front desk staff in Korea tend to be friendlier, and the cleaning ladies (ajummas) were also very nice. There's a restaurant at the intersection on the left side of the hotel that I highly recommend; the owner brought us fish every day and they even had Chinese-speaking staff. It was fantastic! We stayed in a traditional room, the kind where you sleep on floor mats. However, it wasn't a Japanese tatami style; the mats were very thin. The room had three mats and three blankets, but since there were only two of us, we stacked two mats together. They were still quite thin, but I imagine it would be very comfortable in winter with the heated floors. In summer, with the air conditioning on, it might be difficult for people used to softer beds to sleep on such a hard surface. While it's a unique experience, it might not be for everyone, so choose carefully. Plus, you can't add extra padding, so after five nights, my back really couldn't take it anymore.
The hotel isn't brand new, but it's very clean, and they do a thorough job cleaning every day, including vacuuming everything. The breakfast was truly excellent; both the Korean and Western options were surprisingly delicious. The front desk service was also great; they were very helpful with calling taxis and giving directions. And the location is truly fantastic – very close to the airport, with excellent transportation nearby. The restaurants in the surrounding streets and alleys are very affordable and delicious, including BBQ, Western food, and beef intestine hotpot. Absolutely uncomfortable stay. Rooms lacks even most basic amenities to make a comfortable stay.
The only advantage of this hotel is the location, courteous front desk staff, fuss free and fast check in, and clean and spacious room.
Now for the cons, there are plenty.
Room is too dim for comfort, and there were insufficient power sockets located randomly and without consideration for guests' needs.
Despite the relatively big room, there's no luggage rack, very inconvenient. A safe deposit box is also not available.
Aircon in room is hopeless, as good as not having.
No coffee sachets, only kettle and tea bags. Dont even have a spoon to stir our tea with!
Toilet is clean but one wonders where to hang the clothes because there isnt any rack or hook to hang our clothes.
Toothbrush and toothpaste not provided.
The toilet door opens on the ”wrong” side. Most hotels that i have been to has the shower or bath tub behind the door, unlike this one that has the sink directly behind the door, causing much inconvenience to wash hands because the toilet door must be closed before the sink can be used.
Taps and shower heads do not have clear indication of hot or cold water, have to play around to get the correct temperature, very dangerous for elderly and children.
Lifts travel at tortoise speed, takes long time to arrive and takes a long time to get to the cafe for breakfast or to the lobby.
Was a torture waiting in the lobby for our guide as it appears as if there's practically no aircon in the lobby.
Breakfast is very limited in variety.

The sea view room was indeed beautiful, but upon opening the door, there was a strong musty smell, probably due to dampness from being by the sea. The hairdryer was dusty, clearly indicating a lack of thorough cleaning and inspection by housekeeping. This hotel mostly caters to tour groups and airline crew. The fried chicken at the 1st floor BBQ restaurant was terrible, not comparable to BHC at all, and the service was poor. It opens at 8 PM, and when I went at 8:15 PM, I was told all the drumsticks were sold out, only chicken pieces were left. The hotel's location is good; it's right across from Shilla Duty-Free Shop, making getting around convenient. There's also a supermarket in the lobby on the second floor, which is handy for buying things. This time, I stayed in family room 1602, which offered views of the sea and the airport. However, the air conditioning in this room wasn't working well. After maintenance came to check it out, they just gave us an extra fan, but it was still so hot we were sweating and couldn't sleep well. Also, for stays of two nights, the hotel doesn't clean the room; they only provide a few bottles of water and towels. Only guests staying three nights get one cleaning service. The room itself only had a small round table, and the bathroom counter was tiny, making it inconvenient to place items. Overall, the facilities are quite dated. Right by Hamdeok Beach, you just walk downstairs to the sand. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The ocean view room was very pleasing to the eye.
Room Facilities: Average.
The room was quite small, cleanliness was also just okay, and the facilities were a bit old-fashioned.
Service Attitude: Good.
Check-in at the front desk was smooth, and the cleaning staff would proactively greet us.
Transportation: Taxis are quite convenient, they pick up quickly.

Upon checking out on the4th morning, we tried to ask them to assist in getting a taxi as I we have an early flight which they were reluctant.
